摘要:
为了寻找高效、低毒、低残留的环境友好杀虫剂,设计并合成了12个新的1-(嘧啶基-4)-3-(2,6-二氟苯甲酰基)脲衍生物6a-61,其结构经IR,^1H NMR,LC/MS和元素分析确证.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有明显的杀虫活性,如6g在100mg/L浓度下,对粘虫(Mythimna sepatara)具有100%的杀虫活性

摘要:
Quantitative structure‐activity relationship (QSAR) analysis has become one of the most effective approaches for optimizing lead compounds and designing new drugs. Although large number of quantum‐chemical descriptors were defined and applied successfully, it is still a big challenge to develop a general quantum‐chemical descriptor describing the bulk effects more directly and effectively. In this article, we defined a general quantum‐chemical descriptor by characterizing the volume of electron cloud for specific substituent using the method of density functional theory. The application of our defined steric descriptors in the QSAR analysis of sulfonylurea analogues resulted in four QSAR models with high quality (the best model: q2 = 0.881, r2 = 0.901, n = 35, s = 0.401, F = 68.44), which indicated that this descriptor may provide an effective way for solving the problem how to directly describe steric effect in quantum chemistry‐based QSAR studies. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 摘要:
利用^1H和^13CNMR,IR,UV,SEM对合成的4种C型和S型拓扑异构体进行了结构表征和分析,发现对于不同拓扑结构的C型和S型分子可以通过^1H NMR来鉴别,而对于相同拓扑结构的S型cis(SC)和trans(ST)分子,C型cis(CC)和trans(CT)分子则要结合^13C NMR来鉴别.四种拓扑异构体的IR、UV、波谱性质以及SEM图象没有显著的差异.

摘要:
The title complex [Ru(η_5-C_5H_5)(dppc)Cl][PF_6] has been synthesized by the reaction of [Ru(η_5-C_5H_5)(PPh_3)_2Cl] with [dppc][PF_6] (1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)cobaltocenium hexaflurophospate) in CH_2Cl_2, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2_1/n with a = 15.754(8), b =13.704(7), c=19.120(10) (A),β=106.148(9)°, V=3965(4) (A)3, Z=4, C_(40)H_(35)Cl_3CoF_6P_3Ru, Mr=988.94, D_c=1.657 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1984 and μ(MoKα) = 1.181 mm~(-1). The final R = 0.0425 and wR = 0.1001 for 7002 independent reflections. The title complex shows a mononuclear Ru(Ⅱ)capped by an η_5-Cp ring, a chelating η_2-dppc and a terminal chloride to assume a three-legged piano-stool configuration.

摘要:
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C26H19F2N3O2S, contains two independent molecules. In one of the independent molecules, the cyclohexene ring adopts a half-chair conformation, while in the other it is in an envelope conformation. In both molecules, the thiatriazacyclopenta[a]naphthalen-6-one ring system is approximately planar.

摘要:
A series of new, 2-substituted 3-aryl-8,9,10,11-tetrahydro-5-methyl[1] benzothieno[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones, compounds 5a-q, were designed and synthesized via the aza-Wittig reaction as the key step. The iminophosphorane 1 reacted with phenyl isocyanate (or 4-chlorophenyl isocyanate) to the carbodiimide 4, which was cyclized to 5 upon addition of different amines, EtOH, or phenols in the presence of a catalytic amount of EtONa or K2CO3 (Schemes 1 and 2). The structures of compounds 5 were confirmed by IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, EI-MS, elemental analyses, and, in the case of 51, by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (Figure). © 2006 Verlag Helvetica Chimica Acta AG.

In the title compound, C19H19ClN2O 2S, the thiophene and pyrimidine rings are almost coplanar. Intramolecular C - H⋯O hydrogen bonds stabilize the molecular structure. The crystal packing is determined by van der Waals forces. No intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions or π-π stacking interactions are present in the crystal structure. © 2006 International Union of Crystallography All rights reserved.

The title compound, C24H18N4O3, has a planar bicyclic imidazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine core. The planes of the phenyl and methoxyphenoxy substituents form substantial (>30°) dihedral angles with the imidazolopyrimidine plane. Inter-molecular C - H⋯O interactions link the molecules into infinite chains running along the a axis of the crystal structure. © 2006 International Union of Crystallography All rights reserved.

摘要:
A series of new tunable and bifunctional thiourea catalysts have been synthesized and their catalytic activities are evaluated in the direct Michael addition of cyclohexanone to nitroolefins. High isolated yields (up to 97%), enantioselectivities (up to 98%) and diastereoselectivities (up to 99:1) were obtained under the optimal conditions. ©Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart.
