摘要:
IPTV based E-Learning is an attractive and promising service for the widespread of TV devices and potential consumers. Especially in rural area in China, it is more useful than traditional web-based learning application for the lack of computers. However, the transition from traditional web-based Learning system to IPTV-based learning is not trivial for the limited input and control capabilities of the devices such as the keyboard and mouse. It is a challenge task to design an IPTV oriented E-Learning system and deliver web-based learning resources to the new IPTV platform. In this paper we study the learning process on IPTV platform and present the design methodology of an interactive IPTV-based E-Learning system. Several critical issues have been investigated carefully. At first a service framework for IPTV based E-Learning service is introduced. The interoperability with other traditional web-based learning system is enabled by the introduction of several interfaces based on Web Services. Then new development methods of IPTV-Oriented learning resources are then proposed. In addition, conversion strategies for traditional web-based learning resources to IPTV platform are also discussed. Thirdly we proposed the design methodologies for the learning interactivity, which is the key feature of IPTV-based application comparing to traditional VOD ones. To evaluate the framework and the methodology that we have proposed, a prototype IPTV-based learning service is developed.

摘要:
A robust stabilization is investigated for Chen's chaotic uncertain system based on fuzzy control approach. Takagi - Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is employed to represent the nonlinear chaotic systems with uncertainties. A union sufficient condition for design of state feedback controller is derived, which can be efficiently solved by using LMI toolbox. The overall asymptotical stability of the uncertain chaotic systems is guaranteed. Simulation results have confirmed the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed modeling and control methods.

摘要:
Peer-to-peer or P2P technology is a collaborative technology premised on individual users voluntarily making computer resources available, such as files and computing services. Nodes in the network play the role both of a client and a server. This paper firstly analyzed the characters of collaborative learning. Then it expounded the advantages of collaboration learning on peer-to-peer environment. Based on the analysis, the authors proposed some critical components of a P2P based collaborative learning system. Such as collaborative learning tools, learning group, teacher's role, etc. At last, they put forward some basic modules of a collaborative learning system base on P2P. These modules include file sharing module, file downloading module, instant messaging module, distributed search module, membership management Module and publish/subscribe service module.

摘要:
The core of an e-Learning system typically consists of a learning content management system (LCMS). It is aimed at managing learning content which is typically stored in a database. An LCMS provides many essential benefits to e-Learning, but the current system architecture has some disadvantages. The authors analyzed these disadvantages and proposed an improved LCMS (ILCMS) framework. The new framework evolves from local to global. It starts with a local system for local users, and then connects with other local systems to build the broader network.

To support the decision-making of traffic control effectively, an association rules algorithm based on data cube was proposed in the paper. First, data cube from database was set up. Then frequent item-set which satisfied the minimum support on data cube was mined out. Furthermore, association rules of frequent item-set were obtained. Finally, redundant association rules were wiped off through the relative method. The algorithm had two advantages, the first was that the executing time of the algorithm was short while searching for the frequent item- set; the second was that the rules' interest. degree was high. The algorithm was also used intelligence traffic system and a few effective patterns were obtained. The results manifested that the algorithm was effective in decision- making support of traffic control.

摘要:
This paper discusses the strategies of initializing student model on the basis of student model. Firstly, it explores the student model and evaluation strategies, and introduces the model. Secondly, it describes the initializing parameters of student model. And at last, it simulates the model by using Object-oriented Programming, evaluates this system based on its application and points out the future work.
