According to the characteristics of normal education experimental teaching, theory and practice, combined with the biological and ecological characteristics, we design and develop a virtual simulation application using the Unity3D engine, which is an application of logistic growth curve for a mobile terminal. Practice has proved that by adjusting the corresponding parameters students can set parameters for different experiments.

In view of the problem of the low efficiency in traditional classroom teaching due to the limitation in time and space, an exploration which combines real classroom with virtual classroom in hybrid learning was proposed. We chose the teaching of a software engineering course and used starC as the teaching support tool for analysis. In our study, the teaching process was divided into several teaching units, and each teaching unit was further divided into several activity units. The content was organized in the form of topicalities, where students are allowed to choose the learning content according to their study plans and preferences. Through the questionnaire survey which includes the indicators of participation and satisfaction among the students on both traditional learning and hybrid learning, it is found that the students on hybrid learning have higher participation and satisfaction than that on traditional learning. This indicated that hybrid learning could effectively improve teaching effectiveness.
摘要:
This study proposes a highly interactive model with the new technology of wireless projector to provide an ideal environment for presenting and discussing by multiple users including the teacher and students during lecture hour of flipped classroom. This model can definitely reduce the transition time and the presentation burden switching among a variety of learning activities to achieve a seamless learning. The TAM statistical analysis method is then exploited in the assessment for ease of use and usefulness for the proposed model. Finally, the experimental results demonstrated that the proposed model could readily support highly interactive learning activities for the flipped learning and have high acceptance of intent of use and usage behavior.

摘要:
The new generation of migrant workers is a strong force in social construction, and they have the need of vocational skills training. However, the actual training effect is not ideal. Mobile learning applied in vocational skills training for migrant workers, can solve the problems, such as contradiction between working and learning of the migrant workers, the training objectives and content lack target, practicability, and comprehension, training methods are not flexible, meeting their needs of learning at anytime and anywhere. This paper introduced multi terminal mobile learning systems, and applied in vocational skills training for the new generation of migrant workers, analyzed the application effect through the questionnaire.

摘要:
In order to solve the problem that the small size screen mobile terminals have difficulty in accessing the existing web resources, this paper presented an adaptive transformation method based on extracting main content of webpage to enhance adaptively rendering for small size screen terminals. Our proposed method is based on atoms nodes' internal feature information to extract the main contents by text density junction link density. Experimental results demonstrated that our adaptive transformation method is not dependent on specific software and webpage templates, and it enhanced the web content adaptation on the small size screen terminals.

摘要:
Disease-causing genes prioritization is very important to understand disease mechanisms and biomedical applications, such as design of drugs. Previous studies have shown that promising candidate genes are mostly ranked according to their relatedness to known disease genes or closely related disease genes. Therefore, a dangling gene (isolated gene) with no edges in the network can not be effectively prioritized. These approaches tend to prioritize those genes that are highly connected in the PPI network while perform poorly when they are applied to loosely connected disease genes. To address these problems, we propose a new disease-causing genes prioritization method that based on network diffusion and rank concordance (NDRC). The method is evaluated by leave-one-out cross validation on 1931 diseases in which at least one gene is known to be involved, and it is able to rank the true causal gene first in 849 of all 2542 cases. The experimental results suggest that NDRC significantly outperforms other existing methods such as RWR, VAVIEN, DADA and PRINCE on identifying loosely connected disease genes and successfully put dangling genes as potential candidate disease genes. Furthermore, we apply NDRC method to study three representative diseases, Meckel syndrome 1, Protein C deficiency and Peroxisome biogenesis disorder 1A (Zellweger). Our study has also found that certain complex disease-causing genes can be divided into several modules that are closely associated with different disease phenotype.

摘要:
In this paper, we will propose a new framework which can estimate the desired signal and the instrument response function (IRF) simultaneously from the degraded spectral signal. Firstly, the spectral signal is considered as a distribution, thus, new entropy (called differential-entropy, DE) is defined to measure the distribution with a uniform distribution, which allows negative value existing. Moreover, the IRF is parametrically modeled as a Lorentzian function. Comparative results manifest that the proposed method outperforms the conventional methods on peak narrowing and noise suppression. The deconvolution IR spectrum is more convenient for extracting the spectral feature and interpreting the unknown chemical mixtures.

摘要:
Remote sensing image often suffers from the common problems of stripe noise and random noise. In this paper, we present a destriping method with unidirectional gradient L0 norm and L0 sparsity priori. The major novelty of the proposed method is that combining the unidirectional gradient L0 norm with the sparsity priori to address the destriping and denoising issues. Moreover, doubly augmented Lagrangian (DAL) method is adopted to solve the L0 regularized minimization problem. The proposed method is verified on heavily striped remote sensing images. Comparative results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the-state-of-art methods, which can suppress noise effectively as well as preserve image structures well.

Since the 21st century, the experimental teaching in training students' scientific literacy and comprehensive quality plays a major role, more and more studies begin to learn to the experimental teaching mode, however actually the study effect is not ideal, especially under the environment of information technology chemical experiment teaching is particularly scarce. This paper, by using investigation method and interview method to find out the current situation of chemistry teaching under the environment of information technology, and design the 3D interactive simulation of chemical teaching resources, what enable learners to do the experimental activities with subject consciousness and independent consciousness, stimulating learners' learning motivation and effectiveness.

