摘要:
The teacher workshop is the platform of the teacher network training proposed by the Ministry of Education. Teachers conduct online training on the platform and repeated classroom teaching. And then they exchange teaching experience and learning outcomes. Finally, they complete the learning skills and knowledge of the common construction. This paper selects the example of teacher workshops, and analyzes the static and dynamic characteristics of the textual information published by the training teachers on the platform through content analysis to understand the current level of knowledge construction of teacher groups. The study found that teacher discussions in teacher workshops focused on sharing information and comparing views, and group knowledge construction ability is relatively low. In addition, through the timing analysis. WE found that teachers' group knowledge construction more often stayed in the early stages of learning, and the interaction time was quite short. In general, the overall level of teacher's collaborative knowledge construction was low. Finally, the research results are analyzed and discussed. Combining with the teaching practice, the improvement strategy is put forward according to the existing problems.

摘要:
This paper presents an algorithm for understanding problems from circuit schematics in exercise problems in physics at secondary school. This paper models the problem understanding as a problem of extracting a set of relations that can be used to solve problems with enough information. The challenges lie in not only analyzing the circuit schematics but also extracting the proper relations for a given exercise problem. To face these challenges a novel approach is proposed to detect circuit nodes with their current flows to extract the current equations for nodes. And the other novel approach is proposed to extract voltage equations of independent loops. The proposed approach was tested with a dataset collected from the text books and the exam papers for the students at secondary schools. Experimental results show that the effect of recognition and analysis we designed delivers promising result, and our approach can be adapted to more complex electrical circuit analysis.

This paper addresses a method of automatic detection of digital audio signal tampering based on feature fusion. Aiming at the insertion and deletion operations in the digital audio signal tamper chain. In this paper, the Electric Network Frequency (ENF) component of the digital audio signal is extracted and the consistency of the ENF component is analyzed to determine whether the audio signal is tampered with. In this paper, a general framework for passive tamper detection of audio signal based on ENF component consistency and a general framework for ENFC feature extraction are proposed. The feature set is used to quantify the amplitude of the phase and instantaneous frequency variations of the ENF component and to serve as an indicator of the consistency of the ENF component. SVM classifier is used to classify the extracted feature sets. The experimental results show that this method can classify the original signal and the edit signal which is inserted and deleted.

The introduction of Dwyer et al.'s [1] Connected Classroom Climate Inventory (CCCI) began a seminal divergence of research focusing toward student-to-student socialization and behavior in educational environments. Connected classroom climate research has provided meaningful direction for improving instructional processes in face-to-face environments for nearly fifteen years. However, understanding of student-to-student connectedness is lacking in modern technology-mediated environments-arguably where student-to-student connectedness is most needed. This study presents a synthesis of peer-reviewed journal articles [2-17] that empirically utilized the CCCI within face-to-face, hybrid, and online environments to support future research on this important topic.

With the rapid development of online education, virtual learning community has a great impact on people's learning. Here we focus on the dynamics evolution law of collaborative behavior, characterizing the features of collaborative behaviors among learners in virtual learning community. We construct a learners' collaboration network model in virtual learning community. We analyze important statistics of the network such as the degree distribution, the average path length, the clustering coefficients. On this basis, we describe the network features and study the topology characteristics of the collaborative relationship network deeply. The experiments show that the learners' collaboration network model could depict the characteristics of virtual learning community and the characteristics of the collaborative behavior among learners more accurately. The research could enrich the existing network model construction theory, and provide the network structure foundation for the study of collaborative relationship between learners in virtual learning community.

Learning analytics provided new opportunities to investigate students' online learning experience in a more in-depth and comprehensive way. In this study, learning analytics were utilized to investigate international students' learning experience in an English MOOC in addition to survey data and test results. Using K-means cluster analysis and stepwise linear regression, this study classified international MOOC students into four major categories and identified three types of learning behaviors as significant predictors for MOOC learning performance. The research findings provide several interesting perspectives on international students' online learning behaviors, and can inform the design and evaluation of online instruction for global audiences.

Aiming at the problem of "learning defiance" and "information overload" brought by educating big data to learners, this paper proposes an online learning community personalized learning path recommendation algorithm based on ant colony algorithm: in terms of computing pheromone, it combines individuality. Based on the characteristics of the learning path, a learning path scoring method based on multi-factor fuzzy evaluation is proposed to quantify the learning path evaluation as a score to solve the problem that it is difficult for the subjective score to accurately represent the pheromone concentration; in terms of pheromone updating rules, The introduction of pheromone restriction intervals avoids the problems associated with excessive or small learning path pheromone concentration in global updating; in the calculation of the selection probability of local search, the positive and negative feedback effects of pheromones can be better used. Search for a local optimal solution. The related experiments show that this algorithm can effectively solve the recommendation of the personalized learning path of the online learning community.

摘要:
Nowadays, various techniques have been combined increasingly and applied into blended learning to improve students' learning outcomes. Based on a teaching practice of Modern Education Technology course in a normal college, this study was to analyze the complementary relationship between MOOCs and flipped classroom in teaching, and explore students' perception of this new teaching method so as to point out the challenges that this type of teaching method would face. A total of 158 students participated in this study, and both quantitative and qualitative research methods were adopted. Results from this study, on the one hand, students hoped to benefit from the teaching environment integrated with technology; on the other hand, the students' original learning habits and perspectives formed in their previous learning experience prevent them from quickly adapting to the new teaching method. What's more, the results showed that the main challenge of this teaching method was that the classroom environment couldn't provide immediate feedback to students. Concludes with recommendations that educators should teach students to solve the above-mentioned problems so as to contribute to more prominent advantages of new technologies.

