摘要:
In this paper, a narrow-band high-Q gas sensor is designed and verified. A single-port sensor is proposed with the Rogers RO4003C as a substrate and metal line coupled with a triple-stage split ring as a resonator. In the experiment, as ethanol gradually injects the resonance frequency shifts from 4.128 GHz to 4.068 GHz. The quality factor of the proposed sensor reaches 128 and experimental results are in good agreement with the simulations. The experiment ethanol vapor ranges from 0 to 877 ppm and the sensitivity is 0.076 MHz/ppm. The experimental results have good linearity and relatively high sensitivity. The sensor can be applied for real-time environmental monitoring and the analysis of gas concentration. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

A three-dimensional structure is designed, fabricated, and measured to achieve electromagnetically induced reflection (EIR) using metamaterial-inspired 2D cavity grating (MICG). The unit cell is composed of a orthogon ring resonator (ORR), a circle ring resonator (CRR), and the metal cavity. The physics mechanism of EIR is a weak hybridization between the ORR and CRR at 15.15 GHz, which exhibits a high reflection coefficient of 95%. We use the electric and magnetic field distributions to analyze and verify this physics mechanism. The geometric parameters of the ORR, CRR, and metal cavity have a profound influence on the reflectance spectra. In addition, the proposed MICG can be used to detect the concentration of the glucose solution (GS) as the liquid sensor, and sensitivity (S) reaches up to 3.26 GHz RIU-1 (refractive index unit). The figure of merit (FOM) is calculated as 8.15, which shows favorable sensing in the microwave sensor. Furthermore, the proposed MICG has potential applications to detect different liquids.

With quad-notched band characteristic, a compact ultra-wideband (UWB) multiple-input-multiple-output antenna is proposed in the article. There are two identical monopole elements in the system. By inserting symmetrical L-shaped slots, complementary split-ring resonators) and C-shaped stubs in each element, four notched bands are achieved to filter 3.5 GHz WiMAX, 5.25 GHz lower WLAN, 5.8 GHz upper WLAN, and 7.5 GHz X-band. Without decoupling structures, the antennas were placed vertically to obtain high isolation. Results indicate that the antenna operates from 2.6 to 13 GHz except four rejected bands, and port isolation (S21) is better than ź25 dB, envelope correlation coefficient is below 0.002 in UWB spectrum frequency of 3.1---10.6 GHz. The antenna consists of a rectangular radiating patch with a half circle, a tapered microstrip feed-line, and a semi-elliptical ground plane. With a pair of L-shaped slots, complementary co-directional SRR and a pair of C-shaped stubs, four notched bands are created to prevent interference from WiMAX/lower WLAN/higher WLAN/X-band. Experimental results show that the designed antenna, with compact size of 20 30 mm2, has an ultrawide band (VSWR < 2) from 2.68 to 13 GHz, except four notched bands of 3.13---3.8, 4.87---5.52, 5.65---6.1, 7.12---8 GHz. With a pair of L-shaped slots, complementary co-directional SRR on the patch and a pair of L-shaped slots on the ground plane, four notched bands are created to prevent interference from WiMAX /WLAN/X-band. Experimental results show that the designed antenna, with compact size 20x30mm2, has an operating band(VSWR < 2) from 2.7 to 20GHz, except four stop bands of 3.1 similar to 3.7GHz, 5.13 similar to 5.48GHz, 5.74 similar to 6.04GHz, 7.3 similar to 7.96GHz. And good radiation patterns within the operating band have been observed.

A novel coplanar waveguide-fed ultra-wideband antenna with triple band-notched function centred at 3.5, 5.5 and 7.5 GHz is proposed. It has small size of 26 × 26 mm

. This antenna consists of an elliptical radiator and a square ground plane with an elliptical slot on one side of the substrate. Besides, two circles with a radius of 2 mm were dug from the edge of the outer ellipse to realise the bandwidth requirement. To avoid interference from Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, a single open-ended elliptical arc-shaped slot was etched on the top side of the ground. Moreover, another elliptical arc-shaped slot notched at wireless local area network band was etched on the elliptical radiator and two systemically C-shaped slots working at 7.3–7.7 GHz was embedded on the structure. Measured voltage standing wave ratio shows the working frequency range was from 3.1 to 13.5 GHz except for notched bands of 3.35–3.8, 5.1–5.9 and 7.35–7.8 GHz.

The system of time-to-digital conversion is based on the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)[1], compared with the TDC system existing now, the innovation of this design is can measure the width of the continue pulses. This system is designed on the Spartan-6 platform of the Xinlinx company. There are three modules included in this design, the coarse count measurement modules, exact measurement modules and the manage of the measured data module. The key and the difficult of this design are in the exact measurement module, it is measured by using the carry chain which is consisted by the slices, the slices in the Configurable Logic Blocks(CLBs), which are the main logic resources for implementing sequential as well as combinational circuits, and each CLB element contains a pair of slices. The measurement accuracy of this design is within 100ps, and the measurement dynamic range is flexibility, it is based on the bits of the register used in the design, the register used in this design is 32 bits, so the dynamic range can up to about four seconds.

Quantum mutual information and concurrence are two important measures of quantum correlations, and their similar behavior for a bipartite pure state calls for inspecting whether such a behavior remains for a multipartite pure state. The dynamical correlation of quantum mutual information and tripartite entanglement is analytically and numerically studied for initial states, total boson numbers and coupling parameters in a symmetric trimer molecule, where the entanglement is measured in terms of concurrence. A correlation parameter is introduced to describe the correlation between mutual information and concurrence. It is shown that both quantities are positively or anti-correlated in irregular manner. However, they exhibit completely positive correlation for suitable states, with their explicit expressions being presented for arbitrary model parameters. The dynamical correlation between bipartite and tripartite entanglement is discussed as well. Those shed new light on the understanding of quantum correlations of vibrational states in polyatomic molecules.
