摘要:
This paper had investigated the current situation of Science Curriculum in Primary School at Li County in Hunan Province, and analyzed the objective and subjective reasons for the existing certain questions in primary school science teaching at the county, and then raised four suggestions for solving the problems based on the analysis of current situation at the county and the actual situation of rural education in our country.

摘要:
Ontologies allow organization of learning material around components of semantically annotated topics. This enables ontology-based educational systems to do efficient semantic querying and navigation through the teaming content. Development of educational ontologies is a step towards creation of sharable and reusable adaptive educational systems. This paper discusses the principles and stepwise of designing the educational ontology of CN(Computer Networks), and presents the designed ontology for teaching/learning CN, which is our foundation basic for future research about ontologies for educational in China.

摘要:
Knowledge service need change current knowledge organization and document indexing. Knowledge Element(KE) is the smallest and independent component of knowledge, which could include concept, method, regular, axiom and some instance knowledge and so on. The Knowledge element indexing is the first step of realizing knowledge increment. This paper tries to have some research how to index the independent knowledge element from the Chinese text, which introduces some related concepts and illustrates the indexing process in detail. It is the important for knowledge elements mining.

摘要:
Development of educational ontologies is a step towards creation of sharable and reusable adaptive educational systems. Concept maps are graphical tools for organizing and representing knowledge, it can be used in ontology-building, and can also be used flexibly to represent and shareable idea. This paper introduces the stepwise of designing the educational ontology of Computer Networks (CN), and discusses the use of concept maps in the ontology development processes. It presented the designed ontology for leaching/learning CN at last.

It analyses the research status in China from several sides as follow, statistical number, the study trend, the specialty background, the research hotspot and research approach. At last, this paper discusses the problems exiting in this research literatures.

To meet the mobile communication development, the necessary choice for mobile operators is to build up a convergence management system for the value-added services, which should support multiple value-added services openly. This paper introduced a new convergent management system for different mobile data services, which was developed by the author. And it focused on the development of convergent management system of mobile data services. It discussed the architecture of convergent management system and described three main management methods of typical data services.

摘要:
The educational PC game had been put forward for a long time. To improve its performance has become an important research topic. This research has discussed the educational PC game's potential functions as resource and method for education. According to users, the models of PC game application in education were divided into three types. They are Linking Model, Learning Model and Ability-Training Model. The characteristics of three models were discussed. The factors that affect its applications were also discussed. Such as the problem on developing PC game, the unbalance between amusement and education, the standard for evaluation, the recognition by educators, side-effects in application, etc. At last, some tentative methods were presented in order to improve its performance in application.
