摘要:
In the title compound, [Cu(C17H16N4)2](NO3)2·2C2H5OH, the Cu II ion lies on a crystallographic twofold rotation axis and is in a distorted square-planar coordination geometry formed by four N atoms from two 1,3-bis-(benzimidazol-2-yl)propane ligands. The N - Cu - N angles range from 90.25 (7) to 144.89 (11)°. In the crystal structure, a two-dimensional framework is formed by a combination of N - H⋯O and O - H⋯O hydrogen bonds. © 2007 International Union of Crystallography. All rights reserved.

In the structure of the title compound, C33H26N2O4, two phthalimide units are symmetrically linked by a bis-(3,5-dimethyl-phen-yl)methane bridge. The methyl-ene C atom of this bridge lies on a twofold rotation axis. The dihedral angle between the planes of the two central benzene rings is 61.4 (4)°. The terminal isoindole group is approximately planar, with an r.m.s. deviation of atoms from the mean plane of 0.012 Å and a dihedral angle of 75.3 (14)° with the attached benzene ring. An extensive network of C - H⋯O hydrogen bonds stabilizes the crystal structure. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

[2-(氟代苯氧)丙酰氧基]取代甲基膦酸二甲酯的合成与除草活性

摘要:
通过2种2-(氟代苯氧)丙酸(Ⅰ)转化为相应的酰氯,再通过酰氯分别与4种α-羟基膦酸酯(Ⅱ)的缩合反应,将含氟基团引入到α-氧代烃基膦酸酯的骨架中,合成了8个新的α-[2-(氟取代苯氧)丙酰氧基]烃基膦酸酯,收率为20%~71%。经^1H NMR、IR和MS测试技术对所有化合物进行了结构表征。初步的生物活性测试表明,部分化合物对单、双子叶植物根的生长具有优异的抑制作用。质量浓度分别为100和10 mg/L时,化合物Ⅲe~Ⅲh对油菜根和稗草根的生长抑制率均超过93%。

摘要:
咔唑经过亚硝基化后在醋酸溶液中用锌粉还原得到9-氨基咔唑,后者在弱酸催化下与不同取代芳醛反应,合成了9种新型的咔唑席夫碱,收率63%~87%.采用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱和元素分析等测试技术确证了它们的结构.初步生物活性测试结果表明,目标化合物具有较好的抗菌活性,其中化合物3和化合物7对测试菌种的抑菌率高于85%.

摘要:
Bond strength of the hydroxyapatite (HAP) coating on the implant material is very critical as it has to withstand crevice and bone growth stressing in implant applications.In this paper, we have reported a novel biomimetic method to improve the bond strength by electrodeposition of hydroxyapatite on the TiO2 nanotubes modified by L-aspartic acid (L-Asp). An array of vertically aligned titanium oxide nanotubes was grown on the surface of titanium substrate by anodization. The electrophoresis in L-aspartic acid solution causes the adherence of L-aspartic acid to the wall of TiO2 nanotubes from the bottom to the brim which chelates Ca2 *as the center of nucleation to induce the deposition of the hydroxyapatite within and in-between the nanotubes. After the subsequent electrodeposition of hydroxyapatite nanocrystalling coating the nanopores within and in-between TiO2 nanotubes were filled with the hydroxyapatite crystals. As a result, the bond strength between the HAP coating and titanium substrate was dramatically improved

摘要:
应用荧光光谱及紫外可见光谱的方法研究了2-氨基-5-苯亚甲基-4H-咪唑啉-4-酮衍生物(BPH5)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用.实验发现BPH5能强烈猝灭牛血清白蛋白的荧光强度,其荧光猝灭机理为动态猝灭.在此基础上计算了二者相互作用的结合常数、结合位点数及△H,△G,△S等热力学参数等.结果表明BPH5与BSA以1∶1结合,其反应主要是熵驱动的,相互作用力主要为疏水作用力.根据F(o)rster无辐射能量转移理论计算了给体(BSA)与受体(BPH5)之间的结合距离.

