The development of three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular coordination complexes is of great interest from both fundamental and application points of view because these materials are useful in molecular catalysis, separation and purification, sensing, etc. Herein, we describe the synthesis of two Klärner's molecular-clip-based tetrapyridyl donors, which possess a C-shaped structure as shown by X-ray analysis, and subsequently use them to prepare four convex trigonal-prismatic cages via coordination-driven self-assembly with two 180° diplatinum(II) acceptors. The cages are fully characterized by multinuclear NMR (31P and 1H) analysis, diffusion-ordered spectroscopy, electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry, and UV/vis absorption spectroscopy. Moreover, the incorporation of molecular-clip-based ligands provides these cages with free cavities to encapsulate fullerene C60 via aromatic interactions, which may be useful for fullerene separation and purification. The studies described herein enlarge the scope of the platinum(II)-based directional bonding approach in the preparation of curved 3D metallacages and their host-guest chemistry. © 2017 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
Molecular clip 1 remains monomeric in water and engages in host–guest recognition processes with suitable guests. We report the K<inf>a</inf>values for 32 1⋅guest complexes measured by<sup>1</sup>H NMR, UV/Vis, and fluorescence titrations. The cavity of 1 is shaped by aromatic surfaces of negative electrostatic potential and therefore displays high affinity and selectivity for planar and cationic aromatic guests that distinguishes it from CB[n] receptors that prefer aliphatic over aromatic guests. Electrostatic effects play a dominant role in the recognition process whereby ion–dipole interactions may occur between ammonium ions and the C=O groups of 1, between the SO<inf>3</inf><sup>−</sup>groups of 1 and pendant cationic groups on the guest, and within the cavity of 1 by cation–πinteractions. Host 1 displays a high affinity toward dicationic guests with large planar aromatic surfaces (e.g. naphthalene diimide NDI+ and perylene diimide PDI+) and cationic dyes derived from acridine (e.g. methylene blue and azure A). The critical importance of cation–πinteractions was ascertained by a comparison of analogous neutral and cationic guests (e.g. methylene violet vs. methylene blue;quinoline vs. N-methylquinolinium;acridine vs. N-methylacridinium;neutral red vs. neutral red H<sup>+</sup>) the affinities of which differ by up to 380-fold. We demonstrate that the high affinity of 1 toward methylene blue (K<inf>a</inf>=3.92×10<sup>7</sup>m<sup>−1</sup>;K<inf>d</inf>=25 nm) allows for the selective sequestration and destaining of U87 cells stained with methylene blue. ©2016 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. A new compound [C_(19)H_(19)N_3O_3F_2Cl·C_4H_3O_4·H_2O] (I), (7-((7S)-7-aminospiro[2.4]heptan- 5-yl)-8-chloro-6-fluoro-1-((1R,2S)-2-fluorocyclopropyl)-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid fumaric acid monohydrate), was synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, ~1H NMR, 14C spectra and mass spectra. I crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2_1/c with a = 8.495(2), b = 12.545(3), c = 11.832(3) A, β = 103.37(1)°, V = 1226.8(5) A~3, Z = 2, M_r = 543.90, D_c = 1.472 g/cm~3, F(000) = 564, μ = 0.225 mm~(-1), the final R = 0.0307 and w_R= 0.0892 for 6886 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the quinolinone ring is almost coplanar, and the pyrrole ring adopts an envelope form. Packing of crystal I is constructed and stabilized by the N–H···O, O–H···O and N–H···Cl hydrogen bonds together with C–H···π interations.

