Chinese word segmentation is a difficult and challenging job because Chinese has no white space to mark word boundaries. Its result largely depends on the quality of the segmentation dictionary. Many domain phrases are cut into single words for they are not contained in the general dictionary. This paper demonstrates a Chinese domain phrase identification algorithm based on atomic word formation. First, atomic word formation algorithm is used to extract candidate strings from corpus after pretreatment. These extracted strings are stored as the candidate domain phrase set. Second, a lot of strategies such as repeated substring screening, part of speech (POS) combination filtering, and prefix and suffix filtering and so on are used to filter the candidate domain phrases. Third, a domain phrase refining method is used to determine whether a string is a domain phrase or not by calculating the domain relevance of this string. Finally, sort all the identified strings and then export them to users. With the help of morphological rules, this method uses the combination of statistical information and rules instead of corpus machine learning. Experiments proved that this method can obtain better results than traditional n-gram methods.

The explosive growth of multimedia content on the internet is revolutionizing the way of content distribution and presenting new challenges to content security and copyright management. Encryption and watermarking are the most common techniques used to protect copyrighted multimedia content, but both have some limitations. In order to solve the problem, we probe into a new way that is to design a digital rights management (DRM) system based on FFmpeg, the system offers a reproducible and reliable alternative for digital rights management and related applications on the Internet. The protection works by encrypting the packets of key frames. Experiments have proved that encrypting the packets of key frames to protect the digital content of video is available. Other players either can't open the Encrypted video files, or the image is a mosaic and blurred image. Playing the file in the player we developed is fluent, all played properly, and the purpose of digital content protection is achieved.

摘要:
With the prosperity of the Internet, e-learnlng has been greatly improved. By supporting multiple learners and multiple roles in a learning activity, the IMS Learning Design (LD) specification provides a collaborative scenario for participants. However, IMS LD provides insufficient support for interaction among learning activities and can not dynamically integrate learning resources to meet the continually changing service requirements. In this paper, a Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) enhanced requirement driven learning management architecture to address the issues of personalize adaptive learning was proposed. It models the learning activity by combining IMS LD with BPEL and matches optimal learning sequence based on Case-based reasoning (CBR) method. By providing expandable secure learning sequences flexibly, it satisfies the different actual demands for personalize learning.

In heterogeneous environments, universal multimedia access (UMA) is proposed to provide multimedia content services. Multimedia adaptation is one of technologies to perform UMA, in which adaptation decision-taking engine (ADTE) is a key component. Though there are many models of ADTE existing, it needs to be reconsidered for personalized content services. In this paper, a novel model of ADTE is proposed based on decision tree termed adaptation decision tree (ADT) in which adaptation decision is viewed as sequence decision: modality decision and format decision. Correspondingly, user preferences are divided into two types: user modality preferences and user format preferences. By utilizing user preferences, the ADT model is built up. Before making decision, an optimal multimedia variation set (OMVS) with respect to user modality preferences is constructed and any element here is with the shortest distance to user format preferences for every modality. Therefore, adaptation decision can be executed by letting the element in OMVS travel along the ADT one by one. Finally, the first element that reaches the leaf with the logical value true is the decision result, or the one with the smallest value in distance is the decision variation if no elements get to proper leaf. Quantitative analysis and experimental simulation prove that the model is effective and efficient to cope with adaptation decision in multimedia adaptation especially in dynamic user preferences and resource-limited cases.

The rapid development of Internet technology for the production network laid the foundation for learning. The approach to learning has the transition from computer-assisted learning to Web-based Learning. This paper proposed an approach for effective sharing of Heterogeneous learning resources. It investigate the status of resource sharing to education, and analysis of the causes of the problem, raised a number of effective strategies to solve the problem, choose the model points in a typical demonstration of regional construction and research.

This paper proposes a neologies discovery method based on statistics and rules. First, Omni-segmentation arithmetic is used to obtain candidate new terms set. Then, develop a series of language rules to filter the candidate terms set. Finally, get the target new terms set by manual work. The experiment results show that this method is effective and feasible which can identify neologies better.

Educational game engine is for designing and producing various puzzle games used to boost the intelligence and learning interest of the students, thus having big significance in the field of education. The design of action script system is the core of a game engine, which takes a decisive role in the development of game engine. Based on the brief introduction of a 2-D educational game engine, the Logic Animation Platform (LAP), this paper mainly introduces the design of the script system of this game engine in terms of grammatical structure and compiler realization.

With the sudden growth of information technology, network resources and resource search technology have been developed rapidly. However, general search engines such as Google and Baidu are difficult to satisfy our retrieval requirements in professional field because the lack of professionalism. This paper constructs a vertical educational resource oriented search engine based on the circumstances of educational field. This search engine adds the professional vocabulary on the basis of general search engine, and puts forward an improved sequencing algorithm based on specialized vocabulary. These measures improved the recall and precision of resource search and achieved good effect in practical application.
