摘要:
The 6-(4-alkoxycarbonylalkoxy)phenoxy-3-alkylthio-5-(fluoro-substituted)phenyl-l-phenylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ones 6 have been successfully synthesized via a tandem aza-Wittig and annulation reactions of the corresponding iminophosphorances 4, aromatic isocyanate, and substituted phenols 2 in 59-69% isolated yields using actonitrile as solvent. These novel compounds 6 could be oxidized to sulfones 7 by hydrogen peroxide in satisfactory yields (57-93%). Their structures were clearly verified by spectroscopic data (IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, MS, Elemental analysis or X-ray diffraction crystallography). The results of preliminary bioassay indicated that these compounds possess herbicidal activity against the root of rape and barnyard grass. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The title compound 2-(4′-methylphenoxy)-5,8,9-trimethyl-3-phenyl thieno[3′,2′:5,6] pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one hydrochloride (C26H23Cl4N3O2S, M r = 583.33) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.8442(11), b = 11.5131(8), c = 17.2010(13) Å, β = 113.7250(10)°, V = 2691.3(3) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.440 g/cm3, 5 = 1.094, μ = 0.547 mm-1, F(000) = 1200, the final R = 0.0571 and wR = 0.1458. X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound combines with a molecule of dichloromethane by an intramolecular hydrogen bond. The thienopyridine ring is almost coplanar, and the dihedral angle between the thiophene plane and the pyridine plane is 0.6°.

摘要:
1-Aryl-3-[2-(ethoxycarbonyl)benzothien-3-yl]carbodiimides 4, obtained from aza-Wittig reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aryl isocyanates, reacted with secondary amines, phenols, or alkanols in the presence of a catalytic amount of potassium carbonate or sodium alkoxide to give 2-substituted benzothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 6 in good yields. The reaction of carbodiimides 4 with primary amines RNH<inf>2</inf> (R ≠H, Me) in the presence of sodium ethoxide selectively produced one regioisomer 8 via a base-catalyzed cyclization mechanism. However, a different regioisomer 9 was obtained when primary amines RNH<inf>2</inf> (R = H, Me) were used in the absence of sodium ethoxide via a direct cyclization mechanism. ©Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart.

摘要:
A series of new, 2-substituted 3-aryl-8,9,10,11-tetrahydro-5-methyl[1] benzothieno[3′,2′:5,6]pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones, compounds 5a-q, were designed and synthesized via the aza-Wittig reaction as the key step. The iminophosphorane 1 reacted with phenyl isocyanate (or 4-chlorophenyl isocyanate) to the carbodiimide 4, which was cyclized to 5 upon addition of different amines, EtOH, or phenols in the presence of a catalytic amount of EtONa or K2CO3 (Schemes 1 and 2). The structures of compounds 5 were confirmed by IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, EI-MS, elemental analyses, and, in the case of 51, by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (Figure). © 2006 Verlag Helvetica Chimica Acta AG.

The title compound, C24H18N4O3, has a planar bicyclic imidazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine core. The planes of the phenyl and methoxyphenoxy substituents form substantial (>30°) dihedral angles with the imidazolopyrimidine plane. Inter-molecular C - H⋯O interactions link the molecules into infinite chains running along the a axis of the crystal structure. © 2006 International Union of Crystallography All rights reserved.

摘要:
Abstract 2‐Alkylthio‐3‐alkyl‐5‐phenylmethylidene‐4H‐imidazol‐4‐ones 6 were synthesized by N‐alkylation and S‐alkylation of 2‐thioxo‐5‐phenylmethylidene‐4‐imidazolidinone 5, which was obtained via cyclization of vinyl isothiocyanate 4 with excess ammonium hydroxide (28% NH3 in water).

2-Alkylthio-3-alkyl-5-furfurylidene-4H-imidazol-4-ones (4) under bar were synthesized by N-alkylation and S-alkylation of 2-thioxo-5-furfurylidene-4-imidazolidinone (3) under bar, which was obtained via cyclization of vinyl isothiocyanate (2) under bar with excess ammomium hydroxide (28% NH3 in water).
