摘要:
The application of multihop Wireless Ad Hoc Networks (WANETs) has been facing a great challenge to implement cooperative control over user transmission rates under the resource restrictions. In this paper, we propose an efficient bandwidth allocation scheme called Active-Time-Based Bandwidth Allocation Scheme (ATBAS) that can ensure fair bandwidth allocation among the users in a multihop WANET model. This scheme operates at each hop and fairly allots each competing flow a part of channel time, according to which each hop then computes the updating rate for each flow traversing the hop and records their updated rates into each data packet's special control header. The source of each flow in this scheme can eventually adjust its sending rate to reach its fair share. An algorithm is developed to implement the above mechanism. We will show through simulation results that our proposed algorithm is able to fairly distribute bandwidth among multihop flows.

摘要:
With the development of network technology, online learning becomes easier. But how to meet the need of learners' personality in network study is still a big problem. In order to support the personalized study better in the network environment, we take the personalized learning system as the research background. The artificial intelligence and cognitive technology were employed in the design and research of intelligent QA platform based on learners' personal model. Such issues as the model building based on learners' personality, and the designing of Intelligent QA Systems based on this model to present adaptive knowledge are mainly explored.

摘要:
Energy efficiency is an important design issue that can prolong the effective lifetime of a network with a limited energy supply.Clustering technique has been proven to be an effective approach for reducing energy eonsuraption.It also can increase the sealability and lifetime of the network.In this paper,we propose an improved cluster formation algorithm for wireless sensor networks according to considering the energy as an optimization parameter.Compared to the algorithm in Ref[2],the ACE-CILP algodthrn increase the cluster head election mechanism,and the simulation results show that ACE-CILP algorithm achieves its intention of consuming less energy,equalizing the energy consumnption of all the nodes,as .well as extending the network lifetime perfectly.

摘要:
This paper proposes an innovative data storage mechanism for forms of web-based workflow systems in which various forms communicate with each other quite frequently to carry out workflow handling. To realise this approach, several methods mainly about string theory as well as string variable processing are provided. Moreover, it can deal with forms both in static and dynamic kinds. The key distinction of this approach is that we would care nothing about the contents of every forms in workflow systems. This can significantly simplify the table structure and data storage of the database.

摘要:
A new model of SMS Platform is proposed in this paper. Based on this model, with the techniques of the Bluetooth, socket, embedded operation, remote control, and database processing, a system is designed as an example. With this efficient model, the system can be mainly buildup by the hardware of mobile devices and networked computers. This SMS Platform can be easily integrated with OAS (office automation system), and many other applications. The study of this paper also gives a further insight about the limitation of the system and discusses what should be improved in the future.

In most sensor network applications, the information gathered by sensors will be meaningless without the location of the sensor nodes. Node localization has been a topic of active research in recent years. Accurate self-localization capability is highly desirable in wireless sensor network. This paper proposes a genetic algorithm based localization(GAL). The proposed genetic algorithm adopts two new genetic operators: single-vertex-neighborhood mutation and the descend-based arithmetic crossover. Four example problems are used to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm. Simulation results show that our algorithm can achieve higher accurate position estimation than semi-definite programming with gradient search localization (SDPL) [11] and simulated annealing based localization (SAL)[13]. Compared to the usual crossover operator: simple arithmetic crossover, whole arithmetic crossover and single-point crossover, the proposed crossover can obtain a lower mean position error.

摘要:
This paper introduces the "Absorbing Walls" and the multi-phase theory to improve Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm and applies it to solve complex problem of classification. In the process of classification, the double fitness functions are used to increase the precise of classification rules got. The result of experimentation shows that not only the efficiency of this improved optimization algorithm is increased, but also the accuracy rate of classification is high.

This paper proposes a predictive controller based on adaptive resource management techniques for multi-service wireless cellular networks to keep the handoff failure rate (HFR) below a target value regardless of the traffic dynamics and bandwidth requirements of the service types. In this paper, we propose a modified feedback algorithm to control the reserved resource. Simulations results indicate that this algorithm can maintain target HFR for any service type even when the traffic load rapidly fluctuates and system parameters vary over a wide range. This algorithm has superior performance in terms of total carried traffic.

摘要:
For the sake of environmental change monitoring, a huge amount of geospatial and temporal data have been acquired through various networks of monitoring stations. For instance, daily precipitation and air temperature are observed at meteorological stations, and MODIS images are regularly received at satellite ground stations. However, so far these massive raw data from the stations are not fully utilized, or say, geographical spatio-temporal structural information in raw data aren't exposed sufficiently. Upon the requirements of human decision-making, explosive raw data is embarrassed in contrast to starved information or knowledge. This paper makes a short introduction to our research project, i.e., mining association rules in vegetation and climate changing data of northeastern China. We describe a framework of mining association rules in regional vegetation and climate-changing data, in which the methods of Kriging interpolation, wavelets multi-resolution analysis, fuzzy c-means clustering, and Apriori-based logical rules extraction are used respectively. Then, we give the definitions of geographical spatio-temporal transactions and multi-level fuzzy association rules, which play the decisive roles in association rules mining. It is noted that the largest difference between spatial data mining and general data mining is computation of geographical spatio-temporal correlations or variability. The whole procedure of geographical spatio-temporal data mining can be thought of as multi-stage computation of geographical spatio-temporal correlations. At the end of this paper, towards an advanced regional vegetation-climate changing data mining system, several underlying techniques of mining spatio-temporal association rules are initiatively pointed out for next work.
