摘要：
Many studies have confirmed that the role of online learning collaboration group is very important. For large-scale online learning, how to effectively find the learning collaboration group is a difficult problem. The online learning forum is the main place for learners to learn and communicate, so it is the main venue for learning collaboration groups to implement collaborative learning. In the implementation process of learning collaboration, there are two characteristics between learning team members. First, there is interaction between them. Second, the contents of their discussion have high relevance. In this paper, the study uses these two important characteristics and carries out two-stage clustering algorithm based on the interaction structure and interactive contents of learners to find the potential learning collaboration groups in the large-scale online learning forum. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is effective. This has practical significance for large-scale online learning support services.

摘要：
New data acquisition methods in smart city, such as smart mobile phones, RFID, sensors, two-dimensional code, can obtain the object information in real-time. Storage and analysis for big data are challenges for smart city. Based on concept of intellisense information service of smart city, this paper analyzes the interactive relationship among the government, business and public which focus on technology and infrastructure. Then, builds T-IGBP value network model and puts forward the framework model of intellisense information service for smart city, in order to solve the problem for accurate information transmit to the right target at accurate time and right place. Finally, the challenges that smart city intellisense information service are proposed in future.

摘要：
It is very significant for us to predict future energy consumption accurately. As for China's energy consumption annual time series, the sample size is relatively small. This study combines the traditional auto-regressive model with group method of data handling (GMDH) suitable for small sample prediction, and proposes a novel GMDH based auto-regressive (GAR) model. This model can finish the modeling process in self-organized manner, including finding the optimal complexity model, determining the optimal auto-regressive order and estimating model parameters. Further, four different GAR models, AS-GAR, MR-GAR, SRMSE-GAR and SMAPE-GAR, are constructed according to different external criteria. We conduct empirical analysis on three energy consumption time series, including the total energy consumption, the total petroleum consumption and the total gas consumption. The results show that AS-GAR model has the best forecasting performance among the four GAR models, and it outperforms ARIMA model, BP neural network model, SVM regression model and GM (1, 1) model. Finally, we give the out of sample prediction from 2014 to 2020 by GAR model.

摘要：
Formative assessment is able to promote learning and this could be fully used in educational game to produce better game-based learning. However what kind of feedback is effective in an information literacy educational game, and how formative assessments should be carried out, these problems need specific study. In the information literacy educational game Wisdom Town, a series of formative assessment are arranged to inspect game-based learning effects, at the same time, to drive the development of story and learning. It turns out that immediate feedback in this game is very helpful for students to learn knowledge about full-text journal databases. It is confirmed that formative assessment is able to promote learning in information literacy educational game, and multiple immediate feedback provides students opportunities to understand and apply knowledge.

摘要：
Product reviews and scores have a direct impact on consumers' buying behavior. However, there are inconsistency between reviews and scores. Based on the linguistic Appraisal Theory from the perspective of engagement in the theory-construction index system, this article puts forward online product reviews-scores correction method. The method is applied to verify and correct the real product reviews data. The result shows that this method cannot only explain the differences between reviews and scores and reflect the real scores of the products, but also help consumers make better decisions and improve the network evaluation mechanisms.
摘要：
Online product reviews is an important information source which affects consumer purchasing decision-making deeply, but the inconsistency between reviews and scores brings troubles in the process of decision-making for consumers. So the importance of solving reviews' authenticity is focused on. This paper attempts to introduce the Discourse Markers Theory to make a correction on review scores by analyzing the content of reviews, achieving a breakthrough in the semantic and pragmatic level. Firstly, we build a library of discourse markers in the field of online product reviews and design a correction system including credibility, position, emotional attitude. Then, we get the weight of each index through the questionnaire and propose a algorithm to correct deviation of reviews scores. In the last, the verification results from Jingdong mall show the method has better feasibility and validity.

摘要：
In the process of coverage for multiple targets, the existence of a large number of redundant data decreases the effective coverage of monitoring area and increases the energy consumption of network. Therefore, this paper proposes a Multi-Targets K-Coverage Preservation Protocol (MTCPP). Firstly, the de-pendency of sensor nodes and target nodes is established by the network model, and the method of monitoring region coverage is given. Secondly, the network energy balance is achieved by using sensor node scheduling mechanism. Finally, the simulation experiments show the protocol can effectively reduce the number of active nodes and improve the network lifetime.

Reverse logistics originated in humans environment protection consciousness awoke in serious environment pollution and the shortage of resources under the condition of modern industrial industry sustainable development. It makes great profits to economizing the recycled products in re-manufacturing logistics. This paper takes into account supply chain system cost as well as reverse logistics cost and customer time satisfaction to solve the location-inventory-routing problem(LIRP). It has certain guiding significance to administrate the recycled reverse logistics network.

摘要：
Accurate forecast of future container throughput of a port is very important for its construction, upgrading, and operation management. This study proposes a transfer forecasting model guided by discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm (TF-DPSO). It firstly transfers some related time series in source domain to assist in modeling the target time series by transfer learning technique, and then constructs the forecasting model by a pattern matching method called analog complexing. Finally, the discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced to find the optimal match between the two important parameters in TF-DPSO. The container throughput time series of two important ports in China, Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port are used for empirical analysis, and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed model.

摘要：
The financial market volatility forecasting is regarded as a challenging task because of irregularity, high fluctuation, and noise. In this study, a multiscale ensemble forecasting model is proposed. The original financial series are decomposed firstly different scale components (i.e., approximation and details) using the maximum overlap discrete wavelet transform (MODWT). The approximation is predicted by a hybrid forecasting model that combines autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) with feedforward neural network (FNN). ARIMA model is used to generate a linear forecast, and then FNN is developed as a tool for nonlinear pattern recognition to correct the estimation error in ARIMA forecast. Moreover, details are predicted by Elman neural networks. Three weekly exchange rates data are collected to establish and validate the forecasting model. Empirical results demonstrate consistent better performance of the proposed approach.

摘要：
The study on the weight of attributes has been a key procedure in the knowledge transfer risk analyzing of IT outsourcing. By investigating the traditional methods of attributes weight, some problem in the traditional ways were pointed out, the concept of the combination weight was proposed, and a way to estimate its weight based on rough set was given. According to the combination weight and the similarity coefficient matrix, the risk factors in the knowledge transfer were classified by clustering analysis to help make the correct decision for knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing.

Due to the rise of the knowledge economy, knowledge becomes one of the important required resources of the modern enterprise development and growth. When the enterprise cannot completely meet the demand of knowledge internally, it often transfers, shares and innovates knowledge to acquire external knowledge resources. This paper is to synthesize the related theory on industry cluster and knowledge spread, which starts from the process of diffusion of knowledge beyond the industrial cluster enterprise. According to the characteristics of knowledge alliance network, this paper utilizes the theory of system dynamics to analyze the causal relationship of knowledge transfer in cluster transfer, to analyze impact factors of inter-organizational knowledge transfer. Additionally, the simulation is realized through NetLogo software, so as to provide suggestions that how to improve inter-enterprise knowledge transfer.
