摘要:
研究了用简单铜盐通过阴极还原氧化亚铜的电化学行为,讨论了一些工艺因素对在导电玻片上电沉积Cu2O薄膜的影响,并对所制备的Cu2O薄膜分别用台阶仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)进行表征.得到的较佳工艺条件为:电势-0.22~-0.45V(vs SCE),温度为60.C,pH值为5.5~6.0,(CHaCOO)2Cu浓度为0.015~0.04mol/L.表征结果发现,随池温的升高,晶粒尺寸从0.2μm增加到0.4μm,60.C沉积的Cu2O薄膜开始具有(111)面择优取向,Cu2O膜纯度高,薄膜表面呈网络多孔结构.

摘要:
以SnCl2>·2H2O为主要原料, Na2CO3为矿化剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为表面活性剂,采用压力-热晶法,在160~200℃成功地制备出分散性好、晶型完整、结构稳定的氧化亚锡纳米晶须,并用透射电子显微镜、电子衍射、 X射线衍射等技术手段对氧化亚锡纳米晶须的结构和形貌进行表征.表征结果显示,制得的SnO晶须具有棒状外观结构,其直径和长度分别为10~40、 100~400 nm. 实验还考察了反应时间、体系压力等条件对产物结构和形貌的影响,实验结果表明,增加压力和延长反应时间都有利于四方晶型氧化亚锡晶须的形成. 同时探论了四方晶型氧化亚锡纳米晶的须形成机理,初步认为其形成过程是一个成核并沿晶格延伸生长的过程.

摘要:
以透明导电玻璃(TCO)、纳米TiO2/TCO、CNTs/TCO、铜片分别为工作电极,用简单铜盐通过阴极还原制备了Gu2O薄膜,并研究了溶液温度和衬底对电化学沉积Gu2O薄膜形貌的影响.结果表明:以TCO和铜片为衬底时,由于表面微粒为微米级,不管溶液温度高低,只能得到微米级的Cu2O薄膜;以纳米TiO2/TCO和CNTs/TCO为衬底,池温高于30℃只能得到微米级的Cu2O薄膜,而池温降到0℃时,都可得到纳米Cu2O.

摘要:
This paper investigates electrochemical behavior of ZnO thin films deposition on transparent conducting optically glass from a simple aqueous zinc nitrate solution. At low temperature, ZnO films with grain sizes between 10 and 15 nm are obtained by controlling growth rate. The X-ray diffraction pattern shows that ZnO film has a hexagonal wurtzite structure and the preferred growth orientation is the (002) direction. Detailed X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis indicates the presence of metallic Zn, OH and H<inf>2</inf>O species in the as prepared ZnO films. In addition, ZnO thin film changes from Zn-rich to O-rich after being annealed in air. Optical characterizations show that the films as prepared and annealed at 250 °C have high optical transmittance (>90%) in the visible wavelength range and the band gap of the nanocrystalline ZnO films is 3.37 eV. ©2005 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
The grain size in cuprous oxide (Cu<inf>2</inf>O) thin films is a key to improve the performance of solar application devices. In this paper, electrochemical deposition of nanocrystalline Cu<inf>2</inf>O thin films on TiO<inf>2</inf> films coated on transparent conducting optically (TCO) glass substrates by cathodic reduction of cupric acetate has been investigated. The deposition kinetics of nanocrystalline Cu<inf>2</inf>O thin films were studied and the parameters limiting the deposition of the films were determined. Pure Cu<inf>2</inf>O deposited at bath temperature between 0 and 30°C produced spherically shaped grains with 40-50 nm diameters which have not been reported previously. The effect of pH was studied and a solution with a pH between 5.5 and 6 was found to be best. The effect of annealing on bulk structure, electrical resistivity, and optical absorption of nanocrystalline Cu <inf>2</inf>O thin films was also studied and the results were discussed. ©2004 Elsevier B.V. 以透明导电玻璃(TCO)为衬底,用硝酸锌水溶液作为电解液,研究了阴极还原沉积ZnO薄膜的反应机理和电化学行为.通过改变工艺条件来控制ZnO的生长速率,得到了粒径为10~15 nm的纳米ZnO薄膜.XRD分析显示纳米ZnO薄膜纯度高,呈纤锌矿结构.光学测试结果表明,在可见光区其透光度高达90%,禁带宽度为3.37 eV.

摘要:
A way to prepare nano-size Cu<inf>2</inf>O with electrochemical method was first reported. The nano-size TiO<inf>2</inf>-Cu<inf>2</inf>O particle composites were obtained by an electrochemical method and the properties of the composites were evaluated by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and diffuse reflectance UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-DRS). The photocatalytic activities of the composites prepared by this method exceed that of Degussa P-25. ©2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
In this paper, some single-crystalline Stannous oxide (SnO) nanowhiskers were successfully prepared by a wet method using SnCl<inf>2</inf> · 2H<inf>2</inf>O as raw material and cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide (CTAB) as surfactant. The morphologies, purity and sizes of the products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffractmetry and standard selected area electron diffraction. The results showed that the diameter and the length of the particles were 10-30 and 200-400 nm, respectively. The influence of some reaction parameters, including the pressure, the temperature, the surfactant and the reaction duration, on the formation, morphology and particle size of SnO crystallite is discussed. ©2004 Elsevier Ltd. 碳纳米管对香烟烟气中总粒相物的去除

摘要:
比较了分别添加碳纳米管(CNTs)、活性炭、NaCl、MgSO4、Al(OH)3的卷烟过滤嘴对烟气中总粒相物的去除效果,初步研究了过滤嘴中CNTs的处理程度、填充数量对去除效果的影响及作用. 结果表明,CNTs对烟气中总粒相物的去除能力优于其它材料,并且浅处理(用浓硝酸浸泡5 min)的CNTs的去除能力优于深处理(用浓硝酸煮沸40 min)的CNTs,每支烟中浅处理的CNTs 添加量为20~30 mg时效果较好.
