摘要:
The carbodiimides 4, obtained from an aza-Wittig reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates, reacted with primary amines in the presence of catalytic amounts of sodium alkoxide to give selectively 2-alkylamino-3-aryl-6-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-thieno[2,3-d]- pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 6 in good yields. Compounds 6 exhibit fungicidal activity; e.g., compound 6h showing the best inhibitive activity (92%) against Colletotrichum gossypii in 50 mg/L. © ARKAT USA, Inc.

摘要:
The carbodiimides 4, obtained from reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates, reacted with amines, phenols, or ROH to give 2-substituted 3,5,6,8-tetrahydro-4H-thiopyrano[4',3' :4,5]thieno [2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ones 6 in the presence of a catalytic amount of sodium alkoxide or solid potassium carbonate in satisfactory yields. Compounds 6 exhibited fungicidal activity. For example, compounds 6e, 6m, and 6s showed 70% inhibition activities against Dothiorella gregaria in 100 mg/L.

摘要:
The carbodiimide 2, obtained from aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 1 with aromatic isocyanate, reacted with α-amino ester in the presence of triethylamine to give imidazo[2,1-b]quinazoline-2,5(1H,3H)-diones 5 (when R 2 is H) or quinazolinones 6 (when R2 is not H). Imidazo[2,1-b]quinazoline-2,5(1H,3H)-diones 5 were prepared more generally by another route, using a consecutive aza-Wittig / heterocumulene-mediated annulation of iminophosphoranes 9 with isocyanates and catalytic sodium ethoxide.

摘要:
The carbodiimides 4, obtained from aza-Wittig reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates, reacted with amines in the presence of a catalytic amount of RO-Na+ to give the 1,2,9-trisubstituted 1,9-dihydro-6H-purin-6-ones 6 in good yields. Compound 6 exhibited cytotoxicity against various cancer cells. For example, compounds 6b showed the best inhibition activities against KB, HepG2 and OVCAR3 with IC50 9.5, 20.4 and 10.0 μM. © 2008 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
利用三组分氮杂Wittig反应,以三氢环戊二烯并噻吩基三苯基膦亚胺、对氟苯基异氰酸酯和酚,合成了13个未见文献报道的2-芳氧基-3-对氟苯基-3,5,6,7-四氢-4H环戊二烯并[4,5]噻吩并[2,3-d]-嘧啶-4-酮衍生物,产率58%~73%.通过IR,1H NMR,MS和元素分析对目标化合物的结构进行了表征,初步探讨了所合成化合物的抑菌活性,结果显示所合成的化合物对真菌(桔青霉菌)的抑制活性优于对细菌的抑制活性.

摘要:
5,6-Dihydrothieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 6 were synthesized in yields of 71–87% by a consecutive method, which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocynate to give carbodiimide 4 and subsequent reaction of 4 with various amines, phenols or alcohols in the presence of catalytic amount of sodium ethoxide or solid potassium carbonate.

摘要:
An efficient Ag(I)-catalyzed regioselective cyclization of (2-alkynylphenyl)guanidine or (2-alkynylphenyl)isourea to indole N-carboximidamides or N-carboximidoates has been developed. The approach has the advantages of high regioselectivity, mild reaction conditions, easily accessible starting materials, and good yields.

(Chemical Equation Presented) The carbodiimides 2, obtained from reactions of iminophosphorane 1 with isocyanates, reacted with hydrazine to give selectively 3-amino-2-arylaminobenzothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 4. Reactions of 4 with triphenylphosphine, hexachloroethane, and Et3N produced iminophosphoranes 5. A tandem aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 5 with isocyanate, acyl chloride generated benzothieno[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5- a]pyrimidin-5(1H)-ones 7 and 9 in satisfactory yields. The effects of the nucleophiles on cyclization have been investigated. © 2009 HeteroCorporation.

摘要:
The crystal structure of the title compound ethyl 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3,4-dihydro-6- methyl-4-oxo-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-earboxylate (C_(20)H_(20)ClN_3O_4, M_r= 401.84) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoelinic, space group P2_1/n with a = 20.6215(9), b = 8.5311(4), c = 21.6886(9) (A), β = 91.607(1)°, V = 3814.0(3) (A)3, Z = 8, D_c = 1.400 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1680,μ = 0.233 mm~(-1), R = 0.0718 and wR = 0.1545 for 6717 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit.

The carbodiimides 4, obtained from reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates, were reacted with secondary amines to give 2‐dialkylamino‐5‐ethyl‐6‐methyl‐thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 6 in the presence of catalytic amount of EtONa. Reactions of 4 with phenols or ROH in the presence of the catalytic amount of K2CO3 or RONa gave 2‐aryloxy‐ or 2‐alkoxy‐5‐ethyl‐6‐methyl‐thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 6 in satisfactory yields. 4(3H)-Quinazolinones have been synthesized from poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) supported aza-Wittig reaction. 2-Dialkylamino-4(3H)-quinazolinones 6 were synthesized efficiently by reaction of secondary amine with PEG-supported carbodiimides 4, which were obtained from aza-Wittig reaction of PEG-supported iminophosphoranes 3 with isocyanates. © 2008 Ming Wu Ding.

Abstract 3-(Ethoxycarbonylmethylene)-2-(arylimino)-imidazol-4-ones 5 were synthesized selectively by reaction of α-amino ester with carbodiimides 4, which were obtained from aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphoranes 2 with aromatic isocyanates.

摘要:
The aza-Wittig reactions of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocyanates generated carbodiimides 4, which were reacted with alkylamines under mild conditions to give a series of 2-(alkylamino)-5,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-d] pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones 6 and 8 in satisfactory yield. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, EI-MS, IR and elementary analysis, and compound 8c was further analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The preliminary bioassays indicated that these compounds showed excellent fungicidal activities against six kinds of fungi. © 2008 Hu et al; licensee Beilstein-Institut.

摘要:
基于菠菜D1蛋白酶的三维结构模型,通过虚拟筛选,得到D1蛋白酶抑制剂杂环先导化合物。通过优化筛选所得化合物结构,设计合成了两类共十三个新型双酰肼类化合物。其中一些化合物表现出了很好的除草活性。其结构经质谱、红外和1HNMR等得到证实。
