Interleukin-8 (IL-8), a dimeric protein composed of two identical subunits, is overexpressed in different human cancers, among them pancreatic cancers and head and neck cancers. There is a strong demand for monitoring of this biomarker protein for early cancer detection. A new concept of label-free impedimetric immunosensors for IL-8 detection is described in this work. A nanocomposite of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) decorating a magnetic Fe3O4 core is synthesized using cysteamine as linker, and characterized using TEM and UV-Vis spectrometry. After immobilization of these Fe3O4@Au magnetic nanocomposites on a boron doped diamond (BDD) electrode using a simple magnet, anti-human IL-8 monoclonal antibody is linked to the AuNPs, previously functionalized with thioctic acid. The functionalization of the immunosensor was characterized using two electrochemical techniques: cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), performed in phosphate buffer with ferro/ferricyanide as the redox probe. The EIS technique was used for affinity assays: antibody-Antigen binding. A linear relationship between the increment in the electron transfer resistance (R-CT) and the logarithmic value of IL-8 concentration was observed between 0.1pg/mL and 1000pg/mL. The limit of detection (LOD) was estimated at 0.03pg/mL.

摘要:
The present review describes recent advances in the concept of molecular imprinting using metal organic frameworks (MOF) for development of chemical sensors. Two main strategies regarding the fabrication, performance and applications of recent sensors based on molecularly imprinted polymers associated with MOF are presented: molecularly imprinted MOF films and molecularly imprinted core-shell nanoparticles using MOF as core. The associated transduction modes are also discussed. A brief conclusion and future expectations are described herein. © 2016 by the authors.

摘要:
A straightforward approach to an array of multiaryl-1H-pyrrol-2(3H)-ones featuring an α-diarylated all-carbon quaternary center was developed by using diarylethanones and primary amines as the raw materials. A complete mechanism involving a CuO/TEMPO-mediated multistep cascade process with an inherent delicate balance of substituent electronic effect is proposed. Moreover, this class of multiaryl β,γ-unsaturated γ-lactams demonstrates an intriguing aggregation-induced emission effect valuable for potential application in developing luminescent materials. © 2016 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. This work aims at developing versatile low-biofouling polymeric coatings by using acrylic terpolymers (DOFs) that bear pendant catechol (D), oligo(ethylene glycol) (O), and perfluoroalkyl (F) groups in varying ratios. The polymers were endowed with the ability to form firmly coatings on virtually any surfaces and undergo surface microphase separation and self-assembly, as revealed by the surface enrichment of F pendants and the morphology variation from irregular solid domains to discrete crater-type aggregates of different size. The effect on protein adsorption was investigated using bovine serum albumin (BSA) and adhesive fibrinogen (Fib) as model proteins. The coating of DOF164 (low F content), which has morphology of discrete crater-type aggregates of ~400. nm in size, adsorbed a least amount of protein but with a highest protein unit activity as determined by SPR and immunosorbent assay; whereas the coating of DOF1612 (high F content) showed a 12.3-fold higher adsorption capacity toward Fib. Interestingly, a 2.2-fold lower adsorption amount but with a 1.8-fold higher unit activity was found for Fib adsorbed on the DOF164 surface than on DOF250 (without F fraction), whose OEG segments being a widely recognized protein compatible material. The features of the DOF164 terpolymer presenting a robust coating ability and a minimal protein adsorption capacity while with a high protein unit activity suggest its potential application as a non-fouling surface-modifier for medical antifouling coatings and as a matrix material for selective protein immobilization and activity preservation in biosensor construction. © 2015 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
A novel electrochemical immunosensor has been developed to detect phosphorylated proteins, phospho-p5315 and phospho-p53392, simultaneously. Different apoferritin templated metal phosphates were used as distinguishable signal reporters (apoferritin templated cadmium phosphates (ATCP) and apoferritin templated lead phosphates (ATLP)) to enhance the detection sensitivity. Here, magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles functionalized phospho-p5315 capture antibody (MP-p5315 c-Ab) and phospho-p53392 capture antibody (MP-p53392 c-Ab), respectively, were used to specifically capture phospho-p5315 and phospho-p53392 antigens, followed by immunorecognition with p5315 detection antibody (p5315 d-Ab) and p53392 detection antibody (p53392 d-Ab) to form sandwich-like immunocomplexes. SiO2@Au nanocomposites served as nanocarriers for co-immobilization of both d-Ab and signal reporters (ATCP/SiO2@Au/p5315 d-Ab, ATLP/SiO2@Au/p53392 d-Ab), which greatly amplified the detection signal. The distinguished current responses were achieved by electrochemical detection of cadmium ions and lead ions with square wave voltammetry (SWV) after dissolution with acid. The proposed immunoassay exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity for the detection of phospho-p5315 and phospho-p53392 simultaneously. The linear relationships between electrochemical responses and the concentrations of phospho-p5315 and phospho-p53392 were obtained in the range of 0.1-20 ng/mL and 0.05-20 ng/mL, respectively. The detection limits were 0.05 and 0.02 ng/mL (S/N=3), respectively. This strategy provides a new platform for simultaneous immunoassay of multiple protein biomarkers. © 2016 Published by Elsevier B.V.

