摘要:
目的 研究蛇菰科筒鞘蛇菰Balanophora involicrata Hook.f.的化学成分.方法 采用硅胶柱层析,Sephadex LH-20,制备型薄层层析(PTLC)等技术手段分离纯化单体,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构.结果 从筒鞘蛇菰的石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取部分,共分得8个化合物,即松柏苷(coniferin,Ⅰ),甲基松柏苷(methylconiferin,Ⅱ),4-O-β-D-葡萄糖吡喃型-松柏醛(4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl coniferyl aldehyde,Ⅲ),羽扇豆醇(lupeol,Ⅳ),乙酸羽扇豆醇酯(lupeol acetate,Ⅴ),β-香树脂醇(β-amyrin,Ⅵ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅶ),胡萝卜苷(β-sitosterol glucoside,Ⅷ).结论 化合物Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分得.

摘要:
研究了功能化松香丙烯醇酯聚合物吸附分离银杏黄酮的效果.结果表明,功能化松香丙烯醇酯聚合物对银杏黄酮的静态吸附量为22.6 mg·g-1,洗脱液为70%乙醇水溶液,动态吸附量为4.7 mg·g-1,功能化交联松香丙烯醇酯聚合物对银杏黄酮的静态吸附量和动态吸附量分别为14.2 mg·g-1和5.5 mg·g-1.经过再生,功能化松香丙烯醇酯聚合物可以重复使用,3次使用后对银杏黄酮的吸附能力没有明显降低.

摘要:
A fast and simple method, which involves continuous-flow microextraction (CFME) followed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and variable-wavelength detection (VWD), has been developed to facilitate the identification and quantification of three phthalate esters (dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), and di-n-butyl phthalate (DnBP)) in water samples.Experimental parameters affecting the extraction efficiency, such as extraction solvent, solvent drop size, flow rate of sample solution, extraction time and addition of salt were investigated.Under the optimal conditions, the method yields a linear calibration curve in the concentration range from 0.01 tol0 μtg mE-1 for the target analysis.The limits of detection (LOD) of DMP, DEP and DnBP were 2, 1 and 5 ng mL-1 respectively, and relative standard deviations (RSDs) at the 100 ng mL-1 level were 7.6%, 3.2% and 8.6% respectively (n=6).Lake water, tap water and bottled mineral water samples were successfully analyzed using the proposed method.

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C21H15FN4O2, the two fused rings of pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine form a dihedral angle of 2.91 (12)°. The fluorophenyl and phenyl rings are twisted with respect to the heterocyclic pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine system, making dihedral angles of 75.23 (12) and 46.11 (14)°, respectively. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by C - H⋯O and C - H⋯F hydrogen bonds, and π-π inter-actions with inter-planar distances of 3.315 (1) Å between adjacent pyrrole ring centroids and 3.300 (1) Å between pyrrole and pyrimidinone rings. The ethyl group is disordered over two positions; the site occupancies are 0.65 and 0.35. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

In the title compound, [Cd(C8H4O4)(C10H8N2)(H2O)2] n , the Cd atom has a distorted trigonal-prismatic coordination geometry, bonded to two N atoms from the 2,2′-bipyridine ligand, two water O atoms and two O atoms from two different phthalate ligands, thereby producing a linear coordination polymer. The crystal structure is stabilized by π-π inter-actions [centroid-to-centroid distance = 3.766 (3) Å] and hydrogen bonds. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

The title compound, C24H28N6O2, is a derivative of glycoluril with two phenyl substituents on the convex face of the glycouril system. Each N atom of the separate rings of the flexible U-shaped glycoluril clip carries an ethyl substituent. Inter-molecular non-classical C - H⋯O hydrogen bonds contribute to the stability of the crystal structure. © International Union of Crystallography 2007.

