摘要:
A new and facile route to synthesize 2-substituted pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones derivatives using iminophosphorane from easily obtained starting materials was investigated and expanded.

Eight of novel fluoro-substituted phosphonate derivatives were synthesized and the preliminary bioassay indicated that these compounds exhibited herbicidal activities.

Phosphorus-containing agrochemicals have made a major contribution to the advancement of agriculture in China. Current status about production and usages of organophosphorus agrochemicals in China is reviewed in this article. Development of new organophosphorus agrochemicals including insecticide, herbicide, and anti-TMV agent in recent years is introduced. Recent progress in research and development of α -(Substituted phenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonates is then described: α -(Substituted phenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonate II as a kind of potential agrochemicals was found on the basis of the study of a series of α -oxophosphonic acid derivatives I in our Lab. Some compounds II were demonstrated as effective inhibitors of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex from plant (in vitro) and showed notable herbicidal activity against broad-leaved weeds. Compound HW02 as a potential herbicide was evaluated and developed.

A novel hybrid material of chitosan/nano-sized SiO<inf>2</inf>/ hydroxyapatite (HAp) composite was prepared through a biomimetic approach. HAp deposited in situ on the surface of chitosan/ nano-sized SiO<inf>2</inf> composite film in simulate body fluid (SBF) solution at 36.5°C. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were performed to study composition and morphological characteristics of the HAp crystal. The results indicated that nano-sized SiO<inf>2</inf> dispersed in the chitosan film provided initial nucleation sites for the growth of the HAp in SBF solution by adsorbing further PO<inf>4</inf><sup>3-</sup>, Ca<sup>2+</sup> due to the induction of HAp formed. The strength of the composite was largely improved because of the addition of nano-sized SiO<inf>2</inf>.

Fourteen of phosphonates containing quinoline were synthesized and the preliminary bioassay indicated that these compounds exhibited a little better fungicidal and lower herbicidal activities than the starting compound Quinclorac.

Eighteen novel 5-alkylamino-6-aryl-3-phenyl-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydrothiazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7(6H)-ones 5a-r were designed and easily synthesized via a tandem aza-Wittig reaction. Treatment of iminophosphorane 2 with aromatic isocyanate gave carbodiimide 3, which reacted with fluoro-substituted alkylamines to provide the title compounds in 65-87% isolated yields using sodium ethoxide as catalyst. All compounds 5 were confirmed by IR, H-1 NMR, MS and elemental analysis, and compound 5p was further analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds showed significant inhibition activities against the root growth of rape and barnyard grass at a dosage of 100 mg/L. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. To meet the personalized needs of users in E-service, such as E-learning and E-commerce, a personalized service system based on E-Service (PSSES) is proposed. The structure of system and key technologies of realizing user interest module, personality filtering module are introduced in the paper. After the test use of the service system by some users, we found that the system could transform recessive demand to obvious demand for users. Thus, we thought it might be a practical solution to meet personalized needs of users essentially.

Grid-based virtual screening of new potential potent inhibitors has been able to be performed on Center China Normal University Grid (CCNUGrid), by joint of using workflow techniques and Dock 5.0 parallel program packages. The present grid middleware is designed by using Web services technologies and standards, which provides supports for authorization, workflow, security, quality of service aspects. In this work, one of the applications, the structure-based rational quest for potential novel inhibitors of human HMG-CoA reductase by virtual screening, is described. It includes a set of complete chain of tools necessary for entire process from defining an effective pharmacophore to finding more active hit compounds with pharmaceutical activation and visualization technology. The present workflow environment is utilized to implement the application for parameter setting, interactive tools, virtual screening from database and result visualization etc. It is concluded that the present workflow provides benefits to flexibility, reusability and scalability and is a more effective and convenient tools to grid-based virtual screening

A series of 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonic acid dimethyl esters 5 and its corresponding phosphonate monosalts 6 were synthesized as potential herbicide. The phosphonate monosalts can be prepared from 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)alkylphosphonic acid dimethyl esters 5, which were synthesized by the condensation of O,O-dimethyl-1-hydroxyalkylphosphonates with dichlorophenoxyacetic chloride. This method provides a simple and efficient procedure for the synthesis of phosphonate derivatives containing sensitive groups to acid, base or water such as carboxylate ester bond; and the herbicidal activity of title compounds was evaluated in a set of experiments in greenhouse. Most of the compounds exhibited notable herbicidal activity.
