摘要:
In this paper we consider the problem of estimation of a continuous distribution function under the LINEX loss function. The best invariant estimator is obtained, and proved to be minimax for any sample size n ≥ 1.

摘要:
In order to meet the demand of exchange, share and reuse business knowledge among the different government institutions in e-government, an ontology-based approach to modeling and collaborating e-government business knowledge was proposed. An e-government business ontology (EG- BOnt) was designed. The model of EG-BOnt was described by the IDEF5 graphically. Then the precise syntax and formal semantics of EG-BOnt were defined by OWL language because of its stronger semantics and logic relation expressiveness. Finally, the architecture of e-government knowledge collaboration management platform based on EG-BOnt was presented. This approach accelerates a common understanding of relevant business knowledge and provides a new research direction about implement the interoperation of the heterogeneous government institutions in e-government. It will be helpful to improve the efficiency and quality of e- government services and promote the realization of one-stop e-government.

摘要:
The paper presented a method of digital image scrambling based on binary tree generated by chaotic sequences. First, conservative chaos system is iterated to produce chaotic sequences after given initial value and parameters. Then, binary tree is generated by chaotic sequences according to certain rule. At last, the order received by inorder traversing the binary tree is used to transform order of pixels. In this method of digital image scrambling the secret key is initial value and parameters. This method is flexible to use because the secret key is separated from algorithms. It remedies inadequateness of flexibility in other algorithms merely adopting fixed binary tree. Some evaluation indexes show that the method has good effect of image scrambling.

摘要:
In this paper, we study the relation between the excess of open manifolds and their topology by using the methods of comparison geometry. We prove that a complete open Riemmannian manifold with Ricci curvature negatively lower bounded is of finite topological type provided that the conjugate radius is bounded from below by a positive constant and its Excess is bounded by some function of its conjugate radius, which improves some results in [4].
