摘要:
针对移动自组织网络(Mobile Ad hoc Networks,MANET)的特点和IEEE802.11的链路层重传机制和分包策略的不足,研究基于广义误码率(Generalized Bit Error Ratio,GBER)和参考无线包重传概率(Packet Retransmission Ratio,PRR)的时延约束方程理论和传输层包长调整方法,并设计基于时延约束的MANET流媒体传输可变包长TCP友好速率控制机制(Variable Packet size TCP-Friendly Rate Control,VPTFRC).与其他方案不同,该机制进一步考虑了无线包重传概率对于包长调整和TCP友好速率控制机制的影响,给出了这一机制的理论模型与相关计算的详细说明,仿真试验的结果验证了该方法在有效吞吐量、传输延时及抖动和TCP友好性方面优于TFRC协议.
摘要:
Reflection is one of the three basic factors which impact a mobile communication system. Reflection occurs when the electromagnetic wave meets an object that is much larger than the wavelength of electromagnetic wave. Received power (or its reciprocal, path loss) is generally the most important parameter predicted by large-scale propagation models based on the physics of reflection. We in this paper deduce a conclusion which is different from the authority publishings. The trigonometric vectors resultant vector ( ) TOT E d , the received power can be come out.

摘要:
The extensive distribution and heterogeneity of distance education resources causes great difficulty to share them, forms numerous isolated information islands. The appearance of grid technology provides an excellent opportunity to solve the problem, who aims to integrate, virtualize, and manage resources and services within distributed, heterogeneous, dynamic "virtual organizations "flj, so as to eliminate isolated information islands, therefore, grid technology has a vast prospect of development and application in campus grid construction and distance education field. This paper first analyzes problems that distance education is now facing, and then gives a brief introduction to grid and OGSA, in the end designs a general structural framework of campus network according to OGSA's philosophy of eliminating isolated information islands with grid service.

摘要:
ICT have a profound impact on the mode of organizational learning and that it offers a number of advantages and opportunities. But it also brings about a lot of potential problems in the field of knowledge management. Web2.0 is a term coined by Tim O'Reilly. It redefines the interactions between Internet and users and brings about a new Internet ecosystem. In this paper, we firstly introduced the main components and technologies of Web 2.0, then we proposed a framework that can corporate the Web 2.0 technologies into the filed of KM. Besides, we also proposed a knowledge management service strategy based on Web 2.0. With the help of the framework and the strategy, the potential problems will be solved to a great extent.

摘要:
To meet the emotional need in traditional Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS), an intelligent tutoring system model based on emotional recognition technique was proposed in the paper. This model was added the emotional recognition module on the model of traditional intelligent tutoring system. The model of tutoring system based on emotional recognition was constructed with facial expression recognition and text recognition techniques, which can get, recognize and analyze emotional information of students' learning performance, then implement emotional stimulation and emotional tutoring according to different students' learning emotion.

As technology has improved and collaborative software has been developed, virtual teams with geographically dispersed members spread across diverse physical locations have become increasingly prominent. Virtual team is supported by advancing communication technologies, which makes virtual teams able to largely transcend time and space. Virtual teams have changed the corporate landscape, which are more complex and dynamic than traditional teams since the members of virtual teams are spread on diverse geographical locations and their roles in the virtual team are different. Therefore, how to realize good governance of virtual team and arrive at good virtual team performance is becoming critical and challenging. Good virtual team governance is essential for a high-performance virtual team. This paper explores the performance and the governance mechanism of virtual team. It establishes a model to explain the relationship between the performance and the governance mechanisms in virtual teams. This paper is focusing on managing virtual teams. It aims to find the strategies to help business organizations to improve the performance of their virtual teams and arrive at the objectives of good virtual team management.

The virtual learning community is an important application pattern of E-Learning. It emphasizes the cooperation of the members in the community, the members would like to share their learning resources, to exchange their experience and complete the study task together. This instructional mode has already been proved as an effective way to improve the quality and efficiency of instruction. At the present time, the virtual learning communities are mostly designed using static access control policy by which the access permission rights are authorized by the super administrator, the super administrator assigns different rights to different roles, but the virtual and social characteristics of virtual learning community make information sharing and collaboration a complex problem, the community realizes its instructional goal only if the members in it believe that others will offer the knowledge they owned and believe the knowledge others offered is well-meaning and worthy. This paper tries to constitute an effective trust mechanism, which could promise favorable interaction and lasting knowledge sharing.

In role-based access control (RBAC) permissions are associated with roles, and users are made members of appropriate roles thereby acquiring the roles' permissions. The principal motivation behind RBAC is to simplify administration. An appealing possibility is to use RBAC itself to manage RBAC, to further provide administrative convenience. In this paper we investigate one aspect of RBAC administration concerning assignment of users to roles. We define a role-based administrative model, called URA (User-Role Assignment), for this purpose and describe its implementation in the Oracle database management system. Although our model is quite different from that built into Oracle, we demonstrate how to use Oracle stored procedures to implement it.