Modification to imazaquin degradation in soil amended with farm manure

摘要:
The effects of two farm manures, bovine manure (BM) and chicken manure (CM), on imazaquin degradation in a sandy loam soil were studied under laboratory conditions. The degradation of imazaquin in BM and CM-amended soil (10% by w/w) was about 2.4 and 1.5 times, respectively, faster than that in unamended soil. Different amendment ratios of BM to soil lead to different degradation rates of imazaquin. However, higher mix ratio did not necessarily increase the degradation, and the optimal active degradation of imazaquin was observed at the approximate mix ratio of 10:1 of soil to BM. Imazaquin degradation rate was enhanced 2∼4 times in non-sterilized soil over that in SGI (sterilization by gamma irradiation) soil. In non-sterilized soil, biological mechanisms accounted for 48.7% to 74.6% of imazaquin degradation, which suggested that microbial transformation was the primary pathway for imazaquin degradation in soil. The degradation rate of imazaquin for SSA (sterilization by sodium azide) treatment was 1.33 and 1.26 times, respectively, over that for SA (sterilization by autoclaving) and SGI treatments. Imazaquin degradation half-life (13.2 d) in SGI soil with non-sterilized BM was 3.2 times faster than that in SGI soil without BM. In contrast, the slow degradation rate (0.0173 d<sup>-1</sup>) was observed in SGI soil with water-extracted nutrients from sterilized BM. The organic matter and water-extracted nutrients from sterilized manure had no effects on imazaquin degradation in soil. Copyright ©Taylor &Francis Group, LLC.

在DFT-B3LYP/6—31G(d)水平上对1,4,7,10-四(2-羟乙基)-1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷及其钠配合物[Na(thecl2)]~+的七配位和八配位两种构型进行优化与简正频率计算.结果表明两种构型能量相近,都可能在实验中得到;在配位键的强度上,Na~+与侧臂O的配位键明显强于Na~+与母环N的配位键,其中Na~+与侧臂O的配位键键能随键长增大而减小,而Na~+与母环N的配位键强度主要由孤对电子的指向和参与配位的轨道的能级决定。

In this study, core-shell Fe@Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> nanowires and multiwall carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were combined with poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE) and then used as an oxygen-fed gas diffusion electrode. The resulting Fe@Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>/CNT composite electrode was examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). A novel electro-Fenton (E-Fenton) system was established with the resulting gas diffusion cathode, where hydrogen peroxide was electrogenerated by the reduction of O<inf>2</inf> adsorbed on the cathode and iron ions were produced by the slow leakage of Fe@Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> nanowires, simultaneously. The degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) in this E-Fenton system reached 91.5% in 120 min at neutral pH, indicating this system is very promising for wastewater treatment. Moreover, cyclic voltammetry (CV) experiments were performed to probe the reactions on the Fe@Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>/CNT electrode. ©2007 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
A convenient method for synthesizing alpha-(1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2-sulfonyl)methane derivatives, 3 and 4, by the well known Knoevenagel reaction, in one step, is described. The two chromophores are stilbene-type chromophores containing the same D-pi-A structures and end-capped with aromatic group as their donors. Measured with femtosecond multipass Ti:sapphire amplifier as irradiation source (pumped by the laser at 800 nm), the two chromophores show efficient two-photon induced orange red fluorescence emission. The experimental results indicate that the numbers of branches of the two chromophores affect their one-photon properties and two-photon up-conversion emission behaviors, and with the increasing numbers of branches, their wavelengths of lambda(abs)(max), lambda(spf)(max) and lambda(tpf)(max) exhibit bathochromic shifts.

摘要:
A novel amperometric sensor of hydrogen peroxide was constructed. Hemoglobin (Hb) was successfully immobilized on nanometer-sized SiO2, which was supported by chitosan. Chitosan was acted as dispersant. The determination of hydrogen peroxide was performed in the presence of an electron mediator hydroquinone. Hb immobilized on the SiO2/chitosan composite film displayed excellent electrocatalytical activity to the reduction of H2O2. The linear range of detection towards H2O2 was from 6.25 × 10-7 to 1.63 × 10-4mol/L with a detection limit of 1.8 × 10-7mol/L (S/N=3). The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant (KappM) was found to be 0.75mmol/L. Copyright © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.

In the title compound, C27H35N3O2, one of the pentyl side chains is ordered and the other is highly disordered [the occupancies for the major and minor components are 0.52 (1) and 0.48 (1), respectively]. The dihedral angles between the mean planes of the central C3N2 ring and the pendant phenyl and methoxy-benzene rings are 88.30 (17) and 9.08 (17)°, respectively. 摘要:
为了寻找高效、低毒、低残留的环境友好除草剂,设计并合成了9个新的二甲氧基嘧啶水杨酸酯化合物,其结构经IR、HNMR和MS确证.初步生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物在150g/亩时,对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti Medic)、稗(Echinochloa crus-galli)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)的杀除率均达到90%以上.其中5b,5e,5h在12.5g/亩时,对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti Medic)、稗(Echinochloa crus-galli)、狗尾草(Setaria viridis)的杀除率仍达90%以上.
