摘要:
Dynamic geometry system (DGS) is a computer application that allows the exact on-screen plotting of geometric constructions, and the geometric properties among them remain unchanged when one or several geometric objects are moved. Currently, there are many DGS for plane geometry education, but hardly any DGS are available for space geometry education, especially in China. To aid the teaching and learning of space geometry, we proposed and implemented a three-dimensional DGS named Dragon3D Sketchpad in this paper. Firstly, we made a requirement analysis of the system and presented the system architecture. Then, we designed the interaction and the updating mechanism. At last, we used Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development tools to implement the system in the Windows environment, and demonstrated the functions by some examples. The results show that geometric objects could be plotted and manipulated easily in three dimensions, the common functions for a DGS such as animation, transformation, locus, iteration and measurement are realized for the spatial objects, and the updating process is very smooth, which means that the Dragon3D Sketchpad is useful in space geometry class.

摘要:
By introducing cloud model, this paper presents a re-ranking method which improves the accuracy of the IR (information retrieval) while recall is preserved. It is rare in traditional Chinese information retrieval to consider uncertainty while calculating the related degree of the query and each document in the result set. This paper researches IR in a perspective of uncertainty by introducing cloud model, measures the relevance between the query and document by the uncertainty degree that using document represents the query, and then re-ranks the result set. Experiments on NTCIR-5 (the 5th NII Test Collection for IR Systems) document collection for SLIR (Single Language IR) show that this method achieves an 18.08% and 26.50% improvement comparing to the initial retrieval method without any re-ranking.

摘要:
The next generation wireless network environments are expected to support anywhere, anytime connectivity for high-performance applications. To provide mobile users with seamless wireless access and guaranteed quality of service (QoS), it is a trend to integrate UMTS cellular networks and wireless local area networks (WLANs) into heterogeneous networks in next generation all-IP wireless networks. Access network selection and QoS support for different services are the major challenges in integrated UMTS/WLAN networks. In this paper, we propose a novel access selection method to determine which network is more suitable for a mobile user's service request in heterogeneous UMTS and WLAN networks. This method is utility-based and takes into account QoS requirements of applications, network condition and user mobility. Also it introduces a balancing index in order to reduce the utility value of a network if it is heavily loaded. Consequently, the lower selected probability of the heavily loaded network is obtained. Simulation results demonstrate the improved performance of the proposed access selection scheme as compared with the cost-based scheme. It can reduce new blocking and handoff dropping probabilities, as well as number of handoff. Moreover, this scheme achieves a balance between system utilization and network loading while maintaining QoS requirements. Also larger system throughput is achieved.<br/>

Human-Computer Interaction is crucial for Instructional Software. It is significant to make Geometry Instructional Software understand geometric proposition described by natural language and construct geometric figure automatically. However, it is difficult for computer to accurately understand the flexible and variable geometric proposition because of the immaturity of Natural Language Processing Technology. This paper defines a restricted geometric proposition, presents a corresponding comprehension model based on ontology, and designs a matching algorithm for geometric relation pattern, finally transforms the restricted geometric proposition to geometric construction command sequence. The experiment results suggest that the average accuracy of understanding clauses of geometric proposition is almost to 88.9%, and the percentage of constructing correct geometric figure is to 82.5%.

摘要:
Open Source Software (OSS) now is being developed rapidly and increasingly widely used, and has a huge advantage in software development. Unfortunately, a lot of open source software can not be used under Windows directly, which will limit their development and access to a wider range of application. This essay has constructed a porting model for open source software through the analysis of the characteristics of open source software and the actual application requirements, and took FFmpeg for example, a open source software for video and audio processing, to discuss how to apply the porting model and meanwhile developed a multimedia format converter with GUI based on FFmpeg. Then we tested the software and analyzed and compared the porting result. The testing has proved that the porting model for open source software is feasible and usable, with good application effect and has realized the desired objectives. This practice will be great valuable reference for porting and application of open source software.

