The popularity of smart phones and tablet devices, means that more and more users can surf the Internet through mobile devices. In this situation, it will become an important problem of how to make website compatible with various types of equipment as well as to ensure a good user experience. This article discusses the features and problems of traditional web learning resources, introduces key technologies in the process of responsive web design with supporting mobile learning resources, analyzes some relevant examples, and concludes with the idea that the responsive web design will play an important role in the future of web design.

E-learning is a brand-new learning style. The analysis of E-learning behavior model is the basis of designing web-based education system and developing web-based learning resources. This paper firstly proposes the theoretical basis of E-learning behavior and its guiding significance. Then, we discuss the multi-dimensional and multi-level E-learning behavior model. Finally, based on XML and Petri Nets, we propose a model of E-learning behavior, which can provides a certain idea to the research on E-learning behavior model.

摘要:
According to the close-up observations and interviews of E-learning behavior of spare-time students in Web College of Central China Normal University, the paper makes the further study on all types of acts of their learning and the frequency of acts as well as the relationship between all type of act changings of E-learning based on their emotional change. Then the paper makes an exploration on how to improve the learning support services platform and the construction of learning resources based on the above results in the hope that it will provide some help to the development of E-learning in China.

This paper firstly gives a brief account on the definition and connotation of Web2.0 and personal knowledge management (PKM), and then shows four aspects of the PKM process with accessional illustration. In the end, the integration of Web2.0 and PKM are expatiated from the theoretical and applicatory aspects.

With the development of information technology, quality education are putting forward new requirements on teaching of the curriculums. Traditional teaching methods and learning environment show some obvious deficiencies in teaching certain courses because of the restrictions on the nature of their content. The emergence of interactive whiteboard is a revolutionary breakthrough in traditional mode in response to the information technology trends. This paper mainly focuses on the exploration of the way to improve the existing teaching of curriculums through constructing a model of collaborative visual learning environment based on interactive whiteboard.

The design, development and management of e-learning resources are the key factors for a successful e-learning system. There exist problems like low-level repeating development and low-level sharing of resources in this filed. This paper discusses the application of e-learning standards for these problems. The sharing model for e-learning resources is presented and learning mode is discussed. The research also gives the detailed design and the realization of an object-oriented learning resource management system based on Internet and Chinese E-learning Technology Standards (CELTS). This includes the design of the abstract resource class in the system, methods for examining and importing of resources, management of resources, retrieving and displaying of resources, etc. The core and extended description set of resources and its realization of XML binding technology are also presented in the paper. Problems related to the distribution of resources are discussed. The charging mode, algorithm, and method for user registration using MD5 for private information encryption are provided.