摘要:
The high incidence of MET oncogene activation in human malignancies has prompted researchers to develop MET inhibitors. As part of our efforts to developing effective and safe therapeutic agents against MET-dependent tumors, a pyridone-based class II MET inhibitor, namely, 1-(4-((2-amino-3-iodopyridin-4- yl)-oxy)-3-fluorophenyl)-N-(4-fluorobenzyl)-4-methoxy-6-oxo-1, 6-dihydropyridine-3-carboxamide (3s), was identified. Knowledge of the binding mode of class II MET inhibitors led to the design of new inhibitors that utilize 2-pyridone to conformationally restrain key pharmacophoric groups within the molecule. Integrated molecular docking and SAR studies resulted in the discovery of a novel class of pyridone MET inhibitors with high potency (IC50 of 0.005 μM) and efficient selectivity (>5000 fold) to VEGFR-2, c-Kit and RET kinases. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
The new title compound 8-((4-((2,3-diaminopyridin-4-yl)-oxy)-3-fluorophenyl)amino)-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-methyl-2,7-naphthyridin-1(2H)-one (C_(26)H_(20)F_2N_6O_2, Mr = 486.48) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P2_1/c with a = 15.365(3), b = 13.144(2), c = 11.863(2) A, β= 108.882(3)°, Z = 4, V = 2267.0(7) A~3, Dc = 1.425 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1008, μ = 0.105 mm~(-1), MoKa radiation (λ = 0.71073 A),R = 0.0480 and wR = 0.1294 for 3197 observed reflections with I> 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the region C (substituents of 8-amino group and 3-methyl group on the 2,7-naphthyridin-1(2H)-one ring) of compound 6 are effectively planar. Intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with π..π interations are found in the structure. In addition, compound 6 shows potent c-Met and c-Kit kinase inhibition activities.

摘要:
The crystal structure of the new title compound 2,2-dimethyl-4-oxochroman- 3-ylmorpholine- 4-carbodithioate (C16H19NO 3S2, Mr = 337.44) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P-1 with a = 9.5518(7), b = 9.7172(7), c = 11.0220(8) Å, α{dot below} = 67.08(1), β{dot below} = 74.66(1), γ{dot below} = 61.31(1)°, V = 822.72(10) Å3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.362 g/cm3, F(000) = 356, μ = 0.092 mm -1, MoKa radiation (λ = 0.71073), R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.1389 for 2623 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the chroman ring adopts a half-chair conformation while the morpholine ring shows a chair conformation. Intramolecular and intermolecular C-H⋯S and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds together with π-π interations are found in the structure. The result of MTT assay shows the title compound displays good antiproliferative activity against two human cancer cell lines. 摘要:
An I-2-promoted sp(3) C-H functionalization has been developed for the synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted oxazoles from easily available methyl ketones and benzylamines without any metal and peroxide catalyst. This domino oxidative cyclization process involves the cleavage of C H bond and the formation of C-N, C-O bonds. (C) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
An efficient synthesis of novel functionalized 2-aryl-4-(indol-3-yl)-4H-chromenes has been developed, in the presence of a catalytic amount of iodine, from easily available starting materials, 2-hydroxychalcone derivatives. Indole, substituted indoles and 7-azaindole are suitable for this transformation. The possible domino Michael addition-intramolecular cyclization reaction mechanism is proposed.

2-Mesitylindenyl phosphine ligand (1) and [(2-mesitylindenyl)dicyclohexyl- phosphine]PdCl<inf>2</inf> (2) have been synthesized and fully characterized by NMR and elemental analysis, as well as by X-ray crystallography for 2. A Highly active catalyst system derived from a palladium precatalyst and bulky 2-mesitylindenyl phosphine ligand (1) for the Buchwald-Hartwig amination reaction of aryl halides with primary and secondary amines has been developed. This method allows for the preparation of a wide variety of amines in moderate to excellent yields and displays a high level of activity for the coupling of aryl chlorides as well as hindered aryl bromides. ©2012 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
A facile solvent- and catalyst-free method for the synthesis of a series of new hydroxylated 2,4,6-trisubstituted pyridines under microwave irradiation was developed. The expected products were obtained through a simplified purification process without protection of the hydroxyl group. UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra of these conjugated multi-hydroxyl compounds were also investigated.

In this paper, we report the synthesis, characterization and Fe <sup>3+</sup>-sensing properties of a series of new artificial fluorescent molecular clips, and structure of clip 1 is confirmed by X-ray crystallography. All these molecular clips had the ability to bind and sense Fe<sup>3+</sup> selectively through decrease fluorescence responses in THF-MeOH-Water. Fluorimetric titration experiment indicated that the quenching of these compounds' fluorescence upon Fe<sup>3+</sup> probably arises from the electron/energy transfer between Fe<sup>3+</sup> and the excited chemosensors. The limit of detection, linear concentration range and selectivity of the fluorescent molecular clips were evaluated in this study as well. ©Springer Science+Business Media, LLC 2011.

