摘要:
Previous studies have shown that optical clearing techniques have great potential for optical diagnosis and therapy. In order to further discuss the effect by different drug delivery method, diffusion chambers were used to simulate in vivo physiological environment; and the optical clearing agents were acted on the surface of porcine skin, the saline was contacted with the dermal side (epidermal application). Then they were compared with the traditional method-samples immersed in the optical clearing agents (mainly dermal immersion). The transmission intensity of skin was monitored by an integrating sphere system. The changes in thickness were measured before and after experiments. The results showed that the optical clearing effect and the changes in thickness are not coincident under the two different methods. It indicates that the optical clearing effect and mechanism may relate to the drug delivery method.

Four kinds of pure silicate ceramic particles,CaSiO3,Ca3SiO5,bredigite and akermanite were prepared and their bactericidal effects were systematically investigated.The phase compositions of these silicate ceramics were characterized by XRD.The ionic concentration measurement revealed that the Calcium (Ca) ion concentration were relatively higher in Ca3SiO5 and bredigite,and much lower in CaSiO3 and akermanite.Accordingly,the pH values of the four silicate ceramics extracts showed a positive correlation with the particle concentrations.Meanwhile,by decreasing the particle size,higher Ca ion concentrations can be achieved,leading to the increase of aqueous pH value as well.In summary,all of the four silicate ceramics tested in our study showed antibacterial effect in a dose-dependent manner.Generally,the order of their antibacterial activity against E.coli from strong to weak is Ca3SiO5,bredigite,CaSiO3 and akermanite.
摘要:
the present sports teaching model research is inevitably single functional and lack of interactive, the students can hardly encouraged which especially reflected in sports teaching model system research, meanwhile, it also weaken the operability of sports teaching model. Thus, it is necessary to combine practical teaching with sports teaching model during systematical research, and it is propitious to the sports teaching reform of our country. Though the construction and demonstration of information interactive feedback teaching model, this paper shows that: with student as subject and dominated by teachers, the information interactive feedback teaching model is a systematical model with the combination of teaching and learning, it can effectively improve teaching level, help to achieve teaching objectives and accomplish teaching tasks.

摘要:
800 students in Physical Education of five Universities in Hubei Province were surveyed by Questionnaire of college student's career anchor measurement scale. The career anchors of Physical Education major Students in Hubei Province were mostly technical ones and lack of the awareness of entrepreneurship and the spirit of challenges. The problems of the single type of career anchors and employment difficulties can be changed via strengthening career planning education, promoting teaching reform and updating the concepts of teaching practice.

摘要:
Combining with the characteristics of equestrian sports and the psycho diagnosis technology and using the tools such as Visual Basic, Photoshop, Microsoft Access, Psychodiagnosis Testing System for Equestrianism Players was developed. About 40 athletes who participated in the whole national equestrian championship game and the whole nation outstanding equestrian players game were divided three terms and measured successively. Results indicate that the testing system has higher reliability and validity than traditional mental test such as good effect, simple operation convenient inquiry and objective evaluation. It can rapidly diagnose and reflect psychological characteristics and mental state of equestrian players.

With the rapid development of multimedia computer and network technology, network learning becomes possible. With network learning, the boundaries of the traditional teaching method are broken, different place and time opening learning can be achieved, which increases the flexibility of learning greatly. At present, many sports colleges and institutions have also established sport education resources database, which has applied in network education. However, due to the particularity of physical education, physical teaching resources construction is still exist some problems. Based on it, knowledge management technology is applied in this paper and physical teaching network resources are constructed. The aim is to analysis physical education network resources characteristics and form standards to manage teaching resources effectively

The mobile electronic commerce is a business activity which is organically synthesized with mobile information equipment such as the handset and the personal digital assistant and Internet. The mobile communication technology and other technical perfect combinations have created the mobile electronic commerce along with the globalization information technology revolution. The improvement enterprise service flow, the promotion enterprise operation efficiency has already become one of the targets faced on enterprise's electronic commerce goals. Basing on it, a mobile E-Business system based on Bluetooth was proposed and realized in the paper. Mobile E-Business system used Bluetooth technology as the communication media.
