摘要:
以中间体二苄基二硫醇和三氯化铁为原料,乙醇和水为溶剂,合成了新型香料3,3,6,6-四苄基-1,2,4,5-四硫环己烷,产率为50.3%。由IR,HNMR和MS证明了目标化合结构,并对面,3,6,6-四苄基-1,2,4,5-四硫环己烷的香气进行了鉴定,结果表明3,3,6,6-四苄基-1,2,4,5-四硫环己烷具有浓郁的葱蒜气味,其阈值在水中为0.22×10^-6,在植物油中为12×10^-6。

In the title compound, C27H35N3O2, one of the pentyl side chains is ordered and the other is highly disordered [the occupancies for the major and minor components are 0.52 (1) and 0.48 (1), respectively]. The dihedral angles between the mean planes of the central C3N2 ring and the pendant phenyl and methoxy-benzene rings are 88.30 (17) and 9.08 (17)°, respectively. A weak intra-molecular C - H⋯N inter-action may help to establish the near planarity of the central and methoxybenzene rings. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

In the title compound, C12H16N4O3, all bond lengths and angles are within normal ranges. An O - H⋯N and an N - H⋯O intra-molecular hydrogen bond contribute to the approximately planar mol-ecular conformation. In the crystal structure, inter-molecular N - H⋯O and N - H⋯N hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into ribbons parallel to the [1 0] direction. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

为了寻求高效、安全的除草活性的化合物,设计并合成了8个2-取代-N-(7-氟-3,4-二氢-4-取代-3-氧-2H-苯并[b][1,4]噁嗪-6-基)乙酰胺类化合物,其化学结构经IR,^1HNMR,LC/MS等确证。初步生物活性测定结果表明,目标化合物的除草活性并不显著。

摘要:
An improved liquid phase microextraction (LPME) technique has been developed. As part of this technique, analytes were extracted into an extractant microdrop which was laid on the cone-shaped bottom of a PCR tube (polychloroprene rubber tube) but not at the needle tip of a microsyringe, and the sample vial and PCR tube were horizontally placed so that the extractant was not affected by the force of vertical orientation (gravity and floating force). The stability of the extractant microdrop increased greatly, and the selection of extractant was extended. In this work, flumetsulam and its two analogous herbicides were chosen as model analytes in investigating the feasibility of the new pretreatment method by coupling it to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range and the limits of detection (S/N= 3) were 0.01-5 μg/mL (r = 0.9997) and 0.8 ng/mL for flumetsulam, 0.002-5 μg/mL (r = 0.9994) and 0.5 ng/mL for analogue 1, and 0.002-1 μg/mL (r = 0.9993) and 0.5 ng/mL for analog 2, respectively. The inter-and intraday reproducibilities (RSD) were below 5.3 and 4.5%, respectively. Good recoveries that ranged from 79.4 to 115.0% were obtained in the analysis of real soil samples. The extraction efficiency of the improved method was 4-8 times higher than that of the conventional liquid phase microextraction method. The novel, simple, rapid, sensitive technique is very suitable for extraction of apolar and medium polar analyte in complex environmental samples. © 2007 American Chemical Society.

A sensitive and selective method has been developed for the speciation of Mn(II) and Mn(VH) in natural water samples, based on cloud point extraction (CPE) separation and their determination by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). Mn(II) reacts with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoylpyrazol-5- one (PMBP) yielding a hydrophobic complex which is then entrapped in the surfactant-rich phase while Mn(VII) remains in the aqueous phase. Thus, separation of Mn(II) and Mn(VII) was realized. Total manganese was determined after the reduction of Mn(VII) to Mn(II) by ascorbic acid. Under the optimum conditions, preconcentration of 10 mL of sample solution permitted the determination of 0.02 ng mL-1 of Mn(II) with an enrichment factor of 31. The proposed method was applied to the speciation of Mn(II) and Mn(VII) in natural water samples with satisfactory results.

