摘要:
The distance between 4-H and adjacent H on the substitutional benzene ring in benzo[c]carbazole was calculated in terms of molecular structure parameters. The result showed that the distance is shorter than the sum of van der Vaals’ radii of two hydrogen atoms. This means that there is a steric hinderance between them. This effect will make the bond angle stretch and the bond length extend, or cause the molecule to distort, thus making benzo[c]carbazoles become unstable in thermodynamics. On the contrary there is no such effect for benzo[a]carbazoles. This conclusion has been confirmed by the result of calculation of the distance between the same two atoms with software GaussView. So the skeleton of benzo[c]carbazoles in sediments may be breached or isomerized with increasing maturity. It is consistent with the decrease of the ratio of benzo[c]carbazole to benzo[a]carbazole in hydrocarbon migration, suggesting that [c]/[a] not only changes with the distance of migration, but also may be influenced by maturity.

摘要:
A novel environmental friendly catalyst, H<sub>3</sub>PW<sub>12</sub>O <sub>40</sub>/MCM-48, was prepared by impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD and FT-IR. The synthesis of n-butyl methacrylate catalyzed by H<sub>3</sub>PW<sub>12</sub>O<sub>40</sub>/MCM-48 was studied with methacrylic acid and n-butyl alcohol as reactants. H<sub>3</sub>PW <sub>12</sub>O<sub>40</sub>/MCM-48 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing n-butyl methacrylate and Keggin structure of H<sub>3</sub>PW<sub>12</sub>O <sub>40</sub> kept unchanged after being impregnated on surface of the molecular sieve support. Effects of n(methacrylic acid):n(n-butyl alcohol), catalyst dosage, cyclohexane(water-stripped reagent) and reaction time on yields of the product were investigated. The optimum conditions have been found, that is, molar ratio of acid to alcohol is 1:1.6, mass ratio of catalyst used to the reactants is 0.5% and reaction time is 2.0 h. Under these conditions, the yield of n-butyl methacrylate can reach 93.7%. ©2008 Wuhan University of Technology and Springer-Verlag GmbH.

摘要:
为了寻找高生物活性的脲类化合物,通过2-氨基-5-(3-吡啶基)-1.3,4-噻二唑与酰基叠氮化物反应,设计合成了7个新的N-[5-(3-吡啶基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-N。取代苯基脲,其中芳酰基替氮化物足以芳酸、氯甲酸乙酯、卺氮化钠为起始原料采用“一锅法”所制得.目标化合物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢淆和元素分析了以确证.初步的生物活性测定表明,部分目标化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性.

采用原料芴经硝化、还原反应得到2-氨基芴,再与一系列的芳香醛缩合得到相应的席夫碱类化合物。其结构经IR、~1H NMR、MS和元素分析测试技术得到确证。体外抗菌活性结果表明,大多数化合物具有较好的抑菌活性。

The carbodiimides 4, obtained from reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates, reacted with amines or phenols to give 2-substituted furo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 6 in the presence of catalytic amount of sodium alkoxide or solid potassium carbonate in good yields. ©ARKAT USA, Inc.

新农药创制研究是一项十分复杂的系统工程,农药活性分子药效的发挥虽然包括吸收、传导、代谢以及与作用靶标的相互作用等多个环节,但农药活性小分子与作用靶标之间的选择性相互作用是影响其生物活性的最关键性因素。因此,研究农药活性分子与作用靶标的选择性相互作用规律是新农药创制研究中最核心的科学问题。随着生命科学计算化学和相关学科的飞速发展以及有机合成技术的日臻成熟,使得从分子水平上探讨农药活性小分子与作用靶标间的相互作用规律来开展“生物合理的”农药分子设计策略正成为当前国际农药化学生物学研究领域的热点。本文将我们几年来在以乙酰羟酸合成酶为靶标设计新型除草剂以及新型甲氧丙烯酸脂类杀菌剂的设计合成方面的研究进展作一介绍。

Glycoluril derivative 1-whose bulky Ph-C C- substituents prevent formation of H-bonded tapes-undergoes solvent dependent assembly in the crystal; a tetrameric molecular bowl is formed by R 4 4( 24) H-bonding interactions from CH2Cl2 whereas DMF results in H-bond dimerization followed by oligomerization via C- H center dot center dot center dot pi interactions.

