摘要:
After the cataclysm of the Yangtze River in 1998, the State Council put forward the "thirty-six-word policy" for harnessing large rivers and lakes. Jianghan Plain is one of the main areas to get harnessed according to the policy. Based on the CAS land use databases of 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010, the spatial changes information of lakes in Jianghan Plain were captured and analyzed under the ARCGIS platform or by indexes of landscape ecology. The results show that: From 1995 to 2010, the area of lake wetlands has been grown constantly; Transitions from farmland and unused land to lake were dominant for the increase of lake area, while so were the transitions reversely; Lake wetlands were divided into two categories (lake and pond) to be analyzed according to the area of every lake wetland patch, lakes mainly increased in the area while ponds mainly increased in the number of patches. Ponds are not as curved as lakes in shape and more dispersed than lakes; Lakes became less curved and concentrated with the augment of the area of lake wetlands. The shape of pond wetlands changed little and its distribution became a little concentrated with the increasing number of pond wetlands. During the three five-year analyzed, the increase of wetlands of Jianghan Plain was notable during the period of from 2000 to 2005, though the area of wetlands increased during all the three periods. From the perspective of trust theory, this essay established a model of inexperienced consumers' window shopping behavior in China context. The results indicate that most Chinese inexperienced consumers only do window shopping, at least partly, because they perceived low trust during e-shopping which induce them to stop more involving. The study also proved that uncertainty is negatively related to trust in the process of online shopping. With high trust they would prefer to do window shopping. 摘要:
Rapid development and wide application of geographic information technology in recent years results in geographic information technology's being included in secondary school geography curriculum standards for the first time. Facing the new teaching tasks, geography teachers need to adopt appropriate teaching methods. Based on teaching theory of geography, this paper firstly analyses the characteristics of the "3S" technology course in "Geography curriculum standards of full-time regular senior secondary schools", such as teaching objectives, teaching materials and knowledge background of students etc. Moreover, some teaching methods of the "3S"technology course are introduced. In addition, the paper gives various corresponding cases to describe the above methods. It is shown that these methods are effective in practice.

According to the characteristics of land consolidation project, this paper established the quality indicators of land consolidation from micro-topography, soil, water, landscape and other factors. The weights of these indexes were reckoned by AHP, and then the land quality based on the land consolidation project about Baiyang town and Guqiao township were evaluated, which both are hilly area in Henan province. The results showed that different landforms had been changed significantly before and after land consolidation in the level of spatial distribution, size and overall quality. Land consolidation had a great impact on land quality, and project area in Baiyang town was up to 75.7% and Guqiao township to 37.3%.
摘要:
The land use structure changes during 2000-2005 in agricultural landscape in Jianghan Plain are described, using following indices: landscape percentage (%LAND), patch density (PD), mean patch size (MPS), total edge length (TE), mean shape index (MSI) and landscape shape index (LSI). The spatial land use data was from land use database of CAS. Through interpreting Landsat TM images of 2000 and 2005 respectively, the land use change data was extracted to describe the overall agricultural landscape structure changes during 2000-2005 by spatial analysis with Supermap platform. The results show that arable land, woodland and unused land have decreased while the grassland, water areas and construction land have increased. The noticeable changes are the decreased arable land and the increase in lakes, reservoirs and ponds. Amongst the landscape indices are the increases in MPS and MSI and the decreases in PD, TE and LSI. The indices suggest that the agricultural landscape in the study area becomes less fragmental and heterogeneous resulting from intensification of agriculture and agricultural mechanization. The study shows that the changes in the agricultural landscape pattern are caused not only by urbanization but also by the governmental policies, such as the conversion of farmland to lakes, agricultural restructuring and land development and arrangement.

摘要:
In close-range digital photogrammetry and computer vision, a major challenge is the automation of 3D reconstruction from 2D-images. And single image calibration is a fundamental task in these areas for research. It is known that camera parameters can be recovered by the vanishing points of three orthogonal directions. However, three reliable and well-distributed vanishing points are not always available. Therefore, how to estimate the error of two vanishing points is very significant for us to analyze the precision of camera calibration. New methods for vanishing point detection and error estimation are presented, which can be illustrated as follows. Firstly, the line clustering, which parallel to object lines and correspond to the vanishing points, are detected based on RANSAC (Random Sample Consensus). Secondly, "condition adjustment with parameters" is utilized to estimate a nonlinear error equation. Thirdly, the error of vanishing point is expressed by error ellipse that is derived by co-factor matrix according to adjustment principle. Finally, experimental results of vanishing points coordinates and their errors are shown and analyzed.

