摘要:
The detection of small targets that submerges in the homogeneous image background is a difficult problem in the design of small targets detection algorithm. The concept of local reverse entropy combining the concepts of local entropy with reverse entropy is proposed in this paper, which is to solve that problem by enhancing small targets. The norms of local signal-to-background ratio and elapsed time are used to demonstrate the performance of local reverse entropy map. Both quantitative analysis and qualitative comparison confirm the validity and efficiency of the presented approach.

摘要:
On the basis of the statistics of keywords from 5750 papers published in professional journals from 2007 to 2011 in educational technology, this paper selected the top 46 high-frequency keywords, generated co-word matrix by using SATI tools, made use of statistical analysis software SPSS for co-word clustering analysis, deeply analyzed the relationships and rules among the selected high-frequency keywords, and then explored hot topics and developing trends in the field of educational technology. After summing up, nine hot topics were finally determined, including student-centered learning activities, network education, distance education, educational informationalization.

摘要:
As the main approach of distance education, the key point of Network Learning research has turned to getting the learners' personality characteristics and constructing the virtual learning environment based on theories of modern education and psychics. Currently, the characteristics of learners are stored in database statically. We can't timely acquire the latest interests of learners. The paper proposes an approach to get learners' characteristics dynamically. The approach uses data mining technology to analyse learners' network learning behaviors. The experiment result sugguests it is useful for acquisition of learners' characteristics.

摘要:
The changing profile of students, the expectations of business and the capabilities offered by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) makes it necessary to change teaching practices, particularly in higher education. This paper analyzes students' intention to use Sakai platforms to improve the teaching-learning process. Its main focus is to analyze the use of the Sakai platform by University students in China, investigate the factors that influencing the intention to use it. Understanding the factors influencing the intention to use Sakai will allow us to determine which actions might be carried out to boost its use by University students, to improve both their skills and grades. Our results provide support for a number of relationships in the hypothesized model. Such consideration will help decrease the mismatch between system design and local users' realities, and further facilitate the successful adoption of Sakai in China.

摘要:
Human-Computer Interaction is crucial for Instructional Software. It is significant to make Geometry Instructional Software understand geometric proposition described by natural language and construct geometric figure automatically. However, it is difficult for computer to accurately understand the flexible and variable geometric proposition because of the immaturity of Natural Language Processing Technology. This paper defines a restricted geometric proposition, presents a corresponding comprehension model based on ontology, and designs a matching algorithm for geometric relation pattern, finally transforms the restricted geometric proposition to geometric construction command sequence. The experiment results suggest that the average accuracy of understanding clauses of geometric proposition is almost to 88.9%, and the percentage of constructing correct geometric figure is to 82.5%.

摘要:
Open Source Software (OSS) now is being developed rapidly and increasingly widely used, and has a huge advantage in software development. Unfortunately, a lot of open source software can not be used under Windows directly, which will limit their development and access to a wider range of application. This essay has constructed a porting model for open source software through the analysis of the characteristics of open source software and the actual application requirements, and took FFmpeg for example, a open source software for video and audio processing, to discuss how to apply the porting model and meanwhile developed a multimedia format converter with GUI based on FFmpeg. Then we tested the software and analyzed and compared the porting result. The testing has proved that the porting model for open source software is feasible and usable, with good application effect and has realized the desired objectives. This practice will be great valuable reference for porting and application of open source software.
