摘要:
Purpose: Using situational leadership theory, this study examined the innovation of social workers in community-level social work institutions under different leadership styles. Methods: We conducted an online survey experiment on the professional strengths of social workers in eight cities of mainland China from December 8–20, 2020. Results: Both ethical leadership and servant leadership are conducive to social workers’ innovative behaviors. Our full model also suggests that organizational climate moderates the effects of leadership styles on innovative behaviors, with servant leadership having a greater impact than ethical leadership on social workers’ innovative behavior in low-innovation climate environments, but ethical leadership has a greater impact than servant leadership on social workers’ innovative behavior in high-innovation climate environments. Conclusion: Our study provides important strategies to fully stimulate the innovation effects of leadership based on the stage characteristics of social work innovation practices.

摘要:
The material foundation for societal advancement and human survival is energy. The advancement of digitalization has emerged as a brand-new force behind the advancement of society. Scholars from a variety of nations are starting to concentrate on the ways that the growth of digitalization affects social sustainability. However, the impact of digitization on multidimensional energy poverty (MEP) in rural China has not yet been proven. There is no micro-empirical evidence on how the introduction of digitization into MEP contributes to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). In this study, we construct a multidimensional energy poverty index (MEPI) for rural households in China based on Alkire and Foster's theory, use mixed methods to explore the contribution of each energy poverty dimension to MEP, and empirically test the impact of digital development on the MEP of farm households. Our results show that cultural recreation in rural areas has the highest contribution to MEP. In addition, digital empowerment mitigates MEP, with the largest effect on cultural entertainment but not on household equipment poverty. Based on the empirical results of this paper, we have designed a policy framework for China and other developing countries with similar MEP problems to achieve some of the UN SDGs.

摘要:
Rooftop photovoltaic technology represents a sustainable and ecologically sound approach, capable of optimizing solar energy utilization, thereby addressing various concerns including carbon emissions reduction and environmental preservation. Although the government is encouraging and supporting farmers to install rooftop photovoltaic systems, their inclination to adopt the technology is low. To assist policymakers in developing effective behavioral intervention measures, this study aims to enhance the framework of the theory of planned behavior by incorporating three new factors: farmers' own power, authority power, and face consciousness. This will enable better exploration of new areas and improve the theory's applicability. Using structural equation modeling and data from 1243 farmer questionnaires from eight Chinese provinces, an empirical study of the factors influencing the willingness to implement rooftop photovoltaic is conducted in rural China. The results show that farmers' own power (beta = 0.543) is the key driver of farmers' adoption of rooftop photovoltaic technology, followed by authority power (beta = 0.322) and PV cognition (beta = 0.271). Face consciousness (beta = 0.184) and environmental concerns (beta = 0.130) have less impact on farmers' willingness to adopt rooftop photovoltaic. This study offers a novel perspective on rural renewable energy adoption behavior and provides policymakers with theoretical support and empirical evidence for designing programs to promote renewable energy technologies.
