摘要:
A series of potassium methyl 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates(9a-9o) was designed and synthesized. The results of preliminary bioassays indicate that most of the title compounds possess excellent pre-emergence and post-emergence herbicidal activities against Brassica napus, Amaranthus mangostanus, Medicago sativa, Echinochloa crusgalli, and Digitaria sanguinalis at a dosage of 1500 g/ha(1 ha=10000 m2). Especially, potassium methyl 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)-1-(4-methylphenyl)methylphosphonate(9g) and potassium methyl 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)-1-(furan-2-yl)methylphosphonate(9j) show the best herbicidal activity against five tested weeds with more than 85% inhibitory rate in pre-emergence. © 2013 Jilin University, The Editorial Department of Chemical Research in Chinese Universities and Springer-Verlag GmbH.

摘要:
A new crystal of O,Oˊ-dipropyl-α-(2,4-dichlorolphenoxyacylamido)-α-(4-methoxyphenyl) methylphosphonates has been prepared at room temperature and characterized by elemental analysis and IR,MS,1H NMR spectra,13C NMR spectra and X-ray single-crystal determination.The complex crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 7.858(2),b = 12.621(4),c = 12.621(4),α = 96.17(3),β = 90.960(3),γ = 90.960(3)°,V = 1243.9(7)3,Dc = 1.346 Mg/m3,Z = 2,μ = 0.362 mm-1and F(000) = 528.

摘要:
根据活性亚结构拼接原理, 将3-芳基-4-氨基-5-乙氧羰基(氰基)-3H-噻唑啉-2-硫酮与酰氯反应得到目标化合物3-芳基-4-取代苯氧乙酰氨基-5-乙氧羰基(氰基)-3H-噻唑啉-2-硫酮. 再以3-苯基-4-氨基-5-乙氧羰基-3H-噻唑啉-2-硫酮为合成原料, 经过Aza-Wittig反应得到目标化合物5-芳氧基-3,6-二芳基-2-硫代噻唑并[4,5-d]嘧啶-7-酮. 通过IR, ~1H NMR, EI-MS, 元素分析等方法对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 代表化合物5-对氯苯氧基-3,6-二苯基-2-硫代- 2,3-二氢噻唑并[4,5-d]嘧啶-7(6H)-酮(C1)经单晶X衍射证实了结构. 除草活性测试结果表明: 部分噻唑啉-2-酮类衍生物对稗草和油菜都表现出了较好的抑制活性.

摘要:
以3-(2-氯-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯甲酸为起始原料,经氯化亚砜氯化后得中间体3-(2-氯-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯甲酰氯(1),再与不同取代的苯酚反应,合成了13个未见文献报道的3-(2-氯-4-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯甲酸酯(2).通过1H NMR,IR,EI-MS和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征,3-甲基苯基3-(2-氯-4-三氟甲基苯氧)苯甲酸酯(2f)通过单晶X射线衍射进一步确证结构.初步的除草活性测试结果表明:大多数目标化合物在1.5 kg/ha剂量下对双子叶植物油菜和苋菜具有较高的抑制活性.

摘要:
A series of [(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)(substituted phenyl)methyl] (methyl)phos- phinates containing fluorine were designed and synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were identified by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, mass spectrometry. O-methyl [(2-fluorophenoxyacetoxy)(2,4- dichlorophenyl)methyl](methyl)phosphinate was further analyzed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Their herbicidal activity against a set of weed species was examined. Some of the compounds showed potential herbicidal activity, which provided some indications for further studies on structure modification. Supplemental materials are available for this article. 摘要:
A new, environmentally benign, convenient, and easy method of synthesizing tertiary α-hydroxyphosphonates by the triethylamine-catalyzed hydrophosphonylation of unactivated ketones was developed. In the presence of triethylamine, aromatic or heteroaromatic ketones can react with phosphite to form tertiary α-hydroxyphosphonates under solvent-free and mild conditions. The proposed method was also suitable for functionalized ketones. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.

摘要:
A series of new thiazoline derivatives 2-alkyl(aryl) imino-4-amino-5- ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenyl-3H-thiazoline (3) and bis(2-imino-4-amino-5- ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenyl-3H-thiazoline alkylene (4) have been synthesized by reactions of intermediate 4-amino-5-ethoxycarbonyl-2-methylthio-3-phenyl-3H- thiazolinium sulphate (2) with alkylamines or arylamine in 64%-89% yields. The structures of 3 and 4 have been confirmed by 1H NMR, EI-MS, IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Some compounds exhibited high or moderate herbicidal activities against the roots of rapeseed and barnyard grass at 100 mg/L. © 2013 Hong-Wu He.

