摘要:
The paper first explains the connotation of E-portfolio and the reason why introduce the E-portfolio to the Distance Chinese Language Visualization Teaching Platform as the diagnostic service evaluation tool, and then designs the function modules of E-portfolio according to the function requirements analysis, finally explains the application of E-portfolio in Chinese learning and the evaluation process based on it.

摘要:
As one of the first batch universities which supply Free Education for Normal School Students, Huazhong Normal University started one of 985 teacher education innovation platform projects "The establishment of central region teacher education reform and the construction of creative experiment base". Taking one of the programs "E-learning support platform for Students with Free Normal Education" as an example, this paper design a standardized scheme of resource database on the platform. The innovation of the article is that the scheme integrated three learning resource standards to the maximum extent, and through three steps the learning resources will be completely packaged as standard components. We hope this paper will provide some information for universities and developers who concerned about this area.

摘要:
Digital right management can be used on digital copyright protection, access to control, trust management and other areas. Right expression language is an important component of DRM system. The purpose of this paper is to research the application of ODRL. It gives the introduction of development of right expression language firstly, and describes in detail the development process of ODRL used in popular, and discusses the frame structure of ODRL. This paper summarizes what ODRL need to improve in future and introduce it connecting with the concrete application scenarios. Lastly, the conclusion is made and the develop trend of REL is forecasted.

摘要:
Web2.0 initiatives the ideas of open, sharing, participation, creation and user-centered which meet the need of knowledge management in the network time. This article analyzed the barriers of tacit knowledge management and the feasibility of using Web2.0 typical tools to manage tacit knowledge; furthermore, it has developed a system for tacit knowledge management based on Web2.0 environment.

It gives the introduction of development of right expression language firstly, and describes in detail the development process of MPEG-21 REL used in popular and discusses the frame structure of APEG-21 REL. According to the special needs of learning object, this paper introduces APEG-21 REL connecting with the concrete application scenarios in education, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of MPEG-21 REL and analyzes what MPEG-21 REL needs to improve in future. Lastly, the conclusion is made and the develop trend of REL is forecasted.

This paper implements an inquiry learning environment for a network course which based on the design of four elements of inquiry learning environment. Its main innovation is developing a humanities network course with inquiry mode. Now this course has been evaluated as National Essential Course. Based on this successful item, the authors propose a new way of how to construct an inquiry learning environment in network course.