Line and plane feature can provide more information than point feature, thus 3D reconstruction based on high-level features, such as line and plane, is an important development trend in Digital Photogrammetry and Computer Vision. Several methods for extracting straight line are researched, and the main procedures can be introduced as follows. Firstly, image is preprocessed by Wallis filtering that is used to enhance the image contrast and reduce the noise, so it is easy to extract more lines. Secondly, Laplacian of Gaussian operator (LoG) and Canny operator algorithms are compared to locate the edge by detecting discontinuity variation in image. Thirdly, Hough transform or perceptual organization based on hypothesis testing are compared and tested for combining and fitting fractured short line segments into a whole line. Lastly, the least square template matching algorithm (LSTM) is done to get higher precise (sub-pixel) located lines. In the experiment, different algorithms for straight line extraction of aerial images are realized and compared, in order to faster achieve richer and higher accurate straight line information, which can pave the way of image understanding and image matching.

3D reconstruction based on high-level features, such as line and plane, is a significant development trend in Digital Photogrammetry and Computer Vision. Moreover how to rapidly realize 3D visualization of street landscape is very important for cyber city's 3D modeling. In order to improve efficiency of street 3D visualization and reduce humancomputer interaction, a scheme with high feasible and high automatic approach to auto-reconstruct 3D street elevation is presented by means of line matching solving orientation elements by vanishing point auto-rectifying and automosaiking large obliquity-angle close-range sequential images auto-recognizing concavo-convex edge of street elevation. Our approach for 3D-reconstruction bases on the feature of line and plane, which is also independent of model parameter vectogram or assistant of space point cloud. Experimental results prove that reconstructed 3D modeling is correctness, effectiveness and feasibleness by our method, which has high degree of automation and should be able to meet the need of rapidly visualizing 3D street elevation landscape.

This paper analyzes the space-time change characteristics of the Hubei lake wetland in the past 100 years by means of GIS/RS technology and landscape ecology methods. We may safely draw a conclusion that the trend of Lake Wetland in Hubei province is dying out, the main lake which is the prompt core and carrier of the lake area wetland reduced rapidly, lakelet increases by unceasingly.

摘要:
This paper discusses the unique climatic resource in the Xiangxi river valley. The features of the climatic resource in the area can be concluded as follows: 1. It is very warm in winter and frost period is short. 2. According to the sea level elevation, the mountains can be divided into several climatic zones. 3. Precipitation is even around the whole year so that rainfall can be used effectively by crops. In addition, it has been found that both topography and meteorological systems result in the features. In order to exploit the climatic resource, some crops for the different heat zones are recommended with the criterions such as under suitable climate condition, high economic value and great market demand. The results suggest that: 1. Below the sea level elevation 500 m is suitable for citrus and tung oil tree. 2. Tea tree and mason pine could be planted between 500 m and 800 m. 3. Mushroom and Chinese chestnut are suitable for the elevation 800 m - 1200 m. 4. The land above 1200 m can be used for forage grass and Chinese medicinal materials. Finally, the hazard of climatic resource utilization and development in this region has also been evaluated in this paper.

摘要:
In the paper, based on the statistical data, an empirical study was carried out, the farmland changespsila driving forces over the past 50 years in Shucheng County of Anhui Province are analyzed and two conclusions are drawn. Firstly, the statistical data of Shucheng County show that there are two phases of farmland change. The farmland area had been increasing from 1949 to 1957 and decreasing from 1958 to 2000. Secondly, by the method of Factor Analysis, it is found out that, the natural factors are not the driving forces of the land sue change during nearly past half century and there are four main human factors including agricultural condition & yield, the cultivating structure of foodstuff crop, the cultivating structure of industrial crop and national policy. The linear regression result show total labor, peasant labor, pig raising quantity, the ratio of rice cultivating area to foodstuff cultivating area, total cultivating area, and multi-cropping index are key driving factors of land use change over the past fifty years.

