摘要:
Sensors placed in a natural environment produce a series of analog signals when they are affected by the surroundings. The AD (Analog-to-Digital) converters change the signals into digital ones, then we can packet the digital signals and transmit them based on SMS (Short Messaging Service). In this paper, AD conversion and the transmitting of digital signals are analyzed and discussed, especially for the process of the packeting the signals. Finally, we put forward a kind of optimization grouping scheme of information, and achieved satisfactory results.

This paper discusses the two main approaches to the design of data packet for embedded system:Data encoding and Data transmission Separately.The latter is preferred for the particular needs of an embedded system.Then a methodology and a design flow for data packet design is presented.The approach relies on the exploitation of the features of the applications of Mobile communication technology and short messages data transmission technology.Also a further optimization is given to the data-sending technology;the author made a test based on these technologies,and achieved the desired results.
摘要:
The fuzzy clustering algorithm is sensitive to the m value and the degree of membership. Because of the deficiencies of traditional FCM clustering algorithm, we made specific improvement. Through the calculation of the value of m, the amendments of degree of membership to the discussion of issues, effectively compensate for the deficiencies of the traditional algorithm and achieve a relatively good clustering effect. Finally, through the analysis of temperature observation data of the three northeastern province of china in 2000, the reasonableness of the method is verified.

In the mobile environment, considering resource constraint, the frequent disconnect, synchronous data flow, the cost of communication, mobility and so on, combined with discrete Fourier transform (Discrete Fourier Transform, DFT) algorithm to facilitate time-domain and frequency domain conversion advantages as well as the genetic algorithm’s (Genetic Algorithm, GA) good global search capability ,this paper proposes a mobile data mining model which is based on the combination of Discrete Fourier Transform and Genetic Algorithm (DFTGA).

摘要:
The human brain is born of memory "forgotten" mechanism, all information in the way to forget, some precious synchronous degradation memory disappear in history. Constructing a human individual memory database is a good way of being rich for characteristic resource, and could reduce the losses of human forgetting, it would have far-reaching influence about "non-matter cultural heritage protection". The source of human memory database searching mechanism is discussed in this paper. It give an example about the latest test sample of meta-database, and anysises the parallel c-means algorithm and gets the simulation results, finally briefly discusses about its feasible development prospects is promised.

This paper reports on an approach to data transmission in wireless mobile networks, based on embedded system. A methodology and a design flow for wireless data transmission is presented. ADC has been used for hardware design for sometime, but is now being extended to software design application by adding the MCU as one of ADC controller. The approach relies on the exploitation of the features of the applications of wireless mobile communication technology and short messages data transmission technology. Also a further optimization is given to the data packet and sending technology; the author made a test based on these technologies, and achieved the desired results.

The major problem existing in current Chinese character glyph descriptions is the standard character set can't cover all possible Chinese characters, some particular variants of characters that are "unified" also can't describe and display. Character Description Language (CDL) can help resolve both of the difficulties just mentioned. This paper presents the key features and syntax of the language, and discusses some of its applications, especially to character encoding standards work and Chinese writing teaching.

As is known to all, the neutral network has made a great progress in many fields. But due to some strict theoretical system, there are still many defaults in practical application. In this paper, we present an active learning artificial neural network (ALANN). The key issue of this kind of approach is what information can be analysis and forecast about time series(TS). However, the parameters of ALANN need to be adjusted for optimal performance. This point is just what this paper explain about. It overcomes the conventional method defaults, such as slow convergence, local minimum. The good result of the algorithm makes it can be used in the changing of temperature, the trends of population, etc.

Sensor networks have recently gained a lot of attention from the research community. Energy cost is an important constraint in task assignment of wireless sensor network (WSN). Sensor networks typically have a large number of nodes. To ensure scalability sensor networks are often partitioned into clusters, each managed by a cluster head (gateway). Tasks need to be allocated to gateways in such a way that maximizes the life of these cluster heads and eventually the whole network. In our work, we present an optimization scheme for task assignment to gateways. Simulation results show that energy savings can be obtained with the proposed method. In our mobile learning system about Chinese learning for foreign students, it would show a good implement on Energy-efficient.
