摘要:
The analytical expressions of the Joule-Thomson coefficient for homogeneous and harmonically trapped three-dimensional ideal anyons which obey Haldane fractional exclusion statistics are derived. For an ideal Fermi gas, the Joule-Thomson coefficient is negative, which means that there is no maximum Joule-Thomson inversion temperature. With careful study, it is found that there exists a Joule-Thomson inversion temperature in the fractional exclusion statistics model. Furthermore, the relations between the Joule-Thomson inversion temperature and the statistical parameter g are investigated.

Amos is a multi-variable statistical software widely used in organizational behavior research and management innovation. As an effective and efficient tool, Amos is usually used to construct a theoretical model based on data acquired, confirm a proposed theoretical model, compare several alternative models to get one better model, and conduct path analysis to modify the generated model. The vigorous function of Amos and comparative advantage over similar software both predict that and potential application promising prospect in IT management innovation.

摘要:
Computer-based Case Simulations (CCS) is the world-class medical clinical simulation system. Computer-based Case Simulations for Psychological Counseling (CCSPC) is suited with psychological counseling settings. CCSPC is developed in this study in order to measure the subjects' practical skills and decision-making styles during the psychological counseling progress, as well as the related knowledge of concepts, principles and methods, to get a whole assessment of the subjects' counseling skills. C#2003 is used to realize the visualized interfaces, and SQL2005 is in charge of the database. The stability and reliability of CCSPC is considerably acceptable.

摘要:
Emotional Labor has important effect on jobs which contact people frequently, such as teachers, salespersons and so on. It is necessary to explore the circumstances of emotional labor about these special jobs. This study tested the impact of emotional labor on job burnout with the methods of interview and questionnaire survey, and explored the moderate effect of job commitment on the relationship between employees' emotional labor and burnout for teachers and sales employees. Results showed that 1)Surface acting can positively predict exhaustion and depersonalization, while deep acting negatively predict all three components of burnout;2)Employees with higher job commitment tend to use more deep acting in work than those with lower job commitment;3)Job commitment can moderate the relationship between surface acting and depersonalization. The relationship will be strong while job commitment is high, and will be weak while job commitment is low. At last, compared with teachers, sales employees tend to use more surface acting in work.

Uniform nanostructured palladium (Pd) has been successfully electrodeposited directly on gold substrate through a facile template-free approach, which involved a cyclic electrochemical deposition/dissolution of Pd. Under the regulation of potential scan and surfactant, standing Pd nanoplates and nanotrees were prepared. Improved and superior electrocatalytic activities toward the oxidation of ethanol were observed from these electrodes coated with nanostructured Pd. Furthermore, the uniform Pd nanostructures can be conveniently deposited onto a flexible substrate with a gold precoating, thus allowing fabrication of miniaturized flexible devices. This approach provides a simple route for the synthesis of highly catalytic Pd nanostructures with an excellent electrical contact to a substrate, which is important for the overall device performance. The critical effects exerted by the electrochemical conditions and surfactant will also be discussed.

Job insecurity has become an important issue for society and organizations in the last decades due to uncertain economic conditions, global competition, and the advancement of information technology. As job insecurity have detrimental consequences for employees and organizations, it is vital to identify variables that could buffer against the negative effects of job insecurity. In this study, we examined the moderating effect of Leader-member exchange on the relation between job insecurity and organizational commitment. Data collected from 314 employees indicated that the negative relationship between qualitative insecurity and affective commitment was alleviated as Leader-member exchange increased. Furthermore, the positive relation between quantitative insecurity and continuance commitment decreased as Leader-member exchange increased.
