The molecule of the title compound, C32H30N 2O2P2, an oxidative derivative of N,N′-bis[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]-1,4-phenylenediamine, occupies a special position on an inversion center. The crystal structure contains N - H⋯O=P hydrogen bonds, connecting the molecules to form an infinite chain along [100]. © 2006 International Union of Crystallography. All rights reserved.

摘要:
分开处理喇蛄壳的不同部分,提取甲壳素,并制备氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐.其工艺路线为:用5%的NaOH将虾壳煮沸1.5h,再用5%HCl浸泡1h,0.5%的KMnO4浸泡0.5h,最后加一定量的盐酸在80~95℃反应3~4h.所得产品分别用红外光谱、元素分析和差示扫描量热分析进行了表征,验证了目标产物的结构,并对产物的性能指标作了检测,产物质量完全符合要求.

摘要:
The title compound 2-(4′-methylphenoxy)-5,8,9-trimethyl-3-phenyl thieno[3′,2′:5,6] pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one hydrochloride (C26H23Cl4N3O2S, M r = 583.33) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.8442(11), b = 11.5131(8), c = 17.2010(13) Å, β = 113.7250(10)°, V = 2691.3(3) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.440 g/cm3, 5 = 1.094, μ = 0.547 mm-1, F(000) = 1200, the final R = 0.0571 and wR = 0.1458. X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound combines with a molecule of dichloromethane by an intramolecular hydrogen bond. The thienopyridine ring is almost coplanar, and the dihedral angle between the thiophene plane and the pyridine plane is 0.6°.

In the title molecule, C21H16ClF3N 4O2S, all bond lengths and angles are normal. Intermolecular N-H⋯S hydrogen bonds link the molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. In the structure of the title compound, C14H 16ClO7P, the P atom is in a distorted tetrahedral configuration. The data reveal that some strain is probably present in the bicyclic structure. The terminal O=P bond distance is 1.4426 (16) Å, and the bridging P-O distances average 1.5728 (14) Å. The average value of the O=P-O angles is 114.36 (2)°, while the average value of the O-P-O angles is 104.18 (4)°. © 2006 International Union of Crystallography. All rights reserved.

<正>噻吩并嘧啶酮衍生物是一类具有良好的杀菌活性和药理活性的杂环化合物,文献中已报道了多种这类杂环的合成方法。最近,氮杂Wittig反应广泛地应用于氮杂环的合成,该反应原料易得、条件温和、反应选择性好,已成为一种合成氮杂环的有效手段。我们曾报道应用氮杂Wittig反应合成噻吩并嘧啶酮衍生物(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ), 部分化合物表现良好的抑菌活性。

摘要:
This paper presents the first report of a highly selective transformation of flavanones to 3-bromoflavones or flavones by microwave irradiation of the corresponding flavanone reactants and N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) in the presence of a catalytic amount of 2,2′-azobis(isobutyronitrile) (AIBN). The combination of good to excellent yields, shorter reaction time (10 min), and high levels of functional group compatibility make this an attractive synthetic approach to 3-bromoflavones and flavones. © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
目的从吉祥草中提取分离杀灭钉螺活性高和对鱼毒性低的化合物.方法使用吉祥草200孔/25.4 mm原粉,经甲醇浸提,正丁醇萃取,再经硅胶柱层析和HPLC纯化,分离得到目标化合物.结果吉祥草原粉浸杀钉螺:浓度在17.5 mg/L,经72 h和120 h其死亡率分别达到86.0%和100.0%;浓度在130 mg/L,经168 h鱼死亡率为0.原粉经提取分离得到A 组分浓度在10 mg/L浸杀钉螺,经144 h其死亡率为84.4%,显示A组分对钉螺有较强的毒杀效应.A组分经HPLC分离纯化得到99.98%纯度的RC-I,API 2000质谱仪LC/MS联机测定其分子量,结合其他光谱分析推定RC-Ⅰ属甾体化合物.结论吉祥草中有杀螺作用较强的化合物.

摘要:
本文利用交通运输部门运输产品的历史数据和经济增长数据, 运用线性回归方法, 预测了未来中国交通运输部门的运输产品, 在此基础上, 测算了交通运输部门的能源消费和碳排放, 并计算了潜在的节能能力. 研究结果发现: ①在未来一段时期内, 交通运输量还会处于高速增长期; ②伴随着交通运输量的快速增长, 交通运输领域的能源消费和碳排放也会快速增长, 其增长速度均高于全社会的增长速度; ③在2050年, 中国达到发达国家的水平时, 交通运输领域的能源消费占全社的比重、排放的CO_2占全社会的比重分别是16%和14%左右, 低于目前发达国家的比重; ④通过对节能潜力的分析, 发现交通模式的改变会增加能源消费量, 而技术进步对降低能耗的作用非常显著

摘要:
Various nanostructured films of copper and silver tellurides were hydrothermally grown on the corresponding metal substrates through reactions between metal foils and tellurium powder in different media. Interesting morphologies including nanowires, nanorods, nanobelts, nanosheets, and hierarchical dendrites were obtained. The nanostructured films were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and high-resolution TEM (HRTEM). A growth mechanism was proposed based on the characterization results. This study provides a low-temperature, solution-phase approach to grow low-dimensional, nanostructured metal tellurides with controllable morphologies. © 2006 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.

摘要:
Over forty years have elapsed since Hansch and Fujita published their pioneering work of quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR). Following the introduction of Comparative Molecular Field Analysis (CoMFA) by Cramer in 1998, other three-dimensional QSAR methods have been developed. Currently, combination of classical QSAR and other computational techniques at three-dimensional level is of greatest interest and generally used in the process of modern drug discovery and design. During the last several decades, a number of different mythologies incorporating a range of molecular descriptors and different statistical regression ways have been proposed and successfully applied in developing of new drugs, thus QSAR method has been proven to be indispensable in not only the reliable prediction of specific properties of new compounds, but also the help to elucidate the possible molecular mechanism of the receptorligand interactions. Here, we review the recent developments in QSAR and their applications in rational drug design, focusing on the reasonable selection of novel molecular descriptors and the construction of predictive QSAR models by the help of advanced computational techniques. © 2006 Bentham Science Publishers Ltd.

以交易成本理论和博弈论作为理论基础,构建了设备维护外包的定量决策模型,具体讨论了三种情况下外包企业和承包商对策的混合策略问题:垄断的外包市场,充分竞争的外包市场和战略联盟.针对设备维护九种外包策略,构成企业设备维护外包决策示例,并相应地进行了分析,结果显示,该决策分析方法能够有效地进行合理的外包决策.

<正>超分子自组装是分子通过分子间相互作用形成具有有序结构的聚集体,它是制备纳米材料的一类重要方法。目前,对于纳米级超分子的自组装已经进行了较为深入的研究,但对微米量级的研究相对较少。我们利用固体 NMR 技术研究了一种微米级超分子。从其 FESEM 图(图1)可以清晰看到这种超分子结构的微球。
