The educational information resource management system, which is based on SOA, achieves the goal of "change as need" for the system, ensures rapid update of the businesses and functions, improves the services of reuse, shortens the system development cycle, and cuts down the developed costs. This paper firstly analyzed the current educational resources management system, and found the existing problems, so it is suggested to developed resource management system based on the SOA, and it also demonstrates the advantages of the SOA-based resource management system. Then the paper introduces detailedly the Overall design of the educational resource management system based on the SOA, the system functions, and the system business process, and this paper also focuses on the implementation of the services related to the system, services Registration, discovery and call and the key technology of the services combination and flow arrangement.

By means of curriculum resources reuse and sharing mechanism, SCORM can shorten the time of resources development, lessen costs and implement free circulation of learning content among hetero-platforms. However, excessive curriculum resources for reuse cause the problems of synchronous updating and low efficiency in learning resource utilization. In this paper, we propose a web services enhanced dynamic curriculum resources sharing model (DCRSM-WS) based on SCORM. Our method packages the SCORM based curriculum materials resources as web services, enables the requesters to dynamically connect to digital curriculum without replication and reduces the cost of curriculum construction.
摘要:
Organizations and communities are held together by knowledge flow networks whether people are aware of them or not. Knowledge flows influence the evolution of culture and language, promote international collaboration, and hasten the development of science. In this paper, we propose a Petri net based model of knowledge flow for more effective and efficient knowledge management, knowledge flow management, and knowledge flow network planning. We describe a research approach and modeling environment that enables the knowledge flows to be formalized through computational models. The model enables users to study knowledge flow in a visualized network and to develop strategies for adapting networks to changing conditions. The basic idea is to adapt and control logistical processes for knowledge flow within teams, organizations, and communities.

Knowledge develops and spreads rapidly in quality, quantity, profundity and extension. The key source of sustainable competitive advantage relies on the way to create, share, and utilize knowledge. This paper discusses the necessity of using knowledge elements for managing and representing knowledge, presents the framework of the main system, and describes the process of the knowledge elements mining subsystem and the main relationships of knowledge elements.

With the rapid development of information technology, educational resource systems are in widespread use. For the reuse and sharing of resources and function modules, this paper designs the framework of a SOA-Based Educational Resource Services System, and presents its implementation. Besides the common characteristics of SOA, the system is flexible and scalable.

E-learning resource sharing is currently in great need for the construction of E-educational resources. OAI-PMH is a HTTP-based protocol, which is application-independent, metadata sharing and interoperative, inexpensive and easy to be realized. Metadata. standard is an aggregate of all rules that characterizes the specific object of a certain type of resource, proper metadata standard offers a practical and convenient method for the management, discovery and obtaining of the resource object. This paper aims to design an OAI-PMH-based E-learning resource sharing model by probing into the technical structure of OAI-PMH and the technical specification of metadata harvesting combined with XML technology.

摘要:
Ontologies allow organization of learning material around components of semantically annotated topics. This enables ontology-based educational systems to do efficient semantic querying and navigation through the teaming content. Development of educational ontologies is a step towards creation of sharable and reusable adaptive educational systems. This paper discusses the principles and stepwise of designing the educational ontology of CN(Computer Networks), and presents the designed ontology for teaching/learning CN, which is our foundation basic for future research about ontologies for educational in China.

The development of network technology increases the amount of information on the Internet, how to obtain the information from these massive useful and effective automation technology resources become a problem to be resolved. In this paper we firstly introduce the working principle of HTMLParser and java-related regular expression knowledge, then a general unstructured documents for metadata automatically extracted model is set up, the model is mainly for semantic features, combining with page layouts, text messaging, logic and other information has good field adaptation and language adaptation.

摘要:
Semantic similarity measure plays an important role in semantic search. However, Intention in educational resources search with semantic similarity has been rarely. In this paper, we proposed ontology based semantic similarity method to compute the user query and provided educational resources, so as to improve the search efficiency. A prototype system has been implemented in light of this approach. Given a keyword combined query, the system outputs a ranked list of relative results according to the semantic similarity. In the experiment, the system achieved the better result than traditional keyword based search.

Service composition provides a flexible way to quickly enable new application functionalities in next generation networks. Composite services are turned to be more and more complex, and the performance analysis of composite service is an important issue for service providers who want to get better QoS. In this paper, we proposed a stochastic Petri net based approach for modeling Web service composition constructs and calculating the equivalent delay time of the composite Web service. Four basic constructs: sequence, concurrent, choice and loop constructs are mapped into Petri net. Methods to calculate equivalent delay time are illustrated in detail. A complex composite service can be reduced by repeatedly replacing basic constructs within it with equivalent single transition. This approach can be applied in performance analysis for complex composite Web service, as well as complex systems and workflow.

The intellectual property protection problem has been an obstacle to restrict the development of distance education. Enhancing the intellectual property protection of educational resources will make great realistic significance in improving quality of distance education. DRM provides technological support to the intellectual property protection in distance education. In the first part of this paper, we introduce the current situation of DRM technology and its fundamental features. And then, through analysis of the special demands of the educational field and contrastive study of security technology available currently, we bring forth the ERDRM, a digital rights management system model for educational resources.

There are many different e-learning system and educational resources, which have cause the problems, such as standard was not unified, resources was difficult to be shared, the supporting service need to be improved. The paper proposed an Educational Resources Public Service Platform based on Heterogeneous Data Exchange (ERPSP). ERPSP is an E-learning Resources Platform integrates all levels of educational resources by the one-stop operation pattern, and constructs the digital, integrated, and opening learning support service environment for different educational system and resources.

Along with the vigorous development of streaming media technology, synchronized multi-media courseware is widely used in education domain. However, during the recording process of the courseware, automatic generation of the content navigation becomes a difficult problem. In this paper, we do an in-depth research on the automatic generation of multimedia courseware content navigation based on XML; propose a PPT (PowerPoint) heading automatic extraction algorithm and matching strategy of synchronization information. We realize the automatic generation of multimedia courseware content navigation by an instance. The result shows that this method can solve the content navigation generation problem and effectively reduce the labor intensity of development of multimedia courseware.
