摘要:
Tujia brocade is a typical brocade of ethnic groups in China and also known as "Xilankapu", or "Knitting Floral Bedspread". It was listed in the directory of National Intangible Heritages of China in 2006. However, due to the impact of the way of Tujia brocade craft inheritance and other factors, Tujia brocade craft is increasingly declining. So it is urgent to strengthen the digital protection of Tujia brocade, this paper tries to carry out discussion and study of the key movements of Tujia brocade craft. And it puts forward a new method in intangible culture heritage protection based on unmarked motion capture technique. It captures the key actions of twelve processes of Tujia brocade craft combined with Kinect and Leap Motion and establishes a motion data set of Tujia brocade. In addition, virtual representation of Tujia brocade craft is realized by three-dimensional animation technology. Thus the research causes quite great practical effect on digital protection of Tujia brocade.

摘要:
The Tujia nationality's brocade (short as Tujia brocade) is one of the Tujia traditional handicrafts, and is considered as the highest value and the most symbolic cultural art in the traditional craft of China because of its difficult technology and rich cultural connotation. The Tujia brocade is also China's first batch of intangible cultural heritage. This paper proposes a set of strategy according to digital protection of the Tujia brocade, which aims at establishing the virtual exhibition scenes through 3D technique to model the Tujia brocade character and imitate 3D character animation, for propagandizing, educating, inheriting Tujia brocade culture.

Tujia brocade (Xi lan ka pu) is a kind of traditional handcraft brocade which was listed in the first batch of non-material cultural heritage of China. It has become a popular trend to promote non-material cultural heritage with digital technology. Personalization recommendation for Tujia brocade culture resources could push new knowledge and something the user interested in, which could improve the efficiency of knowledge searching. The purpose of this paper is to realize personalization recommendation of Tujia brocade culture resources via using the hybrid recommendation technology, which was combined collaborative filtering with content filtering. Initially, we establish a set of basic culture resource databases for Tujia brocade, including user information database, preference pattern database, and build the user model and resource model. We then match the user preferences and the specific characteristics of Tujia brocade cultural resources through the description of resource characteristic. We finally choose the resources with high similarity and recommends to users, so as to realize the personalized recommendation for Tujia brocade culture resources.

摘要:
Positive samples of facial actions are much fewer than negative samples in natural conditions. The highly imbalanced class-distributions may cause very slow rate of convergence of error when using neural networks for facial action recognition. Traditional methods tackle this class-imbalance problem by changing data distributions, which is challenging for preventing the loss of useful information. In this paper we tackle this problem by using very deep (>10 layers) architectures to increase the chance that network training has acceptable rate of convergence using highly imbalanced data sets. Experimental results on EmotioNet Challenge data set show that the error rates of very deep covolutional networks converge to 40% after 90 epochs while shallower networks only converge to 60%. The results also show that very deep network outperforms shallower network by 0.2 on accuracy score. The proposed neural networks won the first place of the first track in the automatic detection of action units (AUs) of EmotioNet Challenge.

摘要:
The traditional evaluation of composition is human evaluation which is time-consuming, laborious and easily affected by subjective. In recent years, the automatic essay scoring (AES) has become a hot issue in natural language processing, but few research focus on Chinese AES. Hence, this study designed a Chinese AES system and collected 4566 compositions from first grade to sixth grade students. We also extracted 43 linguistic features based on Chinese characteristic, and analysis these compositions based on three model by stepwise multiple regression technique and support vector machine. Results showed that the accuracy of classification is among 70-80%.

With data accumulating rapidly in education, it is possible for researchers to predict students' academic performance. Among the prediction models, the machine learning model is outstanding. In this study, the model based on ensemble algorithm, AdaBoost was proposed to predict the classes of students. Experiments were carried out to compare the model to other models such as decision tree, neural network, random forests and SVM. The results showed the model presented the best prediction performance.
摘要:
With the development of blended learning, it has been widely applied in teaching process. However, in the context of blended learning, tutor are not easy to acquire learning process of students and to make good use of learner' behaviors records. Therefore, they cannot timely receive feedback and effectively perform evaluation based on traditional indicators and method. To address this problem, this paper applies learning analytics and studies the learning behavior records in blended learning, i.e., integrating learning analytics to construct an evaluation mode through the evaluation theory, types, subject, and applies the mode to the specific teaching practice. This can provide guidance for tutors and help them make better effective and objective evaluation.

摘要:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of blended learning and traditional learning on students' learning achievements and academic press. A quasi-experiment study was conducted using a sample of 104 sophomores in a university in central China for three months. While students in the experimental group employed the blended learning approach, students in the control group employed the traditional learning approach. Students' pre- and post-tests and surveys showed that the students with the blended learning approach had a higher achievement in the pedagogy basis course than did the students with the traditional learning approach, while no significant difference was found on students' academic press between the two approaches. Further analysis showed there was a statistically significant relationship between students' learning achievements and academic press. The discussion and conclusion were included.