摘要:
Two bent trinuclear Cu(II)/Ni(II) complexes [Cu3(L1)2(py)2] (1) and [Ni3(L2)2(py)4] · DMF (2), where H3L1 = N-(3,5-dimethylbenzoyl)-5-bromosalicylhydrazide, H3L2 = N-(3,5-dimethyl benzoyl)-salicylhydrazide, were synthesized and structurally characterized. In complex 1, all three Cu(II) ions take distorted planar square geometry, while in complex 2, the two terminal Ni(II) ions are distorted planar square, the central Ni(II) ion is octahedral. The magnetism of complex 1 was also studied. © 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The syntheses of some diheterocyclic compounds from 2-thioacetohydrazide- 5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine (1) are described. Compound 1 can be converted into triazoles, 1,3,4-oxadiazoles, and 1,3,4-thiadiazoles. The structures of the intermediates and the target compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR, MS and elemental analyses.

甾体我体蛋白-2(SCP-2)是介导昆虫胆固醇吸收和运输的一种重要载体蛋白,已在双翅目中被发现和鉴定。利用SDS—PAGE和westernblot鉴定鳞翅目昆虫棉铃虫和粉纹夜蛾离体培养细胞中SCP-2的存在,结果表明棉铃虫中肠组织和粉纹夜蛾TnSBl细胞中确实存在SCP-2蛋白。

(Chemical Equation Presented) Sometimes it only takes one to tango: A novel ruthenium-catalyzed tandem cross-metathesis/intramolecular-hydroarylation reaction of alkenyl indoles has been developed which relies on a single catalyst for the tandem sequence and provides an efficient synthesis of fused polycyclic indole compounds with good to excellent overall yields (see scheme; Ts = 4-toluenesulfonyl, DCE = 1,2-dichloroethane, Mes = 2,4,6-Me3C 6H2). © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
An important building block, diethyl [(5-amino-4-cyano-3-methylsulfanyl-pyrazol-1-yl)-(4-fluorophenyl)methyl] phosphonate (3) was efficiently synthesized via the condensation of 1-hydrazino-1-(4-fluorophenyl)methyl phosphonate (1) with 2-[bis(methylthio)methylene]malononitrile (2).3 reacted with triethyl orthoformate to afford diethyl [(4-cyano-5-ethoxymethyleneamino-3-methylsulfanyl-pyrazol-1-yl)-(4-fluorophenyl)methyl] phosphonate (4), which reacted with various acyl hydrazines in refluxing 2-methoxyethanol to provide the target compounds (5) in good yields directly. The results of preliminary bioassay indicated that compounds 5 possess potent herbicidal activity against the roots of monocotyledonous (barnyard grass) and dicotyledonous (oil rape) plants, and could be further developed as potential herbicides.

采用2-氯-5-(氯甲基)吡啶和2-氯-5-(氯甲基)噻唑为原料,经过叠氮化、乙酰乙酸乙酯环化、水解、酰氯化,然后与芳氧乙酰肼的缩合反应,合成了9种目标化合物,其结构经1H NMR、IR、MS和元素分析测试技术确证,初步的生物活性测定结果表明,目标化合物在100 mg/L质量浓度下显示出良好的除草活性,但杀虫活性较弱。

In the title compound, [Ca(NO3)(C34H32N10)]NO3·3CH4O, the Ca II ion is coordinated by six N atoms of the EDTB ligand {EDTB is N,N,N′,N′-tetra-kis[(2-benzimidazol-yl)meth-yl]-1,2-ethanediamine} and two O atoms from the nitrate ligand, to form a distorted dodeca-hedral geometry. The crystal packing is stabilized by inter-molecular N - H⋯O, N - H⋯N and O - H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which link the constituent units into a three-dimensional network. The uncoordinated nitrate anion is disordered over two sites, with fixed occupancies of 0.77 and 0.23. © 2008.
