摘要:
The design, development and management of e-learning resources are the key factors for a successful e-learning system. There exist problems like low-level repeating development and low-level sharing of resources in this filed. This paper discusses the application of e-learning standards for these problems. The sharing model for e-learning resources is presented and learning mode is discussed. The research also gives the detailed design and the realization of an object-oriented learning resource management system based on Internet and Chinese E-learning Technology Standards (CELTS). This includes the design of the abstract resource class in the system, methods for examining and importing of resources, management of resources, retrieving and displaying of resources, etc. The core and extended description set of resources and its realization of XML binding technology are also presented in the paper. Problems related to the distribution of resources are discussed. The charging mode, algorithm, and method for user registration using MD5 for private information encryption are provided.

摘要:
Research probes some strategies to integrate digital rights management into learning content management system. Firstly discussed the art state of DRM (Digital Rights Management)-enabled learning resources management. Secondly discussed the designing objectives of the system. Next, the framework and model of DRM-enabled learning content management system are designed. In addition, it investigated the enforcement model of the license for learning resources, and the enforcement strategies of the license, which includes three basic processes. By getting the license, integration of learning content and usage of control information and delivery of the encrypted content are viable. At last, the development of the system is introduced. Because the key is real-time dynamic exchange, the security of learning content mainly depends on the servers. It made the system more secure and flexible.

摘要:
A new discrete sliding mode control approach for parallel robot is presented to achieve accurate servo tracking in the presence of load variations, parameter variations and nonlinear dynamic interactions. A procedure based on predictive error is proposed to improve the traditional reaching law, which can guarantee the desired properties. The simulation results show that the proposed approach can improve the dynamics and the chatter that is inherent to the sliding mode control system is weakened.

摘要:
To meet the personalized needs of E-learning, personality mining system based on E-learning model (PMSEM) is proposed in the paper. The personality mining system mined out the association rules between personality characteristics and learning behavior patterns of learners. The subsequent learners' personality characteristics are deduced from their learning behavior by using the rules above. After the test use of the system by some network institute, it is found that the system could obtain learners' personality characteristics accurately, automatically. Thus, thought it might be a practical solution to realize personalized learning and cooperative learning in E-learning age.

摘要:
The educational PC game had been put forward for a long time. To improve its performance has become an important research topic. This research has discussed the educational PC game's potential functions as resource and method for education. According to users, the models of PC game application in education were divided into three types. They are Linking Model, Learning Model and Ability-Training Model. The characteristics of three models were discussed. The factors that affect its applications were also discussed. Such as the problem on developing PC game, the unbalance between amusement and education, the standard for evaluation, the recognition by educators, side-effects in application, etc. At last, some tentative methods were presented in order to improve its performance in application.

摘要:
Breaking through 'behavior learning mode' and importing 'interactive play teaching mode', could enhance the validity of handicapped students' learning greatly. According to the characteristics of Intensive Interactive Play Teaching, this research illustrates the design procedure of Intensive Interactive Play Teaching which is divided into six steps. This paper analyzes the game's action in the Intensive Interactive Play Teaching from four aspects. This includes imitating, communication, distractibility, and interest. Through the analysis, it is proved that the denseness of interaction could facilitate handicapped students learning attentively. Also the denseness could develop potential intelligences of handicapped students. According to education reform, all schools can strengthen knowledge sharing and cooperative education to obtain optimal effect on the Intensive Interactive Play Teaching.

摘要:
To meet the needs of education in the learning community, personalized knowledge service system based on community E-learning (PKSSCE) was proposed and realized. The structure of system, workflow and key technologies of realizing feature selection module, user interest module, personalized teaching resources filtering module were introduced in the paper. After the test use of the system by some certain communities, we found that the system could improve the residents initiative participation in the community education and training. Thus, we thought it might be a practical solution to realize self-learning and self-promotion in the life long education age.

摘要:
Aiming at the defects of the difficult emotional interaction of traditional Intelligent Web Tutoring System, based on the theory of artificial emotion of virtual human, an intelligent affective Web Tutoring System was presented in the paper. Second, the key module of the system was designed and the modeling on the Affective Virtual Human was carried out. Finally, the simulation command on it was made. The result showed this model coinciding with the emotion of human behaviors.

摘要:
Wireless Mobile Ad-hoc networks offer challenges and opportunities to network. Distinguishing characteristics in some proposals are proposed. The performance study of a terminal system based mechanism that performs precise detection of network states by measuring appropriate metrics is also proposed. The performance under variety of network conditions running different class of routing protocols Dynamic Source Routing and Destination-Sequenced Distance Vector is evaluated. The results show the effect of different factors in isolation and in combination with each other on the TCP performance, and the impact of routing protocol design approaches in the TCP stability.

摘要:
In order to minimize the energy consumption in the discovery of the routing path, this paper introduces a novel concept of effective transmission (ET) that ensures each forwarding node is not only farther from the source node, but also nearer to the destination node with respect to its sender. An energy-aware routing protocol based on ET is proposed. It enables the energy consumption for each hop to be the least for the transmission. The simulation results show the routing protocol is effective in the performance of energy consumption comparing with some other routing protocols.

Laser-induced ultrasonic technology has been extensively studied and widely applied recently, for its advantages such as noncontract operation, nondestructive testing, broad bandwidth, high time, and space resolution, no shape limits on samples, etc. Firstly, the principles of laser ultrasonic generation and detection were introduced. Secondly, the application of the ultrasonic ratio method in measuring the surface defects was presented in detail. The experimental results were analyzed. Because the ratio method avoids measuring the velocity of the surface wave and reduces the experimental error, it is much more practical, reliable and effective in surface defect measurements.

Data management issues in mobile computing environments have got lots of concerns of relevant researchers. Among these research topics, data broadcast has been extensively investigated due to its advantages such as scalability and bandwidth effectiveness. While plenty of works have been done on this subject, it is still less touched when data broadcast is used to deliver frequently updated real-time data to read-only transactions with deadlines, which we call updates dissemination in this paper. Existing updates dissemination protocols are unsuitable for mobile real-time read-only transaction processing since they neglect the time constraints on both data and transactions. In this paper, we first identify the data dissemination requirements for read-only transaction processing in mobile real-time computing environments by formally defining several performance objectives. Then a novel updates dissemination protocol called hybrid forward multi-version data broadcast is proposed. In hybrid forward multi-version data broadcast, a set of new techniques including reducing the length of consistency intervals, instantly broadcasting updates policy and broadcast on-demand are incorporated seamlessly. Simulation results show that the proposed protocol can provide higher data currency and lower miss rate compared with existing updates dissemination protocols and is more appropriate for mobile real-time read-only transaction processing in broadcast disks.

摘要:
Various kinds of network models which exist in the real world and the differences between them have been described. Especially the small network model and free-scale network model and their characteristic have been presented. The self-similarity characteristic of the complex networks has been proposed based on fractal method, self-similarity capacity dimension has been given, self-similarity performance estimate and simulation steps of complex networks have been carried out. At last, we discuss the future work for farther study.

To meet the personalized needs of E-learning, an improved association mining rules was proposed in the paper. First, data cube from database was established. Then, frequent item-set that satisfies the minimum support on data cube was mined out. Furthermore, association rules of frequent item-set were generated. Finally, redundant association rules through the relative method in statistics were wiped off. The algorithm had two advantages, the first was that the execution time was short while searching for the frequent item-set; the second was that the precision of the rules was high. The algorithm was also used in personality mining system based on E-learning model (PMSEM).The results manifested that the algorithm was effective.