摘要:
This study attempts to identify the online test process of students with different proficiency and gender from the perspective of behavior, aiming to help teachers understand the valuable information about what the students hide behind their reading test behaviors and guide follow-up reading teaching strategies. The study records the students' test-taking behaviors in an online Chinese reading assessment system, and uses lag sequence analysis to explore and compare their behavioral patterns. The results show that the high proficiency students tend to quickly browse all the articles before the test and spend less time reading articles, but spend more time thinking when changing options. By contrast, the low proficiency students tend to read articles slowly as well as change options, suggesting their low confidence. The study also shows that girls use the mark function more often and tend to check the test before submitting it. In addition, compared with boys, girls spend more time on reading and answering the questions. These results demonstrate that girls pay more attentions than boys. Finally, this paper summaries the study limitations and provides suggestions for the future research and teacher teaching.

With the popularization of MOOC platform, there is a tendency of big data in the number of online courses. Efficient and appropriate course recommendation can improve learning efficiency. According to the characteristics of MOOC platform, MCRS has made great improvement in course recommendation model and algorithm in this paper. The experimental results proves that MCRS's recommendation algorithm is more efficient than Hadoop Apriori algorithm, and recommend appropriate course to user. It turns out that MCRS is more suitable for MOOC platform.

It is helpful for students and teachers to identify students' reading abilities and testing strategies based on their behavioral records of reading tests in an online Chinese reading assessment system. In this study, a K-means clustering algorithm is used to divide students into three potential clusters, and the behavioral sequence diagram of each cluster is drawn by means of the lag sequential analysis. By comparing the characteristics and differences of clusters, this paper draws the following main conclusions: (1) For better reading performance, increasing the time of reading articles is more beneficial than directly searching for the answers in the articles according to questions and options; (2) Students with high reading abilities spend longer time on reading articles and inspecting items, but rarely alter options; (3) Students with low reading abilities, who spend longer testing time and have more behaviors of clicking on articles and items, are not focused enough on current questions; (4) Those students with low reading abilities, who spend shorter testing time, rarely have inspection behaviors. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions based on the reading ability and testing strategy of each cluster to improve students' reading literacy and instruct teacher's reading teaching activities.

摘要:
In order to realize the individualized teaching of Chinese language in primary schools, this research has developed an online Chinese reading assessment for primary schools, which aims to record the students' test process and analyze the development level of students' Chinese reading ability. In this paper, the item response theory (IRT) is applied to the quality analysis of the assessment in terms of measurement attributes (difficulty, discrimination, guessing), item characteristic curve, item information function and test information function. Additionally, this paper further explores the relationship between the various parameters of the items. The results show that the IRT can effectively guide the construction of the reading assessment scale, improve the discrimination degree, reduce the guessing degree, and effectively improve the quality of the item. This paper also proposes a method to find out the unreasonable options and modify items locally through project parameters and option analysis. It is expected that researchers and educators can modify the item more efficiently by quality analysis.

To get rid of durance of distribution environment on Tujia Brocade dissemination and provide a more comprehensive and immersive learning environment of Tujia brocade, this paper designs a system on Tujia Brocade cultural coordinate panorama display based on touch screen, and establishes panoramic scenes which takes the birthplace of Tujia brocade named Lao Chehe village as the cultural coordinates of Tujia brocade. What's more, the system has ten panoramic scenes, which completes following functions: viewpoint control, scenes shifting, hotspot information, touch operation and voice explanation. Users can have real-time interaction with ecological panorama of Tujia Brocade Laoche village in the scene, this will contribute to the digital protection and social dissemination of Tujia brocade.

As the first batch of intangible cultural heritage of China, Tujia brocade craft is facing the danger of losing, and it is extremely urgent to conduct digital protection for Tujia brocade by using information technology solutions. The multi-touch Tujia brocade virtual weaving system was designed and implemented with the multi-touch technology based on this situation. It displays the tools and key processes of Tujia brocade craft, and it designs experience weaving module to deepen the public's understanding of Tujia brocade culture; help them to identify the basic processes of Tujia brocade craft, and master the basic skills, so that it can play an educational role in intangible cultural heritage protection.

摘要:
This article selects teachers of primary and secondary school as the objects, from both district A (central urban area) and district B (eastern coastal rural area). We use questionnaire method to collect data about ICT of teachers in primary and secondary schools and influencing factors, and then use statistical methods of independent samples t-test and regression analysis to study the influencing factors of the ICT of teachers in urban and rural districts. The results show that ICT of teachers in district A is lower than that in B, and the factors that affect the ICT in different regions are not the same.

With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, information literacy has become an essential skill in the information society. China pays great attention to the development of information literacy of primary and secondary students. Nowadays, many countries have developed authoritative assessment scale, however, most of them only use it as a testing tool but fail to have real effects on the promotion of students' information literacy. In this paper, through analyzing information literacy evaluation standards, we design and develop an information literacy evaluation system (ILES), which combines learning, testing and evaluating function. In the evaluation, the results indicate that this ILES has a positive role in improving students' information literacy.

With the continuous development of online learning platforms, educational data analytics and prediction have become a promising research field, which are helpful for the development of personalized learning system. However, the indicator's selection process does not combine with the whole learning process, which may affect the accuracy of prediction results. In this paper, we induce 19 behavior indicators in the online learning platform, proposing a student performance prediction model which combines with the whole learning process. The model consists of four parts: data collection and pre-processing, learning behavior analytics, algorithm model building and prediction. Moreover, we apply an optimized Logistic Regression algorithm, taking a case to analyze students' behavior and to predict their performance. Experimental results demonstrate that these eigenvalues can effectively predict whether a student was probably to have an excellent grade.