摘要:
The title compound has been synthesized by alkylation of diphenylglycoluril with o-xylylenedihalides followed by Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction. The yielded product 2 was investigated with X-ray crystallographic, NMR, EI-MS, and IR techniques. 摘要:
A highly efficient synthesis of hydantoins has been developed from simple and commercially available 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, ureas, and methyl ketones or terminal aryl alkenes. This protocol involves a sustainable integration of two coupled domino processes: iodine-promoted synthesis of unsymmetrical 1,4-enediones (domino I) and the sequential transformation into hydantoins (domino II).

项目摘要:
在新农药的创制研究中,发现结构新颖,并具有研究开发潜力的先导化合物是重要的前期研究基础。而如何有效构筑结构多样性的小分子化合物库以满足生物活性筛选的需要,又是先导发现的关键所在。多样性导向合成(DOS)技术作为一种新颖的有机合成策略已在医药先导的发现中取得了一定的成功。本课题拟将多样性导向合成这一新策略应用到农用杀菌剂先导化合物的发现中,利用我们前期发现的新型偶联反应及各类报道的串联反应和多组分反应等来逐级构筑具有结构复杂性和多样性的五元杂环(呋喃、噻吩、吡咯)化合物库,并将针对多种农业病菌开展杀菌活性的评价和相关生物靶标的酶水平高通量筛选。本课题的实施,一方面可以发现具有潜在应用前景的高活性杀菌剂先导结构;另一方面,还可为农用杀菌剂新靶标的探索提供结构类型丰富的小分子探针库。预期成果将是对有机合成新策略(DOS)应用于新农药创制的有价值的探索。

摘要:
The synthesis and X-ray crystal structure of a methylene-bridged glycoluril dimer 2 was reported.The methylene-bridged glycoluril dimer 2(C38H36Br4N8O12,Mr=1116.35) crystallizes in space group P1 with a=10.5802(6),b=16.8469(9),c=24.7673(14) ,α=98.00,β=96.263(1),γ=101.606(1)o,V=4239.3(4)3,Z=4,Dc=1.749 g/cm3,μ=3.869 mm-1 and F(000)=2224.It crystallizes in an S-shaped conformation that displays two ethoxycarbonyl groups on each face of the molecule.

摘要:
多样性自组装体在混合时,通常表现出互不干扰的自分类性,能高度选择性地自分类堆积.但结构极为相似的组装子在相互混合时,会发生交互作用并表现出重组现象.文中合成和观测了具有芳香环边墙和不同酰胺侧链的C型甘脲分子夹为组装单元的混合组装行为.研究发现,此类分子在各自以单一态物质溶解于CDCl_3时,能通过π-π相互作用和氢键形成二聚自组装体;若将两种具有不同酰胺侧链的C型甘脲分子夹两两混合,从理论上推测应有三种二聚自组装堆积态存在:A·A、B·B、A·B.但经~1H NMR分析发现了一个有趣的现象,即当酰胺侧链上的取代基R'分别为具有C-H结构(如1和2)与PhF_5基(5)的组装体两两混合时,二聚组装主要呈现出高度选择性杂化重组的A·B结构态.这种取代基控制的高选择性重组行为可能是基于π-π相互作用、N-H…O氢键,以及C-H…π等三重作用力的协同结果.

摘要:
Two new concave fluorescent molecular clips based on diethoxycarbonyl glycoluril and diphenyl acetylene units have been synthesised by introducing the fluorophores into the receptor. Their recognition properties toward various metal ions were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results demonstrate that they can selectively bind Fe3+ with fluorescence quenching.

摘要:
The title mol-ecule, C28H28Cl4N 6O6, is built up from four fused rings, viz. two nearly planar imidazole five-membered rings which adopt envelope conformations with the C=O groups at the flap position, and two triazine six-membered rings which adopt chair conformations. Each six-membered ring has a 2,4-dichloro-benzyl substituent attached to an N atom. In the mol-ecule, the two ethyl groups are each disordered between two orientations in 0.784 (16)/0.216 (16) and 0.631 (10)/0.37 (10) ratios. Weak inter-molecular C - H⋯O hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the crystal packing. © 2009.
