With the arrival of the Internet Age, more and more companies start to operate E-commerce to make a fortune. Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation and influencing factors of enterprise E-commerce Business Process (BP). And then we carries out the synergetic elements of enterprise Ecommerce BPR by using synergetic ideas and methods. In these bases, we propose an information synergetic degree model basing on target and process in this paper.
摘要：
Data integration for the unified web-based information platform of heterogeneous e-Govemment system becomes the most important issue in eGovernment system conformation. This paper proposes a new model of data integration based on in-depth analysis of Topic Map technology and Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). This model uses OAI protocol for Metadata harvesting to automatically generate a topic index layer between the application layer and data layer of e-Government systems. To integrate the intercity heterogeneous e-Govemment systems, we derive topic maps in the topic index layer by identifying topic, association and occurrence of each topic map in the RDBMS, and then amalgamate topic maps by measuring their similarities.

A number of tools have been developed to support application development in Grid Services architetures.But most of these efforts have focused on low-level support for management and execution of Grid services, management of Grid-enabled resources, and deployment and execution of applications that make use of Grid services..This paper describes an open-source toolkit,called Introduce, that supports easy development and deployment of Web Services Resource Framework (WSRF) compliant services. And it emphasizes how to realize grid resources scheduling through the toolkit Introduce,connected to the project of research on the grid application model of digital library.

摘要：
E-learning is a brand-new learning style. The analysis of E-learning behavior model is the basis of designing web-based education system and developing web-based learning resources. This paper firstly proposes the theoretical basis of E-learning behavior and its guiding significance. Then, we discuss the multi-dimensional and multi-level E-learning behavior model. Finally, based on XML and Petri Nets, we propose a model of E-learning behavior, which can provides a certain idea to the research on E-learning behavior model.

摘要：
In order fill the gap in the research on the domestic collaborative tagging system, we select Douban as the study object to conduct this empirical research to study the collaborative tagging mechanism and standardization control. Firstly, we count and analyze the pair wise relationship among the tags, users and resources to reveal the collaborative tagging mechanism. Then we analyze the quality and standardization of users' tag. The statistical results show that the standardization of tags is low, the quality of tags is not high and the recall ratio and precision ratio are restricted. Based on these limits of Douban, we propose some measures for improvement such as constructing the tag library, combination of tag and ontology and the recommendation of tags.

Based on the three assessment modes "Teacher Evaluation", "Student Self-Assessment", "Group Cooperation Peer Assessment" and the example session "Gather the Information", this paper evaluates students' learning course in Information Technology curriculum, and researches in-depth the function and features of these three modes in the evaluation of student's learning process. Student assessment is the assessment of individual student's learning progress and changes. The major objective of modern student assessment is to motive student's learning, improve teaching according to student's learning features, and promote student's better development. Information Technology curriculum, as a new subject, there are more specific contents to the objective of student assessment: improve classroom teaching; strengthen student's information literacy and ability; promote the development of Information Technology curriculum; and push the integration of the subject of Information Technology and other subjects. There is a session in Information Technology curriculum of primary school called "Gather the Information". The teaching content of this session is to ask the students to collect photos and text messages from internet, and collect the information about panda's habits and characteristics based on the website about pandas provided by the teacher and then file them to complete document. The specific teaching objectives are: Save photos from website; save a complete website; use "clipboard" to save the partial content from website; collect and sort out the information about panda according to the websites provided by teacher. Took the session as an example, the writer discussed the three basic modes of student assessment in Information Technology curriculum of primary school from three angles, which are teacher's evaluation to students, student self-assessment and group peer assessment. 摘要：
Automated trust negotiation (ATN) is an approach to establishing mutual trust between strangers wishing to share resources or conduct business by gradually requesting and disclosing digitally signed credentials. In ATN, there are conflicts between negotiation success and sensitive information protection, that is, these two needs cannot be given priority at the same time, which is a challenging problem to resolve. In this paper, a language independent ATN framework, which is dynamic, flexible and adaptive, is presented to address this problem, ensuring negotiation success without sensitive information leakage. This framework is independent of the policy language which is used. However, the language used should have the capability to specify all kinds of sensitive information appearing in credentials and policies, and support the separation of attribute disclosure from credential disclosure. Thus definitions of new language features, which can be incorporated into existing policy languages, are given, enabling the used language to support the capabilities mentioned above.

In order to reveal e-commerce application and development status of China’s household, we select and statistics 3260 China’s household enterprises, and investigate carefully through web search engines. Results show that the level of e-commerce applications are getting higher, and have a brilliant future. The research can provide a reference to develop China’s household industry and improve the level of e-commerce application of China’s household enterprises.

According to the close-up observations and interviews of E-learning behavior of spare-time students in Web College of Central China Normal University, the paper makes the further study on all types of acts of their learning and the frequency of acts as well as the relationship between all type of act changings of E-learning based on their emotional change. Then the paper makes an exploration on how to improve the learning support services platform and the construction of learning resources based on the above results in the hope that it will provide some help to the development of E-learning in China.

摘要：
Based on the analysis of the methods,characteristics,and limitations of the existing social tagging system and leveraging the Social Network Analysis(SNA) approach,four SNA-based social tag network analysis methods are proposed:point-line-density analysis,centrality analysis,cohesive subgroup analysis,and structural equivalence analysis.The application of the personalized information service model based on social tag network has been realized using SNA software.The application of this model provides a new way of reasoning for further promoting the practices of personalized information services.In the future,empirical investigation should be conducted to examine and ameliorate the theoretical research and the application of the social tag network.

摘要：
With the strong increase of international market competition, the problem of survive and development faced by every economic entity become more and more complicated. In order to obtain competitive advantage, some economic entities begin to research how to forecast economy, so that they can control it in advance. Firstly, this paper studied on the basic theory of prosperity forecasting, mainly from the economic cycle, the prosperity index establishment, and the prediction based on leading index aspects to describe the basic theory of economic prosperity index. Secondly, this paper analyze the importance of leading index forecasting, which can prolong the forecasting time of the leading index. Lastly, the paper led the adapting nerve-fuzzy controlling system to predict the prosperity index as to the problem of the traditional fuzzy controlling system relying on the expert experience excessively, and put the method to a serial prosperity index and obtained the expected result.

摘要：
To improve methods used in integrating e-government information resources of Hubei province, an empirical research was carried out to explore a new way of information integration based on user's interest. By applying technologies of auto-clustering and auto-classification, this research aims to guide in a more reasonable way the classification, organization, storage, sharing and integration of government information resources, thus, improve the utilization of government affair resources and enhance the effectiveness of information management. The result shows that the new method can effectively resolve the contradiction between scattered e-government information and users' comprehensive demand for information so that government information service promises to be more individual-need-oriented.

The enterprise knowledge management is the key of its effective operation. For the purpose of enterprise knowledge's comprehensive sharing and innovation, this paper discusses the construction of enterprise knowledge map based on business process. Firstly this article introduces the basic concepts of business process and enterprise knowledge map, then it focuses on the analysis of the enterprise knowledge structure based on the perspective of business process, especially on the method for enterprise knowledge map construction based on business process and some key techniques, finally some important application values of the presented method are illustrated by discussing three case studies.
