摘要:
反生产行为(Counterproductive Work Bellavior,CWB)是员工在工作场所中实施的蓄意伤害组织利益或与组织利益有关的其他成员的行为.本文对反生产行为的概念、分类、理论解释等的最新研究进展进行了系统梳理和全面回顾.在整理和分析已有理论和实证研究成果的基础上,提出了反生产行为的发生机制模型,即反生产行为的发生遵循"压力情境→认知加工→负性情绪反应→反生产行为"的逻辑顺序."认知加工"和"负性情绪反应"是反生产行为发生过程中的两个关键环节,具体表现为个体在压力情境下的归因过程及负性情绪的生成.在此基础上,对与反生产行为有关的最新研究成果进行了整合,并且对当前反生产行为的研究的开展进行了有针对性地评价和展望.

摘要:
This study investigated the effect of reward interdependence on performance and decision making process in virtual teams. 30 lams participated in a simulated task based on internet. The level of reward interdependence was manipulating the percentage of team performance and individual performance in the calculation method of salary. The results showed that the performance was highest in the group with low level of reward interdependence, whose decision making was of adventure and strategy that were essential to the task implementing.

This study investigated the impact of clinicians' work-family conflict on their job burnout, and further explored the effects of supervisor support and colleague support to mitigate work-family conflict and job burnout. Individual test was used in order to collect accurate research data. Results showed that the levels of clinicians' work-family conflict and job burnout are high, and have significant differences among different job titles and hospitals. Multiple Regression Analysis found that both work-family conflict and family-work conflict are significant predictors of job burnout. And, supervisor support and colleague support are supportive resources to ease work-family conflict and job burnout.

Methods based on the relative team theory and logical analysis, the paper supposed the theoretical model of the team leadership effectiveness questionnaire. Date was collected from 237 students who had the experience of student organization, The team leadership effectiveness questionnaire was composed of perceived leadership effectiveness, leadership satisfaction, and task achievement by means of expletory factor analysis, the cumulative variance was 64.43%. Furthermore, 28 task teams completed the team leadership effectiveness questionnaire; the result of confirmatory factor analysis supported the theoretical model of the team leadership effectiveness questionnaire. The validation and reliability of the questionnaire were good. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was no differences between self and other assessment, team leader's personality have a moderate influence on team leadership effectiveness.

摘要:
This study examined the process and characteristics of career development among elite Chinese coaches and constructed a grounded theory on the factors that contributing to the development of a successful career in the Chinese context. In the current study, there was a series of semi-structured interviews conducted with seventeen elite Chinese coaches of a variety of sports. The data analysis was conducted by several coding procedures geared toward theory development with assistance of Nvivo. Finally, nine categories and a paradigm model was emerged from the data. The findings will provide a holistic framework for a better understanding of coach development process and valuable information for coach career development in Chinese societies.