摘要:
A species of bacteria that is capable of utilizing imazaquin as the sole carbon source was isolated from soil with repeated imazaquin applications, and was identified as Arthrobacter crystallopoietes (designated as strain "WWX-1"). This isolate degrades imazaquin as high as 200 μg ml<sup>-1</sup>, and the estimated dissipation half-lives increased from 1.51 d for the treatment at 50 μg ml<sup>-1</sup> to 4.75 d for 200 μg ml<sup>-1</sup>. Optimal growth of WWX-1 in mineral salt medium with 50 μg ml<sup>-1</sup> imazaquin was obtained at 35 °C and a pH of 5.0. Growth of WWX-1 was also observed in mineral salt medium with the addition of other imidazolinone herbicides such as imazethapyr and imazapyr, but not with different classes of herbicides such as metsulfuron-methyl. Two imazaquin metabolites were detected, and spectral analysis with HPLC-MS, <sup>1</sup>H NMR, and IR revealed one metabolite with a molecular weight (MW) of 199 as quinoline-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride. We propose that A. crystallopoietes (WWX-1) could serve as an efficient biodegradation system for remediation of water and soils that are heavily contaminated with imazaquin or other structurally similar chemicals. ©2006 Elsevier Ltd. The indole ring system is essentially planar and the attached six-membered saturated ring adopts a half-chair conformation. The mol-ecule of the title compound, C30H28N6O6, a glycoluril derivative, lies on a twofold rotation axis with two ethyl acetate groups bonded to the convex face of the glycoluril system. The dihedral angle between the imidazolone rings is 73.12 (3)°. Two symmetry-equivalent six-membered triazine rings are fused to the glycouril unit to form rigid side walls of a mol-ecular clip. The crystal structure is stabilized by weak inter-molecular C - H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The ethyl ester group is disordered over two sites of occupancy 0.539 (7) and 0.461 (7). © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

摘要:
Mesoporous TiO2 powder and films with worm-like channels were synthesized by an evaporation-induced self-assembly approach. The as-prepared samples were calcined at different temperature to investigate the effect of calcined temperature on the mesostructure and the photocatalytic activity. Acetaldehyde photodegradation in gas phase was employed to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of mesoporous TiO2. Results showed that all the calcined powder samples exhibited higher photocatalytic activities than that of Degussa P25. The sample calcined at 400°C, which showed higher activity than other samples, possessed a homogeneous pore diameter of about 6.0 nm and an 11.0 nm crystalline anatase pore wall, as well as large surface area of 117 m2/g. It was speculated that two factors of surface area and crystallinity affected the photocatalytic activity of mesoporous TiO2 photocatalyst. The mesoporous TiO2 films fabricated by spin-coating also had high photocatalytic activities. © 2007 Chinese Physical Society.

摘要:
A novel solid phase extraction sorbent, nanometer titanium dioxide immobilized on silica gel (immobilized nanometer TiO2), was prepared by sol-gel method, and the adsorptive potential of immobilized nanometer TiO2 for inorganic arsenic species (As(III) and As(V)) was assessed. It was found that both As (III) and As(V) could be adsorbed quantitatively on immobilized TiO2 within a pH range of 5.0-7.5, and only As(III) could be quantitatively retained on the sorbent within a pH range of 9.5-10.5 while As(V) was passed through the microcolumn without the retention. Based on this fact, a new speciation scheme for inorganic arsenic was established, which involved determining total As at pH 6.0 and As(III) at pH 10, with As(V) obtained by difference. The adsorption capacity of immobilized nanometer TiO2 for As(III) was found to be 4.22 mg g-1. Under the optimized conditions, the detection limits of this method for As(III) were 24 ng L-1 with an enrichment factor of 50, and the relative standard deviation (R.S.D.%) was 4.8% (n = 11, c = 5 ng mL-1). The proposed method has been applied to the speciation of inorganic arsenic in natural water samples with satisfactory results. © 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

In the title compound, C13H9ClN4OS, the mean plane of the oxadiazole ring makes a dihedral angle of 6.34 (13)° with the mean plane of the pyridine ring. The dihedral angle between the chloropyridine ring and the oxadiazole ring is 74.43 (12)°, and the dihedral angle between the chloropyridine ring and the pyridine ring is 69.78 (11)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by inter- and intra-molecular C - H⋯N hydrogen bonds. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

The title compound, C12H12BrN2O2, is a key inter-mediate in the synthesis of alkaloids such as didemnimides. The crystal packing is stabilized by two inter-molecular C - H⋯O non-classical hydrogen bonds.