The ground state and the excited states of benzene, pyrimidine, and pyrazine have been examined by using the symmetry adapted cluster-configuration interaction (SAC-CI) method. Detailed characterizations and the structures of the absorption peaks in the vacuum ultraviolet (VUV), low energy electron impact (LEEI), and electron energy loss (EEL) spectra were theoretically clarified by calculating the excitation energy and the oscillator strength for each excited state. We show that SAC-CI has the power to well reproduce the electronic excitation spectra (VUV, LEEI, and EEL) simultaneously to an accuracy for both the singlet and the triplet excited states originated from the low-lying π&rarr π*, n &rarr μ*, π&rarr a* and n &rarr σ* excited states of the titled compounds. The present results are compared with those of the previous theoretical studies by methods, such as EOM-CCSD(T), STEOM-CCSD, CASPT2 and TD-B3LYP, etc. ©2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

The main residue of the title compound, C18H22N6O6·C2H4Cl2, is a derivative of glycoluril. The six-membered heterocycle adopts a chair conformation and shares two N atoms with two five-membered rings of the glycoluril unit to form the flexible sidewalls of a mol-ecular clip. Two ethyl fragments and the solvent mol-ecule are disordered; the site occupancy factors for the ethyl groups are 0.72/0.28 and 0.75/0.25 and for the solvent molecule 0.54/0.46. Inter-molecular N - H⋯O and N - H⋯N hydrogen bonds link the cyclo-penta-[cd]indene mol-ecules into two-dimensional layers parallel to the bc plane. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

摘要:
This paper describes the development of a new method using single-drop microextraction (SDME) and RP-HPLC for the determination of decabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-209) in water samples. The effects of SDME parameters such as extraction solvent, microdrop volume, extraction time, stirring speed, salt concentration, and sample pH on the extraction performance are investigated. Under optimal extraction conditions (extraction solvent, toluene;solvent drop volume, 3.0 μL;extraction time, 15 min;stirring speed, 600 rpm;no addition of salt and change of sample pH), the calibration curve was drawn by plotting peak area against a series of BDE-209 concentrations (0.001-1 μg/mL) in aqueous solution;the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9998. The limit of detection was 0.7 ng/mL. The enrichment factor was 10.6. The precision of this method was obtained by six successive analyses of a 100 ng/mL standard solution of BDE-209, and RSD was 4.8%. This method was successfully applied to the extraction of BDE-209 from tap and East Lake water samples with relative recoveries ranging from 92.5 to 102.8% and from 91.5 to 96.2%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations (n = 3) were 4.4 and 2.2%. 以蒙脱石-K10(Montmorillonite K_(10))作为Fe~(3+)的载体制备异相Fenton催化剂(Mot-Fe),并用此催化剂在可见光(λ>420 nm)照射下研究其降解染料罗丹明B(Rhodamine B,RhB)和2,4-二氯苯酚(2,4-Dichlorophenol,DCP).研究表明,选定的MotFe/H_2O_2体系能有效地降解RhB,反应300 min脱色完全,总有机碳(TOC)去除率达85.2%,反应过程中主要涉及到·OH自由基的产生和参与.可见光照射下,对DCP/MotFe/H_2O_2体系,TOC的去除率达到51.6%.催化剂具有比较好的稳定性,能够重复使用.

以巯基乙酸为稳定剂,采用一步法在水溶液中直接合成了水溶性CdTe量子点。以该量子点为荧光探针,基于荧光猝灭法对Ag~+离子检测进行了研究。Ag~+离子对水溶性CdTe量子点的荧光猝灭模型符合Stern—Volmer方程,其检出限为3×10~(-8)mol/L。水溶性CdTe量子点对Ag~+离子具有高度选择性,可以作为一种新型的Ag~+离子选择性荧光探针。

(Chemical Equation Presented) Palladium-catalyzed carbonylation reactions of enynols with thiols in ionic liquids afford monocarbonylated 6-membered-ring lactones in high yields and good selectivity. These results are significantly different from those obtained when conducting the reaction in THF. The recyclability of the catalytic system was also investigated. ©2007 American Chemical Society.