Wuhan metropolitan area is now on the fast track of both industrialization and urbanization, and the 'resource-saving and environment-friendly' social development serves as a precious opportunity as well as a tense challenge. For one thing, it can make the best use of the core post and impact of Wuhan, the only ultra-metropolitan city in central china. For another, it can also prompt the reform of Wuhan metropolitan area, which will thereafter stimulate the development of Hubei province, even the development of whole central china, thus the uprising of central china can be realized. From the perspective of philosophical basis and sustainable development theory of 'resource-saving and environment-friendly' social development, the thesis points out the shortcomings lying in current 'resource-saving and environment-friendly' social development and puts forward relevant constructive suggestions, through a thorough analysis of current 'resource-saving and environment-friendly' situations of Wuhan metropolitan area, ranging from economical development, technological innovation, to consuming mode, and ecological protection.

By analyzing the development of Wuhan city and the change of Wuhanpsilas lake resource, this paper gained the results that the main reasons of lake atrophy are large area of lake filling ,the industrial sewage and the house refuse contaminating and negative effects of putting up dykes,and among them the most outstanding one is the invading and occupying of buildings. At the end of this paper there are some countermeasures which aim at these Wuhan City lake resource primal problems in order to lighten the destroying of city lake resource,and ultimately achieves the purpose of protecting and making use of the Wuhan city lake (especially the urban area lakes) rationally and effectively.
摘要:
This paper study on the MDVRP with vehicle sharing, the vehicles can come to any depots. And we present an improved genetic algorithm with chromosome representing the clients. A typical result and the analysis of experiment indicate the validity of the method to solve the MDVRP.

摘要:
To Wuhan Metropolitan as an example,based on the conventional remote sensing data processing, aim at the data sources and regional characteristics, constitute the remote sensing data processing methods and processes that suitable for this area, then received the LUCC classified data of Wuhan Metropolitan. Carried out on the accuracy assessment of the Processing results The results show that, the general classification accuracy of Wuhan city circle three periods 1987,1996,2005 is 85.4%,85.04%,86.11% respectively, the total Kappa value is 0.7963,0.7805,0.8041 respectively. It is a high-accuracy process.

The subsided land of mining area is not only the land and ecological environment damage caused by the exploit of mineral resources but the very important land resource to sustainable development of the Resource-based cities. A view is put forward that the ecological reconstruction of collapsed land of the Resource-based cities should be planed based on its zones. Taken the Pingdingshan City as a case, the zoning ecological reconstruction plan of the collapsed land was made based on location theory, being accord to the urban function zones and development planning. The zoning plan will change the spontaneous agricultural reclamation to integrity of multi-use and from the single benefit of agriculture to the multi-gain of ecology and economy.

3D reconstruction based on high-level features, such as line and plane, is an important development trend in Digital Photogrammetry and Computer Vision. A novel method for extracting stratight line is presented, which can be illustrated as follows. Firstly, image is preprocessed by Wallis filtering that is used to enhance the image contrast and reduce the noise, so it is easy to extract more lines. Secondly, Laplacian of Gaussian operator (LOG) algorithm is implemented to locate the edge by detecting discontinuity variation in image. Thirdly, feature grouping (perceptual organization) and line fitting with hypothesis testing are utilized for combining and fitting fractured short line segments into a whole line, which not only can overcome the deficiency of Hough transform but also can avoid misconnecting grouped collinear lines. Lastly, the least square template matching algorithm (LSTM) is done to get higher precise located lines. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm by us is more efficient and reliable, which can get richer and higher accurate (sub-pixel) straight line information, especially for the close-range image of building.

There is a broad application area for engineering nanoparticles (ENPs) in virtue of its special physical and chemical properties. ENPs bring a huge advance to development of human society, as well as the questions about whether the manufactured nanomaterials (MNMs) can cause disadvantages to organisms and environment. This paper analyzed the 24-h acute toxicity of water suspensions of the nanosized silicon dioxide (Nano-SiO<sub>2</sub>) and the normal sized silicon dioxide (Nor-SiO<sub>2</sub>) as its bulk counterpart to Daphnia magna with different concentration. The experiment considered EC<sub>50</sub> value for immobilization and LC<sub>50</sub> value for mortality as the toxicological test targets. The results show that the toxicity of Nano-SiO<sub>2</sub> is obviously does-dependent but the Nor-SiO<sub>2</sub> is not, evidently. The optical microscope and digital camera also been used to observe and record the biological form of Daphnia magna during the exposure and in this study we found that D. magna can uptake and adsorb Nano-SiO<sub>2</sub> but only apparently show uptaking to its bulk counterpart. The conclusions of results suggest that there is potential harm to aquatic environment in using Nano-SiO<sub>2</sub>, and it should deserve special concern.