The aim of the study is to visualize the status quo of the research on mobile learning via co-citation analysis. A total of 2392 papers were retrieved from the Web of Science database with full bibliographic records including authors, titles, abstracts, and reference lists. CiteSpace V was used to conduct visualization analysis about the research on mobile learning by identifying the most influential authors and essential papers, as well as research hotspots, and research frontiers in the field of mobile learning.

摘要:
With the development of Internet technology, telemedicine technology has become one of the hottest research topics. In this paper, a Web-based medical image viewer application is presented in order to facilitate timely and accurate diagnoses in a telemedicine system. The application can access the remote medical image database and display image over the network. This application implements the basic functions of the two-dimensional image processing. Besides, 3D functions, e.g, volume rendering and surface rendering of region of interest, fly through, can be also implemented by the proposed viewer. Medical staff can perform some basic operations via the mouse to make more effective diagnosis. Experimental results show that the basic image processing functions and advanced 3D functions can be achieved by this application and it presents a high level of usability, functionality and performance.

摘要:
A modification of the structure for a neur-ofuzzy unit was offered which is generally a hybrid system that combines nonlinear synapses and an activation function to form the hybrid system's output value. The introduced neuro-fuzzy element is specifically an extension of the common neo-fuzzy neuron which is upgraded at the expense of application of an additional (contracting) activation function. A particular robust learning procedure is also considered for this case that makes it possible to reduce errors while processing data containing abnormal observations.

With the development of smart education, how to promote students' deep learning in smart classrooms has become a hot topic of information classroom teaching reform. The development of higher-order thinking skills, especially critical thinking is an important dimension of students' deep learning. In this study, a debate teaching model was designed based on the APT (Assessment, Pedagogy, Technology) model in the smart classroom. The Chinese curriculum in the primary school was used as an example to carry out the debate teaching activities for reading. The survey questionnaire and qualitative analysis methods were used to analyze the influence of debate teaching in the smart classroom based on the APT model on students' critical thinking. The study found that the debate teaching based on the APT model can improve the students' critical thinking and higher-level knowledge building to a certain extent. The task of debate and problem solving are helpful for the development of students' knowledge building.

This paper introduces a teaching experiment research on the application of Flipped Classroom in a college computer experiment course. The participants are college students majoring in Educational Technology, and "Database Foundation" is an experiment course for them. The research group was made up of a teacher and five assistants. The teaching content was "Basic Operation on Microsoft Access Database". Some micro videos were made and uploaded to a network platform by the research group before experiment. Before class, students were asked to learn the content with videos and do some exercises. In class, the teacher answered the questions of students and guided students' operations on computers. Students can communicate with teachers and other students online whenever they want. After the experiment, an investigation was made on the effect.

摘要:
Speech signals convey a variety of mixed information, from language to speaker-specific information. However, the information may prevent the speech or speaker recognition system from producing better performance. By unsupervised pre-training and supervised fine-tuning, the deep neural network based on autoencoders can effectively extract critical information. In this paper, we propose a hybrid model combining Stacked Autoencoder and mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) to improve the system performance. The experimental results show that the accuracy of speaker recognition system in TIMIT corpus achieve an improvement which is up to 93.3% by the combination of deep learning network and MFCC features, especially in female.

In today's Internet+ era, more and more e-learning platforms have appeared in the eyes of the public. The emergence of big data also points a development path for the learning platform. By analyzing the latest research progress and existing problems of many learning platforms, an online learning system with learning feedback is proposed. The system consists of a learning subsystem and a feedback subsystem. The learning subsystem is designed based on the basic needs of students. The feedback subsystem uses clustering algorithms and some calculation formulas to analyze student learning behaviors and display them in the summary report to the teacher. Teachers can adjust the teaching plan according to the summary report.

The CDIO engineering education model aims to cultivate students' knowledge, competence, interpersonal and innovative ability in the real engineering environment. This paper firstly introduces the basic idea of CDIO engineering education model and the connotation of project-based learning in order to complement the goal of "education information processing" and solve the existing problems of this curriculum. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the framework of CDIO-based project teaching method, which is centered on the project, based on CDIO as a specific operation mode, and relied on three elements-teachers, students, and CDIO evaluation criteria. And on the basis of realistic conditions, this framework has been used to the "Education Information Processing" course. It is hoped that this study will provide reference for other Educational Technology related courses.

High school statistical graph classification is one of the key steps in intelligent mathematics problem solving system. In this paper, a hierarchial classification method is proposed for high school statistical graph classification. Firstly, the dense Scale-invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) features of the input images are extracted. Secondly, the sparse coding of the SIFT features are obtained. Thirdly, these sparse features are pooled in multiscale. Finally, these pooled features are concatenated and then fed into single-hidden layer feedforward neural network for classification. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated on the constructed dataset, which contains 400 statistical graphs. In contrast to several state-of-the-art methods, the proposed method achieves better performance in terms of classification accuracy, especially when the size of the training samples is small.

Exploratory experiments are fundamental to physics courses. Virtualization technologies like XR can enhance students' learning effectiveness with a suitable experimental instructional design. At present, the research on the theory and strategy of designing virtual experiment is relatively rare, especially in physics discipline. This paper concludes the design principles of exploratory virtual experiment. Physics experiment in the K-12 textbooks titled "polarization of light" has been chosen for its mapping into virtual domain. Finally, a preliminary assessment and result will be presented.

To explore the effects of online discussion on online case-based instruction (CBI), this study conducted a quasi-experiment to compare the learning performance measured by "problem space coverage" and learning experience of two groups of students (n=186) in a graduate level instructional design course. The empirical results show that the treatment group participating in online discussion activities showed significantly higher learning performance. Learning experience was similar between groups. In addition, investigation of the influencing factors in online CBI indicated that students' case viewing behaviors and the forum posting behaviors might lead to better learning performance.
