In this communication, we demonstrated that the growth and assembly of TiO2 nanorods into hierarchical spheres could be realized on soft interface between water and chloroform in one pot. The synthesis was free of any surfactants or organometallic precursors or ligands. The resulting samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. We evaluated photocatalytic activity of the hierarchical rutile TiO2 nanorods spheres on degradation of rhodamine B in aqueous solution under simulated solar light. It was found that the activity of the as-prepared TiO2 nanoarchitectures was about twice that of the famous commercial photocatalyst P25. Moreover, our method could be extended to prepare a series of inorganic hierarchical architectures formed through the assembly of nanorods, nanoplates, and nanoprisms on the interface of water/chloroform. This indicates that water and chloroform can provide a general soft interface platform for the growth and assembly of inorganic hierarchical nanoarchitectures.

In the title compound, C25H26ClN6O4PS, the fused pyrazolo-triazolopyrimidine ring system is almost planar. It makes dihedral angles of 78.1 (1) and 17.1 (1)degrees, respectively, with the attached phenyl ring and 4-chlorophenoxymethyl fragment. The P atom has a distorted tetrahedral configuration. Intra- and intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds, together with strong pi-pi stacking interactions (inter-planar distances 3.312-3.567 angstrom), stabilize the structure.

摘要:
An ss-DNA gold chip was prepared based on self-assembly of the thiol-derivatized oligonucleotide, and used for the determination of single-stranded binding protein (SSB) by surface plasmon resonance microscopy (SPR). The experiment results showed that SSB binds ss-DNA with high specificity, and relative signal of SPR response is proportional to the concentration of SSB in the range of 0.1-100 ng/mL with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0.07 ng/mL. A simple method for immobilization of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) on multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)-chitosan (MC) composite was proposed and thus a sensitive, fast and stable amperometric, sensor for quantitative determination of organophosphorous insecticide was developed. Atomic force microscopy showed that this matrix possessed homogeneously netlike structure, which prevented enzyme from leaving out of the electrode. MWNTs promoted electron transfer reactions at a lower potential and catalyzed the electro-oxidation of thiocholine, thus increasing detection sensitivity. Based on the inhibition of organophosphorous insecticide to the enzymatic activity of AChE, using triazophos as a model compound, the conditions for detection of the insecticide were explored. Under optimal conditions, the inhibition of triazophos was proportional to its concentration in two ranges, from 0.03 to 7.8 mu M and 7.8 to 32 mu M with a detection limit of 0.01 mu M. A 95% reactivation of the inhibited AChE could be regenerated for using pralidoxime iodide within 8 min. The constructed biosensor processing prominent characteristics and performance such as good precision and reproducibility, acceptable stability and accuracy, fast response and low detection limit has potential application in the characterization of enzyme inhibitors and detection of toxic compounds against to enzyme.
