In order to explore the molecular regulation of GSNO reductase (GSNOR), effects of environmental formaldehyde exposure and antioxidant alpha-lipoic acid (LA) injection on GSNOR activity and expression in mice lungs were investigated in the present study. Results showed that GSNOR activity was elevated upon 3.0 mg/m(3) FA exposure (compared with 0 mg/m(3) FA inhaled group, p<0.01) and the elevation was completely inhibited by LA injection (compared with 3.0 mg/m(3) FA inhaled group, p<0.01). Meanwhile, GSH levels were significantly decreased in 3.0 mg/m(3) FA inhaled group (compared with 0 mg/m(3) FA inhaled group, p<0.01), and were regenerated by LA injection (compared with 3.0 mg/m(3) FA inhaled group, p<0.01). The expression of GSNOR by using RT-PCR method correlated with the results of GSNOR activity assay. The results indicated that gaseous FA might activate GSNOR, and the activation may be related with the increase of oxidative stress. Since GSNOR has a central role in mediating SNO signaling and asthma development, these findings also suggested that indoor air pollutants such as FA might be key risk factors for the rise in asthma cases.

摘要:
Aiming at emotion deficiency in present E-Learning system, a lot of negative effects were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were proposed. Basing on it, we combined affective computing with the traditional E-Learning system. The model of E-Learning system. based on affective computing was constructed by using audiovisual emotion, which took both facial and audio features as input data. Our simulation experiment results showed that rough set theory was effective in emotion recognition, and a high recognition rate is resulted Besides, other key techniques of realizing the system such as tracking the change of emotion state and adjusting teaching strategies were also introduced.

A great progress on precision agriculture is taken place in three single techniques: (1)Obtaining the information of agricultural production condition and crop growth using remote sensing (RS); (2) Managing, processing and analyzing the information to develop decision support system to analyze the production condition and to make decision using geographical information system (GIS); (3)Leading modern tools of agricultural production to operate precisely by global positioning system (GPS).The integrated pattern of precision agriculture is an aggregate model which utilizes modern science and technology to develop agriculture in its entirety. Based on the characteristics of modern information technology and the demands of agricultural development in the future, structures and functions of the integrated precision agricultural pattern are explored, and its technology-supporting system is discussed in this paper.

Wetland, as an ecosystem with special functions, is the transitional areas between water and land in the earth, which has the richest biology diversity in nature, and is one of the most important surviving environments of human beings. Based on analysis of the terrain maps, remote sensing images, statistic data of wetland of Hubei province from 1985 to 2005, and with the technology of Remote Sensing (abbr. RS) and Geographic Information System (abbr. GIS), the wetland landscape spatial database and attribute database of Hubei province are set up using ARCGIS software of the year of 1985, 1995 and 2005. At the same time, according to fractal geometry and landscape ecological methodology and the theories, we can quantitatively analyze the form characters, evolution rules, and change factors of the wetland landscape pattern of Hubei provinces by calculating its diversity index, dominance index, equality index, fragmentation index, isolation index and fractal dimension, and so on. As a result, the wetland's form characters and evolution process of Hubei province are compared and analyzed; its time-spatial evolution character and mechanism during the past 20 years are demonstrated. And various natural and social factors, human activities, and driving forces which exert a significant impact on the evolution of Hubei province wetland are anatomized here. In the end, some advice will be given that human beings should adjust land-use structure in lake districts, reasonably develop, recover and reconstruct positive eco-environment, and promote its sustainable development in Hubei province according to its ecological environment characteristics.

based on artificial psychology and affective computing, a new E- Learning assistant system is introduced, which uses the model above to get the change in emotion. The solution and software architecture of this system are also introduced. The experiment shows that this system realizes the function of emotion communication and perfect E- Learning system. In the future, based on the selected features, other effective classification method will be used. And multi-module emotion recognition including facial, audio, and other features such as gesture will be studied.

Objective: Previous studies have confirmed that formaldehyde (FA) is genotoxic and mutagenic to mammalian cells. FA can induce a broad spectrum of genetic effects. This study is undertaken to investigate the direct effect of formaldehyde on two types of mice cells. Methods: The single cell get electrophoresis (SCGE) and KCI-SDS assay were used to detect the effect of FA in mice lung cells and mast cell line (P815) in vitro. Results: The effects of formaldehyde in the two types of cells were similar. The results showed that liquid formaldehyde induced DNA breakage at 5 mu M, 25 mu M (P<0.01, compared with control group) and the DNA-protein crosslinks were found at high concentrations (125 mu M, P<0.05; 625 mu M, P<0.01) Conclusions: The results showed that formaldehyde caused DNA breaks and crosslinks; for different types of mice cells.

Nerve growth factor (NGF), together with brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and and neurotrophins (NT)-3, NT-4/5, belongs to the neurotrophin family. NGF is synthesized by various structural and inflammatory cells, and it also can induce production, proliferation, differentiation and maturation of immuno-inflammatory cells, mediate inflammatory cells recruitment, and stimulate sensory neurons to secrete neuropeptide, especially substance P. Recently, some reports indicate that NGF play a key role in bronchial hyperresponsiveness, airway inflammation and bronchial remodeling, main features of asthma. And many researches show that formaldehyde (FA) exposure increased the risk of asthma. In order to explore whether FA can induce asthma by NGF way, this study takes mice mast cells, lung tissue of mice as materials, applies RTPCR to assess NGF mRNA expression levels in these rodent cells after FA exposure in vitro and vivo. The results showed that NGF mRNA expression in mice mast cells increased with FA concentration increasing, but it dropped sharply at 125 mu M FA concentration in vitro, and there was significant difference of the mice lung cells NGF mRNA expression levels between control groups and 3.0 mg/m3 groups for 1 day FA-inhaled in vivo (P<0.01). Consequently, FA can induce NGF-mRNA up-regulation of mice cells. This study shows us a possible mechanism that FA induced asthma by NGF pathway.

This paper mainly summarized and analyzed the basic theory of urban environment. Principle and object of urban environment has been specially expatiated. Measure of environmental adjustment has been discussed. What's more, in order to protect urban environment and to benefit the human being, mechanisms and approaches of urban sustainable development and environmental adjustment have been introduced systemically from the aspects of urban ecological layout and design, urban ecological construction and environmental management, improvement of environmental consciousness and so on.
