摘要:
In this paper, we use Genetic Algorithm to do the embedded system hardware-software co-design. The result indicates that the Genetic Algorithm can solve the problem of embedded system hardware-software co-design. An important task of embedded system design is to find an effective way of hardware-software implement. Since Genetic Algorithm is a very effective way to solve combination optimization problem, we use Genetic Algorithm to realize hardware-software partitioning. In order to satisfy the market factor of embedded system, this approach uses cost/performance ratio to balance the performance and the cost. We will give the model of the problem in this paper.

摘要:
One important critical issue in wireless sensor networks is how to gather sensed information in an energy efficient way since the energy is a scarce resource in a sensor node. Clustering technique has been proven to be an effective approach for data-gathering in wireless sensor networks. However, these data are characteristic of being heavily noisy, exhibiting temporal and spatial correlation. Data mining is a process in which a wide spectrum of data analysis methods is used. In order to extract useful information from such data, in this paper, we propose a novel cluster formation algorithm, which is called ACE-C algorithm according to mining sensor nodes. Compared to the ILP algorithm, the proposed algorithm increase the cluster head election mechanism, and the simulation results show that ACE-CILP algorithm achieves its intention of consuming less energy, equalizing the energy consumption of all the nodes, as well as extending the network lifetime perfectly.

摘要:
As a kind of brand-new information acquisition and the processing technology, the wireless sensor network has great significance in application and scientific research in many fields. But the node localization information plays a key role in the application of wireless sensor network. In view of the present situation that the two-dimensional plane node localization algorithm is difficult to be practiced in the three-dimensional space, three-dimensional localization algorithm (TDLA) has been proposed in this paper. Simulations indicate that TDLA can carry out localization on sensor node in the three-dimensional space effectively and turns to be one kind of localization methods which can be applicable.

Since mobile ad-hoc networks always applies in those situations such as emergencies, crisis management, military and healthcare, so message security is of paramount importance in it. However, because of the absence of a fixed infrastructure with designated centralized access points, implementation of hard-cryptographic security is a challenging prospect. In this paper, we propose a novel method of message security using elevated trust-based routing. Less trusted nodes are given lower number of self-encrypted parts of a message, making it difficult for malicious nodes to gain access to the minimum information required to break through the encryption strategy. Using trust levels, we make multi-path routing flexible enough to be usable in networks with 'vital' nodes and absence of necessary redundancy. In addition, using trust levels, we avoid non-trusted routes that may use brute force attacks and may decrypt messages if enough parts of the message are available to them. Simulation results, coupled with theoretical justification, affirm that the proposed solution is much more efficient than the traditional routing algorithms.

We present the design of more effective and efficient genetic algorithm based data mining techniques that use the concepts of letter selection.Data mining involves nontrivial process of extracting knowledge or patterns from large databases.Genetic Algorithms are efficient and robust searching and optimization methods that are used in data mining.In this paper we propose a letter selection in genetic algorithm based data mining,Explicit letter selection is traditionally done as a wrapper approach where every candidate feature subset is evaluated by executing the data mining algorithm on that subset.In this article we present a GA for doing both the tasks of mining and letter selection simultaneously by evolving a binary code along side the chromosome structure used for evolving the rules.Results from applying the above techniques to a real world data mining problem show that combining both the letter selection methods provides the best performance in terms of prediction accuracy and computational efficiency.

Advances in wireless sensor network (WSN) make mobile e-commerce transactions possible and give pace to the rapid development of mobile e-commerce. The primary goal of a WSN is to collect data, which are characteristic of being heavily noisy, exhibiting temporal and spatial correlation. In order to eliminate information redundancy and communication overhead, in this paper, we propose Association Rules mining based on Genetic algorithm for designing the distributed wireless sensor networks. The aim is to achieve anticipant request of coverage by laying as less sensors as possible. The simulation results indicate that our method is feasible and more efficient than the OPTIMUM-COV algorithm in designing the distributed sensor networks.

This paper proposes a predictive controller based on adaptive resource management techniques for multi-service wireless cellular networks to keep the handoff failure rate (HFR) below a target value regardless of the traffic dynamics and bandwidth requirements of the service types. In this paper, we propose a modified feedback algorithm to control the reserved resource. Simulations results indicate that this algorithm can maintain target HFR for any service type even when the traffic load rapidly fluctuates and system parameters vary over a wide range. This algorithm has superior performance in terms of total carried traffic.

Wireless sensor network is a hot research topic in both home and abroad. Placement of sensor nodes is important in wireless sensor networks, optimize sensor node or not which relate to the life of the network. In order to increase the degree of coverage of sensor region, the paper advance quantum genetic algorithm, this algorithm use quantum bit to denote chromosome, use quantum rotation door and quantum NOT door to occur chromosome renewal, thereby optimizing the solution for the target problems. Theory and simulation results indicate, this is a feasible placement of sensor nodes.

Mobile ad hoc networks Routing protocol is the key to improve the network throughput and decrease the time delay. It is a hot topic at present. The paper, advanced a routing improvement method which based on frequency division multiple access (FDMA). Then discussed the use of the collision mechanism to solve the routing invalid notice. An analysis of this solution is followed to show its advantages in enhancing the capacity of overall networks and delays. The results showed optimization method of making full use of frequency resources and increasing system capacity with excellent performance.

The development of data mining systems has received a great deal of attention in recent years. One of the challenges in developing data mining systems is to integrate and coordinate existing data mining applications in a seamless manner so that cost-effective systems can be developed without the need of costly proprietary products. The popularity of distance education has grown rapidly over the last decade in higher education, yet many fundamental teaching-learning issues are still in debate. This paper presents an approach for classifying students in order to predict their final grade based on features extracted from logged data in an education web-based system. In this paper we take advantage of the genetic algorithm (GA) designed specifically for discovering association rules. We propose a novel spatial mining algorithm, called ARMNGA(Association Rules Mining in Novel Genetic Algorithm), Compared to the algorithm in Reference[2], the ARMNGA algorithm avoids generating impossible candidates, and therefore is more efficient in terms of the execution time.

The question of resource management and task scheduling are very complicated in CCNU-SZHDX-Grid computing environment, it is very difficult to test the rationality of resource management and equalization of task scheduling with a kind of specific network equipment in the net. This paper proposes a model for task scheduling on the basis of the net platform, the task scheduling adopts task scheduling genetic algorithm (TSGA), this model has given consideration to resources management and task scheduling, make the two reaching organic combination, and the experimental results are perfect.

Data Mining is rapidly evolving areas of research that are at the intersection of several disciplines, including statistics, databases, pattern recognition, and high- performance and parallel computing. In this paper, we propose a novel mining algorithm, called ARMAGA (association rules mining algorithm based on a novel genetic algorithm), to mine the association rules from an image database, where every image is represented by the ARMAGA representation. We first take advantage of the genetic algorithm designed specifically for discovering association rules. Second we propose the algorithm compared to the algorithm in (Chen and Wei, 2002), and the ARMAGA algorithm avoids generating impossible candidates, and therefore is more efficient in terms of the execution time.
