摘要:
The information technology based on computers is developing rapidly, which provides basis and possibilities for digital learning. So it is very meaningful to develop a digital learning environment to support present learning with the help of network technology, virtual reality technology and multimedia technology. In the basis of analyzing the users of instruction system, this paper has discussed detaily the design of the open digital-classroom system and its workflow. And the goal is that these studies are helpful to build a new completed digital environment for E-Education.

Based on the three assessment modes "Teacher Evaluation", "Student Self-Assessment", "Group Cooperation Peer Assessment" and the example session "Gather the Information", this paper evaluates students' learning course in Information Technology curriculum, and researches in-depth the function and features of these three modes in the evaluation of student's learning process. Student assessment is the assessment of individual student's learning progress and changes. The major objective of modern student assessment is to motive student's learning, improve teaching according to student's learning features, and promote student's better development. Information Technology curriculum, as a new subject, there are more specific contents to the objective of student assessment: improve classroom teaching; strengthen student's information literacy and ability; promote the development of Information Technology curriculum; and push the integration of the subject of Information Technology and other subjects. There is a session in Information Technology curriculum of primary school called "Gather the Information". The teaching content of this session is to ask the students to collect photos and text messages from internet, and collect the information about panda's habits and characteristics based on the website about pandas provided by the teacher and then file them to complete document. The specific teaching objectives are: Save photos from website; save a complete website; use "clipboard" to save the partial content from website; collect and sort out the information about panda according to the websites provided by teacher. Took the session as an example, the writer discussed the three basic modes of student assessment in Information Technology curriculum of primary school from three angles, which are teacher's evaluation to students, student self-assessment and group peer assessment. 摘要:
Chinese word segmentation is a difficult and challenging job because Chinese has no white space to mark word boundaries. Its result largely depends on the quality of the segmentation dictionary. Many domain phrases are cut into single words for they are not contained in the general dictionary. This paper demonstrates a Chinese domain phrase identification algorithm based on atomic word formation. First, atomic word formation algorithm is used to extract candidate strings from corpus after pretreatment. These extracted strings are stored as the candidate domain phrase set. Second, a lot of strategies such as repeated substring screening, part of speech (POS) combination filtering, and prefix and suffix filtering and so on are used to filter the candidate domain phrases. Third, a domain phrase refining method is used to determine whether a string is a domain phrase or not by calculating the domain relevance of this string. Finally, sort all the identified strings and then export them to users. With the help of morphological rules, this method uses the combination of statistical information and rules instead of corpus machine learning. Experiments proved that this method can obtain better results than traditional n-gram methods.

摘要:
Synergetic neural network (SNN) associates synergetics with artificial neural network, it can rigorously deal with the behavior of network in the mathematical theory, and have the advantage of fast learning, short pattern recalling time and so on. In this paper, a pattern recognition method based on the self-adaptive attention parameters presented on the basis of analyzing the key technology of SNN, and the advanced algorithm will be employed in the online writeprint identification, the key point of this algorithm is that it can correct initial mis-identified patterns through measuring similarity between the prototype pattern and the testing pattern in the evolution of order parameters. Experimental results show that the advanced SNN has better performance and robustness than the SNN based on balanced attention parameters. Further, the network's self-learning ability and recognition performance is greatly improved by using advanced SNN.

This paper had investigated the current situation of Science Curriculum in Primary School at Li County in Hunan Province, and analyzed the objective and subjective reasons for the existing certain questions in primary school science teaching at the county, and then raised four suggestions for solving the problems based on the analysis of current situation at the county and the actual situation of rural education in our country.

摘要:
This paper discusses the design of simulation platform for cargo airdrop system based on 3D animation technology. First, the model of the multi-level multi-chute airdrop system is introduced. Then, models of several key components are introduced based on the Finite Element Method (FEM) and ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Moreover, all subsystem modules are seamlessly integrated. Finally, 3D simulation system is designed based on the framework of Microsoft Visual C++ and DirectX SDK technology. By comparison between simulation data and experiment results, it shows that the proposed simulation platform is effective and stable. In addition, the whole system is friendly and is easy to operate.

摘要:
The explosive growth of multimedia content on the internet is revolutionizing the way of content distribution and presenting new challenges to content security and copyright management. Encryption and watermarking are the most common techniques used to protect copyrighted multimedia content, but both have some limitations. In order to solve the problem, we probe into a new way that is to design a digital rights management (DRM) system based on FFmpeg, the system offers a reproducible and reliable alternative for digital rights management and related applications on the Internet. The protection works by encrypting the packets of key frames. Experiments have proved that encrypting the packets of key frames to protect the digital content of video is available. Other players either can't open the Encrypted video files, or the image is a mosaic and blurred image. Playing the file in the player we developed is fluent, all played properly, and the purpose of digital content protection is achieved.

摘要:
This paper introduces a design of intelligent smartcar system based on MCU SPCE061A and MCU 89S52. The practical path images are obtained using by the CCD camera, then a double P control method is applied to dynamically adjust steering angle. Based on fuzzy relationship between angle and velocity, the PD controller is proposed to achieve path identification and arbitrary track. Experiments show that the response and stability of the proposed system are excellent.
