p-nitrophenol (PNP) are an important and common environmental pollutants. In this study, Pseudomonas aeruginosa HS-D38 strain was selected to degrade PNP, and the degradation characteristics were investigated. Results showed that HS-D38 could use PNP as the sole carbon, nitrogen and energy source, and the degradation conditions including temperature, pH and initial concentration of PNP were optimized.The optimal temperature of PNP degradation was at 35degC,and in the range of pH 6.0-7.0, HS-D38 strain grew well and PNP could be efficiently degraded. Oxygen could accelerate PNP degradation. HS-D38 strain could grow and degrade PNP in an MSM medium under 500 mgL

PNP could be completely degrade within 10 h by HS-D38. HPLC and UV-visible spectra analysis indicated that the key degradation intermediate metabolite was aim at hydroquinone. Some other aromatics compounds including phenol, p-benzenediol, naphthalene, aniline, 1,2,3-benzenetriol and nitrobenzene could be degraded by HS-D38.

In this paper, a new security system in electronic commerce based on PKI and extended by digital fingerprinting and digital watermarking is proposed. The security system can effective protect the data security of electronic commerce. The whole security system integrates three parts' strongpoint and forms its own good qualities, so it has very high level security and can suit for the complicated applications of electronic commerce.

摘要:
With the project planning and design of land consolidation, an index system for the ecological risks assessment is set up based on the identification of the ecological risks with 14 indexes and three factors as water, soil and biology. The index standard is studied out, and the weighting allocation of the index system is workout by AHP. The integrated index of ecological evaluation (ER) is established. The results of the trial use of the suggested index system indicate that, (1) The ER is reduced 28.94 after land consolidation, and the ecological risk is down from level Ⅲ to level Ⅳ; (2) By the element analysis, the water ER is reduced from 21.53 to 6.16, its contribution to the ecological risk is 53%; The ERs of soil and biology are respectively 12.97 and 0.79, their contribution of ecological risk are lower than water.