摘要:
Information literacy (IL) has been paid high attention in the curriculum reform of basic education in various countries, and the IL has the vital function for the students in the basic education stage to adapt to the society and solve all kinds of learning problems, which emphasized as an important object in basic education. In this paper, the study used a questionnaire survey to explore the influence of the flipped classroom teaching mode (FCTM) on the students' IL in a rural middle school. It adopts the comparing method between the experimental class and the compared class, and the study finds that the FCTM under the educational information effectively enhance the IL of the experimental classes. Finally, the paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the findings.

Chunk scheduling is one of the main challenges and one of the keys to success for mesh-based Peer-to-Peer (P2P) streaming applications. Several chunk scheduling strategies have been proposed to achieve dissemination at an optimal rate or at an optimal delay. DLc strategy selects the minimum scheduling deadline to achieve optimal delay performance under neighbor-hood restrictive environments. By careful investigation of DLc, in this paper, we find that DLc algorithm doesn't deal with the condition when two or more chunks have the same scheduling deadline and only randomly selects one to send, which will descend its delivery efficiency. We then propose a hybrid-DLc scheduler aiming to provide the solution when chunk scheduling meets this condition. And we show, through a comprehensive set of simulation with realistic scenarios, that this scheduler outperforms DLc in any scenario experimented.

Students may inevitably make errors when learning mathematics. We should positively regard these errors, which could be used as a valuable learning resource. For this reason, this study designed a computer-based learning game, called Math Detective. The game comprised a learning process of error detection, correction and explanation. In this game, students can play the role of detectives to find out errors in multiplication and figure out the reasons. A questionnaire was carried out to preliminarily evaluate students' opinions about their own performance in the activity and the functions of the system. Although the results did not show any tendency for their self-rated performance, students thought the functions of the system helped them a lot. Even so, more design on assisting them to explain errors still needed to be provided and investigated in the future.

The availability of big data sets on the different learning modes has stimulated the applications of big data technology in education. This article is to introduce relevant application examples of education data mining to show how big data in education help to solve education issues. Firstly it lists the groups of target users and participants involved in education data mining, and the objectives to use data information of each group. It then goes on to illustrate the groups and their objectives further by given examples and finally conclude how big data help to solve education issues through reaching the objective of each group. The examples show that for students big data can generate personalized activities and offer academic advising, for teachers big data can reveal students' characteristics and predict future performance and offer assistance, for educational organizations big data can make scientific decisions.

Hyperspectral images belong to high-dimensional data having a lot of redundancy information when they are directly used to classification. Support vector machine (SVM) can be employed to map hyperspectral data to high dimensional space effectively and make them linearly separable. In this paper, spectral and spatial information of hyperspectral images were used to construct SVM kernel function respectively. This paper proposed a hyperspectral image classification method utilization spatial-spectral combined kernel SVM in order to improve classification accuracy. The proposed method was used to classify AVIRIS hyperspectral images. The results demonstrated that the proposed SVM method can achieve 96.13% overall accuracy for the single category classification and 84.81% overall accuracy for multi-class classification only using ten percent of the total samples as the training samples. That is to say, the proposed method can make full use of the spectral information and spatial information of hyperspectral data, and effectively distinguish different categories compared with the traditional SVM for classification.

The integration of information technology and education technology has greatly promoted the process of educational informatization. Some new teaching and research tools for primary teachers are provided. Among them, the Collaborative Lesson Planning(CLP) can help open teachers' teaching ideas and improve teaching level by utilizing both the advantage of fast information sharing through combination of network and computer technology and the advantage of integrating resource with the objective existence difference among teachers. However, due to the problems in effect evaluation, interaction and structure, the scope of collaborative preparation is limited. In this paper, we attempts to reconstruct a common model for primary teachers based on their cognitive characteristics and theory of collaborative knowledge building. Findings are proposed as the important basis for the relevant platform development.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of interactive whiteboard (IWB)-based instruction on students' learning achievement. A quasi-experiment study was conducted using a sample of 93 students from two 10th grade classes in a secondary school in central China. While students in one class employed the IWB-based instructional approach, students in the other class employed the traditional lecture-based instructional approach. Students in both classes studied English for three months. Students' first-and second-tests showed that the students with the IWB-based instructional approach had a better learning achievement in English than did the students' with the lecture-based instruction approach, which indicated that the use of IWB can improve student learning when cooperated with an appropriate instructional approach.

However, current moving target tracking technology works well for single camera situation but always lost targets in multi-camera environments due to the difficulty of object matching. In this paper, we proposed a new collaborative tracking system for moving target based on space-time video fusion. The idea of this system is firstly to register and fuse real-time surveillance video to 3D virtual model with situation awareness, then the space relativity between different cameras and the time relativity of tracking target moving across multi-cameras are extracted. With the help of this space-time information, we can accurately match the moving targets between consecutive cameras and coordinate adjacent cameras to collaboratively track the target by using moving target tracking for single camera. Test results show that our approach can realize continuous tracking for moving objects between multi-cameras with good robustness.
