Few researches concern about oxidative damage of inhaled formaldehyde in medium or low concentrations.Therefore, we treated three groups of mice with 1.0mg/m3, 3.0mg/m3 formaldehyde and the control group inhaled fresh air. All of the mice were treated 6 hours per day for 10 days. After exposure, the activities of total superoxide dismutase (SOD), content of glutathione (GSH) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in five organs-brain, heart, lung,liver and kidney were measured. The results showed that inhaled formaldehyde caused the obvious decrease of SOD activities in five organs (P<0.01) in 3.0mg/m3 group, and the level of GSH in all treated groups were decreased significantly in various organs (P<0.05) compared with fresh air group. The level of MDA in all organs of 3.0mg/m were increased significantly (p<0.05) compared with fresh air group. In conclusion, medium concentration formaldehyde gas induces significantly oxidative damage of various organs.

The jet quenching effect has been investigated in the direct photon production, based on a realistic data-constrained (3+1)-dimensional hydrodynamic description of the expanding hot and dense matter, a reasonable treatment of the propagation of partons and their energy loss in the fluid and a systematic study of the main sources of direct photons. Our resultant pt spectra agree with recent PHENIX data in a broad pt range. Parton energy loss in the plasma eventually significantly affects direct photon production from fragmentation and jet-photon conversion, similar to hadron suppression in central heavy-ion collisions. But this only causes about 40% decrease in the total production of direct photons, due to the mixture with other direct photon sources.

摘要:
Artificial immune operators play an important role in the application of immunity, how to design immune operators to support the test case generation method based on the principle of immunity deserves our investigation. Therefore, on the basis of artificial immunity principle, some immune operators that can be used in software test case generation are proposed in this paper. By comparing experiments using artificial immune algorithm and experiments based on genetic algorithms, the efficiency of the immune operators applied in test case Generation Method is verified in this paper.

摘要:
In order to test the existence of speculative bubble in Shanghai housing market,this paper quantifies the rational speculation and the herding speculation,construets a parameter model and a timevarying parameter model,and introduces an early-warning criteria of residential supply non-transformed rate index.The results show that there are different types of speculative bubbles in Shanghai housing market,the impact of different specul ation on housing prices is changing with time.Especially in 2005-2007,the impact have the strengthened the trend.Additionally,the warning information indicates the existence of bubble in Shanghai hous-ing market from 2003,and the situation became worse after 2005.

摘要:
The calculation of energy release per baryon during the phase transitions were discussed. We study the phase transitions in the crust of strange star and in the mixed phase of hybrid star. The energy released can be act as a heating mechanism named deconfinement heating. We give out the cooling curves of compact stars with the deconfinement heating and then compare it with the observable data.
