摘要:
An organizational learning network based on a new knowledge diffusion model is introduced. Firstly, a simple organizational network model with uniform knowledge absorptive law is constructed. Then a knowledge diffusion model with forgetting factor is designed to describe the knowledge dynamics of the overall network. By analyzing the average level of knowledge, the variance of knowledge allocation and the variation coefficient of knowledge levels of the network, diffusion efficiency of the organizational learning network is studied, and sensibility of the overall network is researched. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that diffusion mechanism and evolutionary process of the organizational learning network is effective.

Ecology is a branch of biology concerned with the relations between organisms and their environment. Educational ecology is the study of the disciplines of education, using the scientific thinking of the study of relations between biological and environmental. There are many problems in practical applications of network education as the third generation of distance education, such as the simple relocation of the traditional classroom ecology, waste of resources caused by over-enrichment, lack of ecological evaluation system and so on. We analyze the application of Educational ecology in network education and put forward some countermeasures. Such as the construction of the network eco-environment on eco-concept, co-evolution of the ecological resources and concept of network, the introduction of the ecological evaluation system and Construction of ecological competition, construction of the bridge between network education ecosystem and social eco-system and so on.

Research-based learning is an important way of education in college. It is necessary to acquire knowledge and information effectively, and a user-friendly learning support system could guarantee students' efficiency in research-based learning. This paper makes an investigation about students' demands of knowledge and information, and about their demands of learning support system in research-based learning on "Mobile Communication" course. The content of investigation include students' awareness of the knowledge and information's acquirement, affordable capacity of information consumption, demands on learning support system, and so on. Through the survey, we find that it is necessary to provide personalized learning support by exploring learners' characteristics fully so as to improve their efficiency in research-based learning. In addition, learning support system of mobile-phone-newspaper mode can further enhance learning support services in real time.

Secure communication based on unified chaotic systems with varying parameters is discussed. A controller to achieve quickly adaptive synchronization of unified chaotic systems with varying parameters is presented. An adaptive secure communication method based on chaotic masking technology is derived. Owing to varying parameters of unified chaotic systems, the drive chaotic system can change the chaotic motion morphology actively, and the response system can adaptively track the actively changeable drive chaotic system. So communication security is enhanced. In addition, the function transformation for useful signal is applied to enhance communication security further. Simulations show that the response systems can adaptive track quickly the actively changeable drive chaotic system. And the useful signal can be recovered from the receiver effectively.

摘要:
A method is presented to estimate the dynamics of sliding mode control for a class of uncertain system in presence of unmatched parameter variations and external disturbances. The robust sliding plane is constructed from linear matrix inequality (LMI) based on quadratic stability. An estimate of the whole closed-loop dynamics is given. The results are illustrated by numerical example.

With the development of the society, it is necessary to apply artificial intelligence to personal knowledge management. This paper researches on it. At first, this paper introduces the meaning of personal knowledge management and the meaning of artificial intelligence. And then introduce the problems in personal knowledge management at present. There are three problems :(1)The problem of information overload. (2) The problem of unstructured information. (3)The problem of tacit knowledge. At third, in order to solve these problems, introduce the application of artificial intelligence in personal knowledge management. The applications are: (1)The intelligent search of knowledge. (2)The automatic classification of knowledge. (3)The conversion of tacit knowledge. This paper explains the application detailed. Finally, summarize that the application of artificial intelligence in personal knowledge management is still at the initial stage, but it has a beautiful future.

The paper describes the implementation and the functioning of RAHGA (Rule Acquisition with an Entropy-based Genetic Algorithm), a genetic-algorithm-based data mining system suitable for both supervised and certain types of unsupervised knowledge extraction from large and possibly noisy databases. RAHGA differs from a standard Genetic Algorithm. We compared our approach with several other traditional data mining techniques. The results show that our approach outperformed others on both the prediction accuracy and the standard deviation.

Collaborative Knowledge Building (CKB) is a process involved in groups of participant to collect knowledge, communicate knowledge, share knowledge, and create knowledge together. While Web2.0 is characterized by being user-centered, two-ways communication and creating knowledge together in social network formation, thus Web2.0 concepts seems to be an ideal fit with CKB. However, how to integrate the undoubted significant factors into the CKB process is a question in Web2.0 era. According to analyzing the outline of CKB and characters of Web2.0, this paper integrates Web2.0 into CKB, and presents a new CKB model. Finally, the paper takes application example of Personal Knowledge Building platform and Collaborative Knowledge Building platform to show Web2.0 is beneficial to realize a more feasible CKB model, which is illustrated how to use Web2.0 tools in the CKB process.

摘要:
The rapid development of Internet technology for the production network laid the foundation for learning. The approach to learning has the transition from computer-assisted learning to Web-based Learning. This paper proposed an approach for effective sharing of Heterogeneous learning resources. It investigate the status of resource sharing to education, and analysis of the causes of the problem, raised a number of effective strategies to solve the problem, choose the model points in a typical demonstration of regional construction and research.
