摘要:
Applying Parikh's quantum tunneling method, the tunneling characteristics of stationary Kaluza-Klein black hole is researched. The result shows that the tunneling rate across the event horizon of the black hole is relevant to the change of Bekenstein-Hawking entropy and the derived radiation spectrum deviates from pure thermal when the self-gravitation, energy conservation and angular momentum conservation are taken into consideration. Finally, we use the obtained results to reduce to stationary Kerr black hole and static Swarzschild black hole, and find that only ignoring the spectrum at higher energies the tunneling radiation spectrum is consistent with Hawking pure thermal one.

Laser-induced ultrasonic technology has been extensively studied and widely applied recently, for its advantages such as noncontract operation, nondestructive testing, broad bandwidth, high time, and space resolution, no shape limits on samples, etc. Firstly, the principles of laser ultrasonic generation and detection were introduced. Secondly, the application of the ultrasonic ratio method in measuring the surface defects was presented in detail. The experimental results were analyzed. Because the ratio method avoids measuring the velocity of the surface wave and reduces the experimental error, it is much more practical, reliable and effective in surface defect measurements.

By means of Artificial Neural Network and Back-Propagation algorithm, the multi-component of azo-dyes can be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed simultaneously, though their Raman spectra are overlapped. This article designed a Back-Propagation algorithm network to analyze the multi-component of azo-dyes (Sudan I and Sudan III). In conclusion, by using the Artificial Neural Network and Raman spectrum can be a good choice for resolving multi-component.

Being an industrial dye, the Sudan I may have a toxic effect after oral intake on the body, and has recently been shown to cause cancer in rats, mice and rabbits. Because China and some other countries have detected the Sudan I in samples of the hot chilli powder and the chilli products, it is necessary to study the characteristics of this dye. As one kind of molecule scattering spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy is characterized by the frequency excursion caused by interactions of molecules and photons. The frequency excursion reflects the margin between certain two vibrational or rotational energy states, and shows the information of the molecule. Because Raman spectroscopy can provides quick, easy, reproducible, and non-destructive analysis, both qualitative and quantitative, with no sample preparation required, Raman spectroscopy has been a particularly promising technique for analyzing the characteristics and structures of molecules, especially organic ones. Now, it has a broad application in biological, chemical, environmental and industrial applications. This paper firstly introduces Sudan I dye and the Raman spectroscopy technology, and then describes its application to the Sudan I. Secondly, the fingerprint spectra of the Sudan I are respectively assigned and analyzed in detail. Finally, the conclusion that the Raman spectroscopy technology is a powerful tool to determine the Sudan I is drawn.

Under the influence of Doppler frequency-shift, the theory model about targets near-field bistatic scattering is established with PO method and cell-method depending on SCTE. The formula of bistatic RCS is obtained and it can be degenerated to describe monostatic RCS. Then some curves are presented which are in accordance with the results given by references.

摘要:
The physics requirements and the main characteristics of the current design of the front-end electronics (FEE) of ALICE photon spectrometer (PHOS) are discussed. A dedicated test facility has been established in Wuhan to evaluate the physics performance of PHOS FEE. The test results show that the current FEE prototype has met the physics requirements of the PHOS detector.

In this paper, by using the moment generating function (MGF) method, we derived the exact symbol error rate (SER) of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system with transmit-antenna selection in a full-correlated fading channel. There are three assumptions in this work. The first is that the channel state information (CSI) is available only at the receiver but not at the transmitter. The second is that the transmit antenna selection is based on the instantaneous received signal power, and only one transmit antenna is chosen during a transmission period. The last is that the spatial correlation is present at both ends of the wireless communications link. A closed-form expression of SER is obtained. And a unified formula of SER for several popular digital linear modulations is presented. Several numerical examples are performed to validate our theoretical analysis.

We investigate the enhancement of the intracavity entanglement of a self-phase-locked type-II nondegenerate optical parameter oscillator (SPL NOPO) via homodyne-mediated quantum feedback. It is found that the feedback can effectively enhance the squeezing, entanglement, and purity of the two-mode field in the SPL NOPO. Especially for an ordinary NOPO, our feedback scheme can simulate a standard two-mode squeezed vacuum environment and a pure steady two-mode squeezed vacuum cavity field can be generated, different from the scheme proposed by Mancini [Phys. Rev. A 73, 010304(R) (2006)] in which only a mixed two-mode entangled state is generated.

摘要:
We have successfully synthesized self-organized radialized flower-like ZnO micron-crystals by employing Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, NH3·H2O as the starting materials without surfactants, template supporting and structure-directing solvent at a low temperature (60 °C). Characterizations were carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and room temperature photoluminescence (PL) measurements. A possible growth mechanism, the influence of pH value on the formation of crystalline ZnO and the photoluminescence properties of flower-like ZnO are systematically discussed.

Three-dimensional (3D) ZnO nanostructures including tubular flowerlike architectures and radial nanorods were synthesized selectively at a low temperature of 60 °C in the presence of polyethylene glycol. The ultraviolet–visible absorption, photoluminescence and photodegradation behaviors of the 3D nanostructures were also studied.