A series of lithium or potassium hydrogen 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates were designed and synthesized. All the title compounds were identified by IR, 1H NMR, and 31P NMR, some of them were further analyzed by MS and elemental analyses. The test for herbicidal activity indicated that most of the phosphonates (8) possessed excellent postemergence herbicidal activities against broadleaf weeds. 摘要:
A series of sodium hydrogen 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy) alkylphosphonates was designed and synthesized. The test for herbicidal activity indicated that most of the phosphonates (8) possessed excellent postemergence herbicidal activities against broadleaf weeds. Especially, 8f and 8g showed the best herbicidal activity against rape and amaranth with more than 95% inhibitory rate. Supplemental materials are available for this article. A series of 2-methylpropan-2-aminium methyl 1-(substituted phenoxyacetoxy) alkylphosphonates were selectively synthesized by reacting the corresponding dimethyl 1-(substitutedphenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates with an excess of 2-methylpropan-2-amine. All the title compounds were identified by IR, 1H NMR, and 31P NMR, some of them were further analyzed by 19F NMR and 13C NMR. Their herbicidal activity was investigated and the results showed that most of the demethylated aminium salts exhibited notable herbicidal activities against Brassica napus L. and Echinochloa crusgalli. 摘要:
Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDHc) is the site of action of a new class of herbicides. On the basis of the previous work for O,O′-dimethyl α-(substituted-phenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates (I), further synthetic modifications were made by introducing a fural and a thienyl group to structure I. A series of α-(substituted-phenoxyacetoxy)-α- heterocyclylmethylphosphonate derivatives (II) were synthesized as potential inhibitors of PDHc. The postemergent activity of the title compounds II was evaluated in greenhouse experiments. The in vitro efficacy of II against PDHc was also examined. Compounds II with fural as R<sup>3</sup> and 2,4-dichloro as X and Y showed significant herbicidal activity and effective inhibition against PDHc from plants. O,O′-Dimethyl α-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)- α-(furan-2-yl)methylphosphonate II-17 had higher inhibitory potency against PDHc from Pisum sativum than against PDHc from Oryza sativa in vitro and was most effective against broadleaf weeds at 50 and 300 ai g/ha. II-17 was safe for maize and rice even at the dose of 900-1200 ai g/ha. Field trials at different regions in China showed that II-17 (HWS) could control a broad spectrum of broad-leaved and sedge weeds at the rate of 225-375 ai g/ha for postemergent applications in maize fields. II-17 (HWS) displayed potential utility as a selective herbicide. ©2013 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
A novel series of chalcone derivatives containing pyrimidinyl group were synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxic activities in vitro against various human cancer cell lines. Most of the prepared compounds showed potential cytotoxicity against several human cancer cell lines. The compound 5g displayed more potent cytotoxic activities against human cancer cell lines in comparison with Curcumin.

目的研究竹叶椒Zanthoxylum planispinum树皮的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱及制备液相等技术分离纯化竹叶椒树皮的化学成分,并利用波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果从竹叶椒树皮中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为降白屈菜红碱(1)、得卡瑞花椒碱(2)、6-丙酮基-N-甲基-二氢得卡瑞花椒碱(3)、arnottianamide(4)、platydesmine(5)、4-甲氧基-1-甲基-2-喹诺酮(6)、β-[(3-甲氧基-1, 3-二氧正丙基)胺基]苯丙酸甲酯(7)、3-O-阿魏酰基奎尼酸甲酯(8)、去-4', 4″-O-二甲基表望春花素(9)、柄果花椒素A(10)、竹叶椒素B(11)。结论化合物11为新化合物,命名为竹叶椒素B,化合物7为新的天然产物,其余化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。

采用孔径10 μm的浮游生物网对A水厂活性炭滤池出水的微型动物进行监测,结果表明泄漏的微型动物优势种类为轮虫、线虫、寡毛类和甲壳类。在活性炭层底部增加厚度为40或50 cm粒径为0.3?0.5 mm的石英砂层,当流速为10?12 m?h~(-1)时,对轮虫、甲壳类和寡毛类等体型较大的微型动物能够截留55%以上,但对线虫截留率较低。建议采用10 μm的微孔滤网过滤氯接触池出水,可使微型动物穿透进入供水管网的风险降低一个数量级,且工作周期达96 h.

半胱氨酸蛋白酶是一类重要的蛋白水解酶,它在植物体内参与种子萌发、幼苗发育、胁迫响应和组织分化衰老等生理过程,对于植物的生长发育具有极其重要的作用,因此它可能是一种潜在的除草作用靶标。简要介绍了半胱氨酸蛋白酶的分类及特点,综述了其生物功能及不同结构类型的半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,并对课题组的研究工作进行了概述。

摘要:
A highly practical, catalytic enantioselective cyclic phosphite addition to aldehydes and ketones was developed. The reaction rate of the asymmetric hydrophosphonylation was significantly enhanced by the addition of silver carbonate. Particularly, significant improvement has been achieved on the asymmetric hydrophosphonylation of unactivated ketones, giving quaternary alpha-hydroxy phosphonates with excellent enantioselectivity (up to 99% ee).
