摘要:
Tujia brocade as one of the national intangible cultural heritages in China, is an outstanding representative of traditional Chinese folk handicraft. However, there are many problems with cultural resources on Tujia brocade skills, such as its distribution is not concentrated, lack of semantic organization, difficult to obtain and dissemination and so on. In view of these problems, this paper constructs a set of Tujia brocade cultural knowledge base system based on ontology, initially, we proposes a method of ontology modeling in Tujia brocade domain, and constructs the ontology model of Tujia brocade domain via using ontology technology, and then design and realize the ontology annotation, semantic association and knowledge retrieval and display functions for Tujia brocade cultural knowledge through the system demand analysis. The system has realized the reasonable organization of Tujia brocade cultural resources, it will contributes to the widespread dissemination and sharing of Tujia brocade cultural knowledge.

摘要:
Tujia Brocade is one of the five Chinese famous brocades. Tujia brocade yarn, which uses botanic dyeing, is gradually disappearing because of the impact of modern industry. China has attached great importance to the digital protection of ancient craftsmanship nowadays; it is of great significance for the protection of Tujia brocade culture by using digital technology to show the process and reproduce history and human environment what has disappeared. This paper studies the modeling and realistic simulation of Tujia brocade yarn, initially and gets the twist, hairiness, color and shape characteristics of Tujia brocade yarn via instrument measuring and image processing technology, subsequently utilizes the simulation technology to realize the realistic simulation of Tujia brocade yarn, as so to achieve the digital and virtual reproduction of Tujia Brocade.

With the continuous development of information technology, the applications of barcode have become more and more widely, and its quality requirements are also increasing. Due to the poverty typography and printing equipment, and the imperfect printing technology, there are a lot of problems such as flying ink, missing printed, wrong print, black spots and improper registration existing in the process of barcode printing. The traditional way of manually sorting defective barcode is not only inefficient but also easily influenced by many factors, which leads to the low precision of the detection. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a method of barcode defect detection based on Tesseract-OCR, firstly, the method uses the horizontal projection method to segment the barcode, and then it uses the Tesseract-OCR method to recognize the characters in the barcode, lastly, it combines Levenshtein Distance algorithm to detect the character defects. In this paper, 1000 barcode images were used to the experiment, and the experimental results show that the accuracy of detection results can reach 94.3%, which proves the feasibility of the method.

The Tujia nationality's brocade (short as Tujia brocade or Xilankapu) is one of the Tujia traditional handicrafts; it has been widely used in Tujia people's daily life, especially for the people reside in the YouShui River Basin. Tujia brocade not only has many varieties, manifestations and performance styles, but also very rich design patterns, these exhibits aesthetic sentiment and national consciousness. It is important effect on the deep excavation of Tujia brocade culture and virtual design by analyzing the compositional structure and structural parameters of Tujia brocade, The paper deconstructs and analysis the structures of Tujia brocade, discusses the hierarchical composition and structure parameter in the analysis of a large number of traditional classic patterns. It develops Tujia brocade structure simulation and interactive design system based on Unity 3D technology, which simulates innovative patterns and presents them visually by changing the compositional structure parameters values, these vector diagrams of Tujia brocade could be directly used in the intelligent machine production.

Tujia brocade is a typical brocade of ethnic groups in China and also known as "Xilankapu", or "Knitting Floral Bedspread". It was listed in the directory of National Intangible Heritages of China in 2006. However, due to the impact of the way of Tujia brocade craft inheritance and other factors, Tujia brocade craft is increasingly declining. So it is urgent to strengthen the digital protection of Tujia brocade, this paper tries to carry out discussion and study of the key movements of Tujia brocade craft. And it puts forward a new method in intangible culture heritage protection based on unmarked motion capture technique. It captures the key actions of twelve processes of Tujia brocade craft combined with Kinect and Leap Motion and establishes a motion data set of Tujia brocade. In addition, virtual representation of Tujia brocade craft is realized by three-dimensional animation technology. Thus the research causes quite great practical effect on digital protection of Tujia brocade.

