Facility location, inventory control, and vehicle routes scheduling are three key issues to be settled in the design of logistics system for e-commerce. Due to the online shopping features of e-commerce, customer returns are becoming much more than traditional commerce. This paper studies a three-phase supply chain distribution systemconsisting of one supplier, a set of retailers, and a single type of product with continuous review (Q, r) inventory policy. We formulate a stochastic location-inventory-routing problem (LIRP) model with no quality defects returns. To solve the NP-hand problem, a pseudo-parallel genetic algorithm integrating simulated annealing (PPGASA) is proposed. The computational results show that PPGASA outperforms GA on optimal solution, computing time, and computing stability.

Reverse logistics originated in humans environment protection consciousness awoke in serious environment pollution and the shortage of resources under the condition of modern industrial industry sustainable development. It makes great profits to economizing the recycled products in re-manufacturing logistics. This paper takes into account supply chain system cost as well as reverse logistics cost and customer time satisfaction to solve the location-inventory-routing problem(LIRP). It has certain guiding significance to administrate the recycled reverse logistics network.

Facility location and inventory control are critical and highly related problems in the design of logistics system for e-commerce. Meanwhile, the return ratio in Internet sales was significantly higher than in the traditional business. Focusing on the existing problem in e-commerce logistics system, we formulate a closed-loop location-inventory problem model considering returned merchandise to minimize the total cost which is produced in both forward and reverse logistics networks. To solve this nonlinear mixed programming model, an effective two-stage heuristic algorithm named LRCAC is designed by combining Lagrangian relaxation with ant colony algorithm (AC). Results of numerical examples show that LRCAC outperforms ant colony algorithm (AC) on optimal solution and computing stability. The proposed model is able to help managers make the right decisions under e-commerce environment.

Many of returned merchandise have no quality defects, which can reenter sales channels just after a simple repackaging process. Focusing on the existing problem in e-commerce logistics system, we formulate a location-inventory-routing problem model with no quality defects returns. To solve this NP-hard problem, an effective hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm (HGSAA) is proposed. Results of numerical examples show that HGSAA outperforms GA on computing time, optimal solution, and computing stability. The proposed model is very useful to help managers make the right decisions under e-supply chain environment.

摘要:
Considering the logistics system time-varying characteristic, this paper establishes a distribution center dynamic programming model. The model is using improved D&O rules and branch and bound algorithm to list each phase alternative distribution center scheme, then solved by dynamic programming method, to find the optimal scheme of the whole planning period. Through example and contrast, prove this calculation algorithm is feasible and better.

In an era of knowledge economy, building internal knowledge bases is one of basic conditions to improve competitiveness and to make sustainable development for modern companies. In this paper, we develop a complete information dynamic game model on this problem and analyze the strategic behavior of the risk adverse participators to find out the sub game perfect Nash equilibrium from perspective of individual employees. We also offer some managerial recommendations on how to balance individual interest and collective interests in modern companies. At last, a series of corresponding management enlightenments are given out based on the above analysis.

摘要:
This paper focuses on the optimization of location inventory routing problem (LIRP) taking the retailers' customer time satisfaction degree into account. Based on the model of LIRP, a multi-objective programming model of LIRP which accounting to customer time satisfaction degree is built. Then an improved genetic algorithm is introduced to solve the model. Finally, a set of computational experiments are conducted, the results show that the model is suitable and the method is available.

摘要:
This paper combines the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad to reach a formula of explicit expression knowledge value of employee. Then, using complete information static game model, from the view of cost factors, the knowledge store of employees and motivation factors to do game analysis of the preconditions of knowledge transfer (KT). The various measures to improve the knowledge transfer within organizations are proposed at the end of this paper.

摘要:
This paper studies the optimization of location-inventory-routing problem taking into account the retailers' requirement of delivery time. Based on the model of location-inventory-routing problem without time window constraint, a model of location-inventory-routing problem with soft time window is built. Then an improved simulated annealing algorithm embedded tabu search is proposed to solve the model. Finally, a set of randomly generated computational experiments are conducted to evaluate the performance of our improved algorithm.

The location routing inventory problem with time windows (LRIPTW) is a generalization of the location routing inventory problem where services for each customer begin within the time window defined by the earliest and the latest times. This paper presents a mathematical model and an optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm (GA) for the LRIPTW. One sample is given for demonstration purposes. At last, the proposed heuristic method is tested and the results obtained illustrate the rationality of the model and the efficiency of the algorithm.

In this paper, by considering the benefits of logistics planners and retailers, a bi-level programming model is proposed to describe the location inventory problem. In the bi-level programming model, the upper level is used to determine the optimal location by minimizing the location cost of logistics planners and the lower gives a demand allocation by minimizing inventory and transportation costs of retailers with stochastic demands. A new heuristics algorithm combining genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm with memory container and historical solution set is proposed to solve the bi-level model. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity of the above models and the efficiency of algorithm.
