摘要:
With the rapid increase of learning resources, the contradiction between learning content Intelligent Properties and its share and reuse becomes an outstanding event. In order to solve the problem, we probe into a way to integrate the DRM technologies and learning technology standards into the development of a learning content management system. We also design a novel online management system for broadcasting environments of virtual classroom or courseware on demand based on a Browser/Server framework, which carries out learning content management for reuse, share, interoperation and security. We place particular emphasis on the strategies of integration of digital rights management and flexible commercial model by license services into application, management, exchange and trade of web-based learning content and try to solve the problem between reuse and protection.

A personalized intelligent question answering algorithm is put up, which takes learners' personality into account based on learners' information. By introducing principal component analysis, the algorithm got comprehensive variables, and constructed the learner model. Subsequently, the paper analyzed how to integrate the learner's characteristic and his question using harmony theory to dynamically produce a question model. Using the question model, this algorithm obtained the parameters of answer depth and presentation pattern adapted to the learner's personality. Finally, according to parameters, personalized answer was matched for the learner by the application of adaptive neuron-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). For that reason, the personalized intelligent question answering algorithm is able to make learners understand the answer better, and guarantee the efficiency of intelligent question answering.

This paper describes a commercial flexibility service model of community based on SOA(Service Oriented Architecture). It can meet commercial demands of community residents, such as the purchasing power, colony, flexibility service, etc. The system has mainly introduced the flexibility service algorithm to normalize the purchasing power of community residents. According to the normalized data, the commercial information module of community has been intelligently organized. Aim at the characteristics of community residents, it provides flexibility service which is respectively fit for them. To a new community, it can be classified by dichotomy method, and then it has the flexibility commercial service.

Unlike previous work on turbo codes in which both the feedback and generator polynomials used in the component codes are limited to primitive polynomials, in this paper a comparison of primitive and non-primitive feedback and generator polynomials is given. Simulation results over the AWGN channel show that non-primitive polynomials can achieve better performance at very low SNR. On this basis we comment on the conditions under which non-primitive turbo-codes may give better results than those based on primitive polynomials.

In this paper, Turbo code is considered as channel code, and multiple antennas at both transmitter and receiver are used to overcome the interference over Rayleigh fading channel. Performance analysis is given after the simulation results.

This work presents the blocking performance of a single node with (full or limited) wavelength conversion in wavelength routed optical networks (WRON) based on the theory of probability. A blocking probability model is proposed. Particularly, we pay more attention to investigate wavelength routing node performance improvement by using the more feasible case of limited wavelength conversion. Based on our analytical model, we calculate the blocking probability for a single wavelength routing node and then make a simulation to validate it. It is shown that a node with low conversion degrees having a small number of fiber link ports and a large number of wavelengths per link is a more realistic choice.
