On the basis of the survey on the housing conditions under different levels of small towns' economic development in China, the residential development law of small towns in various regions was analyzed and induced in the study, and the existing housing problems in small towns were picked up consequently. The research showed that the housing construction cycle were not consistent in different levels and different levels of small towns' economic development in China; small towns' housing construction still remained at the initial stage as a whole; the private housing as the mainstream had made the real estate market development lagged behind; the efficiency of land use in small towns was lower; the fusion tendency among different town residents came into being; the degree of homogenization of small towns' communities was higher; the habitation was poor and the will to settle was weak, however, the floating population is going to be main force in the future increment of small towns' housing. Currently, small towns' housing construction should be reasonably guided, small towns' planning should be strengthened, and the community and commercialization of development in small towns' housing construction should be impelled. It is urgent to improve the living environment of small towns' dwellers, to implement intensive land use, and to enhance the urbanization process in China's countryside.

We examined the effects of narcissistic leadership on employees' knowledge sharing by analyzing the mediating role of organizational identification and the moderating role of collectivism. Using structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression we analyzed 228 sets of paired data obtained from employees and their immediate supervisors at organizations in China. We found that narcissistic leadership had a negative effect on knowledge sharing among our respondents, and that organizational identification fully mediated the relationship between narcissistic leadership and knowledge sharing. Moreover, collectivism positively moderated the relationship between narcissistic leadership and knowledge sharing. Implications for research and practice are discussed.

The protection of drinking water sources is an important part of water pollution control and management in China. Drinking water sources is not only an important source of water for residents, but also plays an irreplaceable role in agricultural irrigation, flood control, power generation, aquaculture and so on. However, due to the expansion of people's production and living activities and the lack of awareness of environmental protection, many areas of our country have been polluted to different degrees, which seriously affects the safety of people's drinking water and the quality of ecological environment. Therefore, the effective treatment and scientific protection of drinking water sources is a serious problem to be solved. Taking the research and management of Kite rock reservoir drinking water sources in Qichun as an example and interviewing and investigating County Water Conservancy Bureau, Aquatic Products Bureau and State Marine Board in Qichun, the author conducted a thematic research about the water operation and management of kite rock reservoir and made a number of recommendations on protection of drinking water sources in the reservoir. Suggestions put forward include: 1) The operation rights of aquaculture in the reservoir should be reclaimed according to the law. Ecological aquaculture, density control and pollution reduction need to be eagerly promoted in order to realize the reservoir's natural development, scientific breeding and reasonable fishing. Events that disrupt the balance of alga in the reservoir should be strictly prohibited; 2) Impose a ban on ferries to resolve the major potential hazard for water pollution in the reservoir a step further; 3) Prohibit reservoir tourism and leisure activities to prevent the pollution caused by relevant activities.