本发明公开了一类全氟烷基磺酰氧基苄基杂环缓蚀剂及其制备方法及应用。该类含氟缓蚀剂的结构通式如式Ⅰ所示:其中,Rf为全氟丁基或全氟己基,R为杂环基团,包括三氮唑、苯并三氮唑、巯苯并噻唑、苯并咪唑、巯基苯并咪唑、咪唑、2-甲基咪唑、1,4-二甲基咪唑等。以全氟丁基磺酰氟、全氟己基磺酰氟为含氟前体材料,经过与对羟基苯甲醇进行磺酸酯化、与卤代试剂进行氯代、与杂环化合物反应,得到全氟烷基磺酰氧基苄基杂环缓蚀剂。本发明将含氟基团引入缓蚀剂分子,设计合成的含氟缓蚀剂不含危害环境磷元素,低浓度下就具有良好的缓蚀效果,本发明部分含氟缓蚀剂在5×10<sup>-4</sup>M的浓度时就可达到95%以上的缓释效果。<img file="DDA0000579417950000011.TIF" wi="561" he="285" />

A sensitive electrochemical molecularly-imprinted sensor was developed for the detection of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), by electropolymerization of p-aminothiophenol-functionalized gold nanoparticles in the presence of AFB1 as a template molecule. The extraction of the template leads to the formation of cavities that are able to specifically recognize and bind AFB1 through π-π interactions between AFB1 molecules and aniline moities. The performance of the developed sensor for the detection of AFB1 was investigated by linear sweep voltammetry using a hexacyanoferrate/hexacyanoferrite solution as a redox probe, the electron transfer rate increasing when the concentration of AFB1 increases, due to a p-doping effect. The molecularly-imprinted sensor exhibits a broad linear range, between 3.2 fM and 3.2 μM, and a quantification limit of 3 fM. Compared to the non-imprinted sensor, the imprinting factor was found to be 10. Selectivity studies were also performed towards the binding of other aflatoxins and ochratoxin A, proving good selectivity. © 2015 by the authors; licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.

摘要:
The chemoselective transformation of diarylethanones via either aerobic oxidative cleavage to give arylmethanoic acids or tandem aerobic oxidation/benzilic acid rearrangement/decarboxylation to give diarylmethanones has been developed. The transformation is controllable and applicable to a broad spectrum of substrates and affords the desired products in good to excellent yields. Mechanistic insights with control reactions, 1H NMR tracking, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveal a complex mechanistic network in which two common intermediates, α-ketohydroperoxide and diarylethanedione, and three plausible pathways are proposed and verified. These pathways are interlinked and can be switched reasonably by changing the reaction conditions. This method enables scalable synthesis and access to a number of valuable compounds, including vitamin B3, diphenic acid, and the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug ketoprofen. The present protocol represents a step forward in exploiting complex mechanistic networks to control reaction pathways, achieving divergent syntheses from the same class of starting materials.