Currently, there are many two-dimensional Dynamic Geometry System(DGS) which reached a high level of development, while the development of three-dimensional DGS is at its beginning stage and there are only a few 3D DGS existed for solid geometry education, especially in China. These 3D DGS mainly used the plotting module as the core, but it brings some deficiencies such as can't precisely operate and control of figures, geometric and algebraic module can't link closely, the feature of dynamic displaying the changing process is not demonstrate completely. In order to solve these problems and aid the teaching and learning of solid geometry, we proposed and implemented a three dimensional DGS named Dragon3D Sketchpad with a parameterized model which is the innovation compare to the others three-dimensional DGS. In this paper, firstly, it introduced the architecture and the major components of the system. Then, it described the concept and implementation mechanism of parameterized model. At last, it discussed the advantages of parameterized model with representative examples. The results show that geometric objects could be plotted and manipulated easily in three dimensions, the common functions in a DGS such as animation, transformation, locus and iteration are realized for the spatial objects, and the parameterized model can well solve the problems which mentioning above, it means that the Dragon3D Sketchpad is very useful in solid geometry education.

摘要:
The changing profile of students, the expectations of business and the capabilities offered by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) makes it necessary to change teaching practices, particularly in higher education. This paper analyzes students' intention to use Sakai platforms to improve the teaching-learning process. Its main focus is to analyze the use of the Sakai platform by University students in China, investigate the factors that influencing the intention to use it. Understanding the factors influencing the intention to use Sakai will allow us to determine which actions might be carried out to boost its use by University students, to improve both their skills and grades. Our results provide support for a number of relationships in the hypothesized model. Such consideration will help decrease the mismatch between system design and local users' realities, and further facilitate the successful adoption of Sakai in China.

In this paper, it proposed overall design, database design and security control design program of Web2.0-based multimedia work management system by demand analysis. The design of multimedia work management system blended into the idea of Web 2.0. It advocated to utilize collective intelligence with network power, and made users a content viewer and manufacturer of system content. System together with user built a exchange platform with harmonious social relations.

摘要:
This paper concerns the problem of video stitching automatically in a multi-camera surveillance system. Previous approaches have used multiple calibrated cameras for video mosaic in large scale monitoring application. In this work, we formulate video stitching as a multi-image registration and blending problem, and not all cameras are needed to be calibrated except a few selected master cameras. SURF is used to find matched pairs of image key points from different cameras, and then camera pose is estimated and refined. Homography matrix is employed to calculate overlapping pixels and finally implement boundary resample algorithm to blend images. The result of simulation demonstrates the efficiency of our method.

摘要:
During the simulation process of real-time three-dimensional scene, the popular modeling software and the real-time rendering platform are not compatible. The common solution is to create three-dimensional scene model by using modeling software and then transform the format supported by rendering platform. This paper takes digital campus scene simulation as an example, analyzes and solves the problems of surface loss; texture distortion and loss; model flicker and so on during the transformation from 3Ds Max to MultiGen Creator. Besides, it proposes the optimization strategy of model which is transformed. The operation results show that this strategy is a good solution to all kinds of problems existing in transformation and it can speed up the rendering speed of the model.

摘要:
Direct compression of original map can’t meet users' request on image quality. In order to harmonize image quality and bandwidth of wireless transmission, a protect scheme of UEP (Unequal Error Protection) with JEPG 2000 coder and Channel coding based on RCPC (Rate Compatible Punctured Convolutional) was proposed to improve ROI-based image quality. Firstly, ROI (region-of-interest) was extracted from Saliency Map based on visual attention model. Secondly, ROI and BG (background region) in image which transmitted in wireless channel respectively, were protected by different encoding bit rates and RCPC Code rates. Finally, the PSNR of image was calculated after transmitting in wireless channel using computer simulations. Experimental results show that ROI-based images with high-level protection get a higher quality than image without ROI while not increasing bandwidth.