Tujia brocade (Xi lan ka pu) is a kind of traditional handcraft brocade which was listed in the first batch of non-material cultural heritage of China. It has become a popular trend to promote non-material cultural heritage with digital technology. Personalization recommendation for Tujia brocade culture resources could push new knowledge and something the user interested in, which could improve the efficiency of knowledge searching. The purpose of this paper is to realize personalization recommendation of Tujia brocade culture resources via using the hybrid recommendation technology, which was combined collaborative filtering with content filtering. Initially, we establish a set of basic culture resource databases for Tujia brocade, including user information database, preference pattern database, and build the user model and resource model. We then match the user preferences and the specific characteristics of Tujia brocade cultural resources through the description of resource characteristic. We finally choose the resources with high similarity and recommends to users, so as to realize the personalized recommendation for Tujia brocade culture resources.

To get rid of durance of distribution environment on Tujia Brocade dissemination and provide a more comprehensive and immersive learning environment of Tujia brocade, this paper designs a system on Tujia Brocade cultural coordinate panorama display based on touch screen, and establishes panoramic scenes which takes the birthplace of Tujia brocade named Lao Chehe village as the cultural coordinates of Tujia brocade. What's more, the system has ten panoramic scenes, which completes following functions: viewpoint control, scenes shifting, hotspot information, touch operation and voice explanation. Users can have real-time interaction with ecological panorama of Tujia Brocade Laoche village in the scene, this will contribute to the digital protection and social dissemination of Tujia brocade.

As the first batch of intangible cultural heritage of China, Tujia brocade craft is facing the danger of losing, and it is extremely urgent to conduct digital protection for Tujia brocade by using information technology solutions. The multi-touch Tujia brocade virtual weaving system was designed and implemented with the multi-touch technology based on this situation. It displays the tools and key processes of Tujia brocade craft, and it designs experience weaving module to deepen the public's understanding of Tujia brocade culture; help them to identify the basic processes of Tujia brocade craft, and master the basic skills, so that it can play an educational role in intangible cultural heritage protection.

摘要:
This paper presents a new model of educational information resources co-construction and sharing based on cloud computing. In this model, educational information resources sharing subjects are colleges, enterprises and network users. This paper studies the power sources of these three main subjects to participate in resource co-construction and sharing, according to the characteristics of different subjects proposed incentives mechanism. Education information resource co-construction and sharing based on cloud computing showed reproducibility, cross-regional and anonymity features, this paper proposes rights protection mechanisms to solve the problems above.

With the increasing demand of social security, intelligent moving target tracking technology play a more important role in video surveillance system. However, current moving target tracking technology works well for single camera situation but always lost targets in multi-camera environments due to the difficulty of object matching. In this paper, we proposed a new collaborative tracking system for moving target based on space-time video fusion. The idea of this system is firstly to register and fuse real-time surveillance video to 3D virtual model with situation awareness, then the space relativity between different cameras and the time relativity of tracking target moving across multi-cameras are extracted. With the help of this space-time information, we can accurately match the moving targets between consecutive cameras and coordinate adjacent cameras to collaboratively track the target by using moving target tracking for single camera. Test results show that our approach can realize continuous tracking for moving objects between multi-cameras with good robustness.

Education informatization promotes the co-construction and sharing of educational information resources. While, the co-construction and sharing of high quality educational resources still have many problems, including resource quantity shortage, resources unbalanced construction, and the unsustainable development of resources. Traditional mechanisms for co-construction and sharing didn't describe the effect of all aspects involved in detail and didn't take the difference between regions into consideration. In addition, it didn't provide services for resource co-construction and sharing. So it cannot solve the issues above. The emergence and development of cloud computing are also put forward the opportunities and challenges for resource co-construction and sharing. This paper puts forward cloud services pattern of educational information resources co-construction and sharing - 4+X pattern, introduces the role of each part in resources co-construction and sharing. In order to reduce the differences between regions, this paper introduces two different cloud computing centers. The center's function is different in different regions. And in this paper, puts forward the educational information resources co-construction and sharing model based on cloud computing, providing personal developing environment for co-construction and sharing.
