Using a proton-proton collision data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb(-1) collected by LHCb at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, about 3800 Xi(b)(0) --> Xi(c)(+)pi(-), Xi(c)(+)) --> pK(-)pi(+) signal decays are reconstructed. From this sample, the first measurement of the Xi(b)(0) baryon lifetime is made, relative to that of the Lambda(b)(0) baryon. The mass differences M(Xi(b)(0))-M(Lambda(b)(0)) and M(Xi(c)(+))-M(Lambda(c)(+)) are also measured with precision more than 4 times better than the current world averages. The resulting values are tau(Xi(b)(0))/tau(Lambda)(b)(0)) = 1.006 +/- 0.018 +/- 0.010,M(Xi(b)(0))-M(Lambda(b)(0)) = 172.44 +/- 0.39 +/- 0.17 MeV/c(2),M(Xi(c)(+))-M(Lambda(c)(+)) = 181.51 +/- 0.14 +/- 0.10 MeV/c(2),where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The relative rate of Xi(b)(0) to Lambda(b)(0) baryon production is measured to be f(Xi)(b)(0))/f(Lambda)(b)(0))B(Xi(b)(0) --> Xi(c)(+)pi(-))/B(Lambda(b)(0) --> Lambda(c)(+)pi(-))B(Xi(c)(+) --> pK(-)pi(+))/B(Lambda(c)(+) --> pK(-)}pi(+)) = (1.88 +/- 0.04 +/- 0.03) x 10(-2),where the first factor is the ratio of fragmentation fractions, b --> Xi(b)(0) relative to b --> Lambda(b)(0). Relative production rates as functions of transverse momentum and pseudorapidity are also presented.

The number of stem cells in a colonic crypt is often very small, which leads to large intrinsic fluctuations in the cell population. Based on the model of cell population dynamics with linear feedback in a colonic crypt, we present a stochastic dynamics of the cell population [including stem cells (SCs), transit amplifying cells (TACs), and fully differentiated cells (FDCs)]. The Fano factor, covariance, and susceptibility formulas of the cell population around the steady state are derived by using the Langevin theory. In the range of physiologically reasonable parameter values, it is found that the stationary populations of TACs and FDCs exhibit an approximately threshold behavior as a function of the net growth rate of TACs, and the reproductions of TACs and FDCs can be classified into three regimens: controlled, crossover, and uncontrolled. With the increasing of the net growth rate of TACs, there is a maximum of the relative intrinsic fluctuations (i.e., the Fano factors) of TACs and FDCs in the crossover region. For a fixed differentiation rate and the net growth rate of SCs, the covariance of fluctuations between SCs and TACs has a maximum in the crossover region. However, the susceptibilities of both TACs and FDCs to the net growth rate of TACs have a minimum in the crossover region.

Within the framework of a high-twist approach, we calculate the next-to-leading order (NLO) perturbative QCD corrections to the transverse momentum broadening in semi-inclusive hadron production in deeply inelastic e+A collisions, as well as lepton pair production in p+A collisions. With explicit calculations of both real and virtual contributions, we verify, for the first time, the factorization theorem at twist 4 in NLO for the nuclear-enhanced transverse momentum weighted differential cross section and demonstrate the universality of the associated twist-4 quark-gluon correlation function. We also identify the QCD evolution equation for the twist-4 quark-gluon correlation function in a large nucleus, which can be solved to determine the scale dependence of the jet transport parameter in the study of jet quenching.

Civil servants of the state, working in the government institutions of various levels and executing the mission of state administrative functions and powers. It is true that civil servants need to own healthy physique (i.e. physical, psychological and social adaptation) to guarantee them competent in the posts. However, the properties and characteristics of civil servants work lead to their health-related fitness problems. This paper addresses the computer science and psychology integrated into the psychological health education and tries to explore and study the features of civil servants health. According to the needs of physical health construction of civil servants, we develop health evaluation system for civil servants. This article introduces this system in terms of the general structure of system overview, system modules classification and characteristics of the system. The system using asp.net, SQL Server software to complete the civil servants' physical health evaluation system so as to realize the civil servants' health-related fitness of the measurement of computerized. This testing system can be directly connected to the database and the test result confirms that this is a set of standardized, easy-expand applying psychological evaluation system.
摘要:
We introduce the variant rate and white noise into the susceptible-infected-removed (SIR) model for epidemics, discuss the epidemic dynamics of a multiple-compartment system, and describe this system by using master equations. For both the local epidemic spreading system and the whole multiple-compartment system, we find that a threshold could be useful in forecasting when the epidemic vanishes. Furthermore, numerical simulations show that a model with the variant infection rate and white noise can improve fitting with real SARS data.

The analytical expressions for the zero-temperature sound velocity and low-energy eigenfrequencies of a disk-shaped harmonically trapped three-dimensional superfluid Fermi gas are derived on the basis of the hydrodynamic theory in the regimes along the Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer (BCS) to Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC) crossover. Theoretically, by plotting the sound velocity as a function of 1/(k

a), it finds that there is an obvious flat behavior for the sound velocity in a disk-shaped trap around unitarity. However, there is no such flat behavior for a cigar-shaped Fermi gas at the same superfluid regime. Here, k

Since the origin of Internet researches from the end of 20 century, the relation between social problem-solving and Internet addiction tendency still need more exploration. According to the cognitive-behavior theory of Internet addiction, the negative problem solving tendency is an unadaptive cognitive factor and a sufficient condition of pathological Internet use. The purpose of this study is to exam the relation of college students' social problem-solving, social contact and Internet addiction tendency based on certain intelligent materials system.