We report a dose-dependent detection of androstenone in solution, as one of the boar taint compounds, based on related OR7D4 olfactory receptors immobilized on a gold electrode through their 6-His tag and NTA-copper complex, as visualized through fluorescence microscopy. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) is for the first time, the method used to monitor the olfactory receptor/odorant recognition process. The relative variation of the Cu(I)-Cu(II) current peak increases linearly versus log (concentration of androstenone) from 10<sup>-14</sup>M to 10<sup>-4</sup>M, in buffer solution. Negative tests were performed, using an unrelated odorant, helional, itself a ligand of OR 1740. Cross-selectivity was also tested after immobilization of OR 1740. ©2015 Elsevier B.V. An electrochemical sensor based on a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) non-covalent approach for the sensitive detection of 1,3,5-trinitrotoluene (TNT) is presented. The MIP microporous-metal-organic framework (MMOF) is formed in situ at the gold electrode surface via electropolymerization of p-aminothiophenol-functionalized gold nanoparticles in the presence of trinitrotoluene as the template molecule. The MIP sensor was characterized by linear sweep voltammetry in the presence of hexacyanoferrate/hexacyanoferrite as redox probe, and by atomic force microscopy. A linear response was obtained in the range of 4.4 fM to 44 nM, with a detection limit of 0.04 fM. The prepared molecularly imprinted polymer hybrid sensor exhibits sensitive recognition sites toward trinitrotoluene with good reproducibility and potential application for the detection of trinitrotoluene in complex matrices, such as tap and natural waters.

Four cupric complexes (1-4) with a newly designed ligand - (fluorene-9,9-diyl)dipropanoic acid - were obtained under different pH conditions. These complexes exhibit pH-dependent supramolecular self-assembly morphologies as 0D, 1D and 2D architectures, among which 1D water channels are formed by a triple winding helical chain with opposite chiral configurations in 3. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

本发明公开了以多酚接枝聚乙烯亚胺为转晶剂制备α-半水石膏方法。该类转晶剂为五倍子酸或多巴酸接枝的聚乙烯亚胺,其结构通式如式Ⅰ所示。将聚乙烯亚胺溶于去离子水中,在酰胺偶联剂作用下与五倍子酸或多巴酸偶联反应,得到多酚接枝聚乙烯亚胺转晶剂。本发明制备的多酚接枝聚乙烯亚胺转晶剂,主要应用于常压盐溶液中α-半水石膏晶体的制备。在一定盐浓度的脱硫石膏浆液中加入多酚接枝聚乙烯亚胺转晶剂,加热回流完成二水石膏到α-半水石膏晶型的转变得到α-半水石膏。本发明通过调控多酚接枝聚乙烯亚胺浓度及pH,可得到规整度高、不同长径比的α-半水石膏,其抗折强度最高为15.6MPa,抗压强度高达47.5MPa。<img file="DDA0000579373400000011.TIF" wi="1328" he="760" />

本发明公开了一种α-半水石膏/聚氯乙烯有序复合材料及其制备方法,属于资源综合利用及新型建材技术领域。本发明的复合材料为表面修饰的α-半水石膏与PVC复合得到,制备过程为:将一定盐浓度的脱硫石膏浆液搅拌,回流,完成二水硫酸钙到<i>α</i>-半水石膏的转变,再添加有机表面修饰剂反应得到表面修饰的α-半水石膏将其加入到PVC甲苯溶液中搅拌均匀,注入模具,静置自然干燥或者负压去除并回收溶剂,脱模,得到α-半水石膏/聚氯乙烯有序复合材料。本发明的α-半水石膏/聚氯乙烯有序复合材料具有晶体规整性好、界面兼容性高、硬度大、强度高、抗冲击强等优点,可作为高强度复合材料进行使用。
